If you are looking for a trustworthy car dealership, skip Woodridge Ford. I bought a brand-new F-350 and Woodridge Ford didn't disclose that there had been an insurance claim against the truck (apparently they replaced the bumper which had been damaged in transit).

When I confronted the salesman after I bought the truck, he tried to downplay the insurance claim as a non-issue. After I pushed back on the issue, his manager offered a $300 rebate. Sorry, but a $300 rebate on a $90,000 vehicle is a slap in the face. Anyone out there buying a new vehicle would prefer a car without insurance claims; obviously they would have to discount the price of the truck to make up for the insurance claim. Instead, they know they have my money and there's nothing I can do about it now.

There are more than enough other Ford dealerships who will be happy to have you as a customer. Don't trust these guys. Shop elsewhere.

Just bought a new F-150 and had an overall great experience dealing with Cam and Allister. Took some time to find the truck I was looking for and for the right price but the sales and finance team continuously worked with me to get me into my new truck. Staff were friendly, personable and looked after us. Only thing I would mention is there seemed to be a little disconnect between the various departments. I would have to talk to different people about various options for the truck - leather seats with the sales staff but 3M protection with the finance staff. That didn't make sense to me but in the end I definitely got the truck I wanted with all the options I asked for and for a great price. I would buy from them again.

I would like to say that my vehicle purchase today was by far the best experience ever. My salesman Paul went above and beyond expectations, the sales manager Dave was fully transparent with all rebates and even went to the extent of showing me fords numbers on the truck I was buying and giving me top dollar on my trade. Its nice to see that this sales team still shows top notch integrity in comparison to some of the other dealers in Calgary.

I would definitely recommend doing business with these guys and will return for my next purchase.

After first dealing with Universal Ford/Lincoln service department for our new Lincoln Corsair, the excellent staff and management of Woodridge Service have renewed our faith in the dealership service industry.
The staff and service manager were polite, knowledgeable, always explained everything and returned phone calls in a very reasonable amount of time.
The shop Foreman, Bob was always available and addressed, explained and corrected any technical problems or miscommunications.
The service manager Jeff was always available to answer any questions also.

Had a front end vibration issue that had been getting worse over the last few months. I normally do all my own maintenance but decided to book an appointment to have the truck looked at as I didn't have the time or willingness to crawl under it and look at. Was greeted quickly upon arrival for my 8am appointment and they took the truck for a road test and couldn't tell exactly what the issue was. They pulled the truck into the shop after the road test and found a few issues that required attention. They accurately diagnosed and repaired the vibration issues
(bad track bar, links, and steering stabilizer) and also did an alignment and a recall which had my truck back on the road by 4:30pm the same day! Chelsea in service was my advisor and she kept me in the loop the whole time and was great to deal with. I can honestly say that the truck drives like new and hasn't ever driven this good since I've had it!
I would give 5 stars but due to some confusion when I picked up the truck I had to wait over 45mins for them to bring the truck out after I had paid. A little frustrating but not too bad considering I am completely happy with the repairs they did and how the truck drives! I will use them again in the future for sure.

Went to get a light replaced where it was clearly evident it was a warranty issue. So much so that they already replaced the light on the other side of the car 2 years ago. Had extended warranty so figured it shouldn’t be a problem, especially repeated issue.

Dealership would not honour warranty, then wanted to charge another $50 dollars to put the light in. Since can’t even get service, I tried to put the light in so could get it buttoned up prior to taking my car. The service rep grabbed me and was verbally abusive as well to tell me to get out. Also advised if you don’t buy a car from them they don’t honour your claims the same. Great job Woodridge.

Had an issue with my 2018 F-150 wiper motor switch staying on intermittent mode and not shutting off. Called the dealership I purchased from and was told they could see me in a week. Called Woodridge and the advisor I spoke with told me to come on in. It is a relatively quick fix and they would see if they can get me in and out. I dealt with Kyle when i came into the dealership and he set me up. I was able to get in and was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. No problem.
Less than an hour and a half later, I'm jumping back into my truck with minimal disruption to my day.
Staff is friendly and helpful. This will be my go to dealership from now on.

Very disappointed with this dealership and would not trust them again to look after me or my friends/family.

I had gone in to a view a 2019 mustang and was looking to trade in my BMW 3-series. The mustang checked out for the most part and everything was good. As I was in the salesman's office working out the financials he had asked for my keys so a manager could do an appraisal of my vehicle and look at it.

He then asked where my insurance was in the car so they could grab it (which I thought was weird to have random people go through my glovebox and would have preferred to get that myself).

Later the appraiser comes into the office and asked if I had modified the suspension on my car as the ride felt "loose." This raised my question of how would he know what it felt like unless he went out and took my car for a joyride. Keep in mind this is a fully loaded 2014 BMW 335i M-sport which yes I did lower so there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would let ANYONE drive that car without my consent. So I asked if he drove the car and he replied "yes, just in this area, only did a couple of donuts do not worry." Although that may seem like a joke it is totally UNACCEPTABLE to take my vehicle for any form of drive ESPECIALLY on public streets without me knowing of it.

I will be making sure to get the word out about this incident and will NEVER be going back to this dealership.

Have to thank Brock Dennison in sales and Phil in finance for putting together a great deal for me! Had to downsize from a full size pickup truck and the EcoSport was on my list. Brock was able to answer all my questions efficiently and was not pushy about the sale at all. They gave me good trade in value and got me into a Titanium trim when I thought I could only afford an SE! Brock let me take home the demo model overnight to make sure it fit my needs and that it would fit the cargo i was intending to carry. Phil in finance was great at getting all my paperwork and such organized quickly!
Definitely recommend the team at Woodridge for taking good care of any new or used car buyer!

Since day 1 they make servicing your vehicle damn near impossible. They want your vehicle for the day just for general maintenance. Or, an hour and a half for a waiting appointment. The last time I opted for the waiting service it was well over the hour and a half and I missed a work meeting. Secondly, I've had recall after recall one of which was regarding my seat belt. They couldn't get me in for 5 weeks to rectify it. So what happens if my seat belt fails in the mean time and I'm involved in an accident? The last appointment I was to have some sensors replaced. Apparently the wrong one was ordered in. They set up a second appointment and I was to have a pickup waiting for me for the day. I arrived to an SUV which does me zero good as I need a truck for work. Needless to say I didn't leave my vehicle behind. No follow up, no nothing. I call again to book in for service and finally have this sensor changed out, and neither can be done on the same day, and not only that, I'm looking at 3 weeks to get in. I called Cam Clark, and Advantage, both can get me in next week. I will never buy a vehicle from here again, and in fact have turned people away when they've asked how my experience has been. Unless you work from home, and have nothing but time, stay away. Service is absolutely horrendous

About 3 weeks ago, my 2014 F150 won't start, -28 C, I understand. Got it towed in Monday evening.
They finished it by Friday, replaced spark plugs and battery. Spark plugs "gummed up" from excessive cranking. I wonder how else I should start the truck...

2 weeks later, Monday, same story, -26 C this time. I don't want to crank it ant more, so I plug the heater in, get fuel line antifreeze, and boost it and let the battery top up for half hour. No luck, engine cranking, coughing but not starting. Had it towed in by noon, got a call that they received it, explain the problem and insisted to check other things, because the initial problem was never solved.

Wednesday I got called that my truck is ready,but with no explanation whatsoever. When I asked what was the problem, I am told that the spark plugs.
"So then it must be warranty, you just changed them 2 weeks ago", I said.
"No, they are "gummed up" (or fueled up, something like that) from excessive cranking", my service advisor, Bill answers. "You have to plug it in. This kind of trucks are good on fuel but don't like cold weather, they have to be plugged in. I can show you the spark plugs, they are black".
"But we have several same model trucks at the company, and all started".
"They are different engines." Replies Bill.
"So what if I can't plug it in?".
"It has to be plugged in, that's what the technicians say."
I'm not happy about this"
"I understand".

So basically the conclusion is that I should not attempt to start it on cold morning unless it is plugged, otherwise it might crank excessively and the spark plugs need to be changed again?

How can those 2 week old spark plugs be gummed up/fueled up after cranking, in a way that they are damaged and need to be replaced? I thought the gasoline evaporates and leaves no residue. Or if incompletely burned will leave black smoke, which could be easily cleaned.

So either way, I feel the problem is that is not getting any fuel, because if the engine would be "drawn" it will smell has by the exhaust. Perhaps is somewhere in the fuel lines or pump, or injectors, and by the time they get the vehicle in the shop, receive it, diagnose it, replacing spark plugs, etc, the affected part is warmed up.

Update.
Second day, after my review, I received a call in attempt to come to common grounds. I had a chance to explain myself and Jay was a very understanding person.
We came to the conclusion that we can't do much more than this, and vehicle is unreliable during cold weather, issue to be forwarded to Ford.
There will be no charge for the second set of plugs.

He took time to understand what I was looking for and then contacted me via text repeatedly over a month or two until he found just the right vehicle for me. While the vehicle was on the lot it was damaged by hail. James told me right away and then got it repaired. He didn't have to tell me, but he did.
