Was in town for the long weekend and heard some noise from my front end. Called Cold Lake Ford very last minute on a Saturday and Phil “The Jam man” Waldorf did me a solid and jammed me in in the last couple hours of the day. Their tech Austin Hofer was great, went for a test drive, did a full inspection and made sure I was safe to drive home. These guys were awesome, understanding and super good to deal with. Would recommend to anybody!

Went in to get a new set of tires and a tire alignment. They put on the wrong brand of tires (after I requested a different brand that was on my quote) and did not do the alignment, instead they inspected my breaks. When I called I was given the run around on the phone being passed to different people. They then told me they would call me back to discuss it and never did. Very poor customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very frustrated and disappointed considering it's my first ever vehicle purchase from a dealership. I bought my 2022 Maverick on October 2021. At the time of sale, they put all the extra warranties and additional parts/services (Rim & Tire Protection and "Edging"). That was fine, but the way they just slapped all that additional expense to a first time buyer WITHOUT even telling all the details of what it actually does to your new vehicle is very cheap and greedy. After one day I got my vehicle, I decided to cancel my extended warranty and the other things. So I contacted the financing team and I remember being the only one that was proactive (calling/emailing for updates) . The process was slow and painful but they refunded my money, HOWEVER I was only refunded a partial of it and still, I don't know what to do about it. I have called the Ford Credit 1-800 and Ford Warrant 1-800 several times, and it always ends up to "Talk to your Ford Dealership.". Lastly, I was trying to install truck bed lights and I couldn't find the pigtail connectors for the 12V eDIY connector (located near the tail gate on the sides). These connectors are FORD SUPPLIED and SHOULD'VE came with my purchase but it's not there. So I first called my sales rep Ryan and he tells me he doesn't know anything about it and straight up sent me to Parts & Services without even giving context to them. So I just went down to see them and told me those two pigtail connectors that I mentioned does not come with my vehicle and would cost me $100. The worst thing to this whole story is, I was referred to go get my vehicle here by my step-dad who is a great customer and been dealing with Cold Lake Ford for years and they know it! I would not recommend first time vehicle buyers here even if you are referred. It looks to me now that I wouldn't mind getting my new vehicle hours away if it means getting a great and honest service.

Awesome service job on getting my new tires and my new Tonneau cover for my 2022 F-350 Ford Platinum Diesel. Valerie, Phil and Kevin did an awesome job! It took while for the tonneau cover to come in but they all never gave up. The 3 service at Cold Lake Ford went over and beyond as well as Sean in Parts. They are still continue working hard to go over and beyond. All you have to do is give them patients and be patient. They know how much I love my Ford F-350 Diesel and it's my favorite truck of all. And of all the 3 GMC/Chevy, RAM and Ford. The Ford F-350 is far the best truck I've ever own. Thanks again to the team at Cold Lake Ford for their hard work and determination on getting back to your Ford vehicle.

I just had my car serviced at Cold Lake Ford and I would to share my experience. I had an estimate done and planned for the expenses but when it looked like the repairs were going to be more than what I could afford. I simply asked what can be done for the amount of money that I budgeted.Manager Cory had a look at everything and did all the repairs for what I could afford. This review goes out to the Parts Department at Cold Lake Ford, particularly Sam. Recently ordered winter tires and rims through Ford, upon pickup there was a big difference in pricing vs the quote I received. Sam was quick to resolve the issue and follow up immediately to ensure everything was in order. Great service, super friendly and professional, couldn't ask for better. Also, a shout out to McKinley who made sure I got to Ford to pick up my vehicle and make it to work on time!

Brought in my Ford Escape for a windshield replacement and after the work was complete, I noticed several issues. First, a new cluster of scratches appeared on my front driver side fender which are very obviously there from someone brushing up against the vehicle while working on the windshield. The interior of my car was a mess, with rubber pieces from the windshield seal scattered on top of my dash and in my vents (what a pleasant surprise it was to be peppered with rubber when turning my vents on the next morning). Lastly, scratches to the inside of my windshield pillar were now there that didn't exist before. Upon noticing these and speaking to the service manager, he agreed to bring my car back in and attempt to rectify these deficiencies. I picked up my car and was absolutely disappointed at the lack of real attempt to make this right. The scratches look just the same as before, the inside was barely even vacuumed and the car wasn't even washed. I also noticed that the interior weatherstripping wasn't even installed properly post windshield replacement. (See pics) Furthermore, I noticed a new set of marks on my hood that weren't noticed before. While a few members tried to be very friendly, the overall quality of service done on my vehicle is poor. I am very disappointed in this location. I probably won't be going back unless absolutely necessary.

Service department is a complete joke.. several times have taken our vehicle in for warranty...first time we had a misfire so I changed spark plugs because they are maintenance and not covered under warranty the misfire was still there so we brought it into the dealership for them to diagnose it under warranty they tried to tell us that it needed spark plugs but I had just changed them less than 4, 000km ago and I used Ford motorcraft replacement plugs he didn't even ask us if we had a tune up service done. they then tried to tell us that it's possible that the spark plug was cracked that I had just replaced but I knew this wasn't the issue because I had replaced them myself and I'm a journeyman automotive technician and used proper spark plug sockets to do the job. Second visit to the dealership we had an engine light on and at check fuel fill inlet message on the dash. I scanned it for codes recorded the code and cleared it to see if it would come back the check engine light was off but the warning message was still on the dash so we took it in for warranty work. After dropping the vehicle off at 8:00AM they immediately brought it into the shop. We received a call 4 hours later that they had test drove it and couldn't find an issue and gave us a cop out excuse that there was dirt on the fuel fill flap. They stated that this was not covered by warranty and charged us almost $100. I knew that this had not fixed the problem and was furious because the check fuel fill inlet message was still on the dash. The next morning the check engine light came back on after the vehicle was able to go through itself diagnostic processes to activate the check engine light. this time I went in with my wife 4 days later to the dealership and tore a strip off the service manager telling him how basic this problem was and what they needed to do to fix it basically giving them a step by step on how to fix my own vehicle which should have been done the first time. They called a couple hours later after they had diagnosed it the way I had told them to stating that they had found the problem. The parts failure on the vehicle was not covered under warranty which was understandable so I'm not complaining about paying the first hundred dollars but it should have been diagnosed correctly the first time when it went into the shop. when we went to pick the vehicle up they gave us our keys and did not even give us the work order for the new issue or a parts list. I had to ask for the information in which I did not receive the story right up for what was wrong with it or what they did only a list of parts that were needing to be replaced. The service department at Cold Lake Ford is nothing less than the full circus if it weren't for having extended warranty I would never have brought the vehicle there. once we are off warranty I will definitely be fixing all future issues myself and never go back to Cold Lake Ford

We have to travel for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to be in the dealership for our scheduled appointment. We arrived there before 9AM. I gave the key to the service department clerk as soon as a got in. I was hoping that my truck will be serviced on the appointment time. Unfortunately after 40 minutes of sitting and waiting at their lounge, my truck was still parked where we parked it, in the front. Nothing is being done. So i cancelled my oil change and left. Wasted 3 hours of driving back and forth, 40 minutes of waiting and not to forget the GAS. Nobody bothered to tell me that the service that I went there for will be delayed or whatever.... What a waste of my time. The service manager apologised though and offered that he will pay for my next oil change. My truck is still on warranty so I don't pay on oil change at Ford dealership. Very disappointed. Will never set foot here again, ever.👎🏽

Installation fee was reasonnable therefore I decided to go ahead and book an appointment at Cold Lake Ford. I was not happy with my last oil change visit. I paid $3000.00 for extended warranty and they couldn't even replace a back wiper for me. They said I had to bring in my old part to see if it was a manufacturing problem. I explained to them I didn't have it it fell off . So as far as I'm concerned this is false advertisement, the sales lady i dealt with never mentioned bringing back all old parts in order for me to get a replacement. They checked off all the things they said checked, well I still had to put a half a jug of bug juice in the very next day. I'm not happy . Hopefully my next oil change will be a more pleasant one?

I went for a quick headlight bulb to be replaced.....When I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time - they again reassured me that it was a quick appointment.....35 minutes later when my car was still parked in the parking lot right where I left it I asked how much longer and the service counter assured me they were almost done working on it! When I pointed out they haven't taken my car back I think they had to back peddle there "story" THEN they came out to quote the expensive price for changing a light bulb - It felt like she thought I would leave with THAT kind of pricing.....I told her I was quoted that price over the phone when I booked the appointment (not 40 minutes after already being there) after another 5 minutes a guy came out to my car where it was parked and in 10 minutes the bulb was changed.....They were right it didn't take very long - but it was a waste of my time (I had a toddler with me waiting too) very disappointed !

I just moved to cold lake from Ontario and the tag agency said i needed an out of town inspection for my truck.... since it was still under its FMPP maintenance plan i decided i may as well take it to Cold Lake For as that would become it's new home maintenance dealership.

We were greeted by ester, who was keen to assist us. When we explained the situation to her and told here that we were not against trading up, she went to work....

Ester was awesome and answered all my questions thoroughly about the 2018 line up of F150s.. She was honest and easygoing and knows these trucks quite well. She searched inventories and found the truck that met every one of my wants and needs except for a tonneau cover, which she promptly ordered in for installation the very next day. Not only did she meet my needs, but she exceeded them so thanks to the team, i am now an owner of a new 2018 F150 XLT Sport 4X4

This F150 Sport is amazing and drives like a dream. The service and attention from ester couldn't have been better and i highly recommend her and the team at Cold Lake Ford for anyone in the area that is in the market for a new or used car, truck or SUV.
