I needed a second opinion as Maclin Ford said I needed warranty work done.Ford Canada suggested I get two extra opinions. Both dealers /service people said my vehicle was fine and needed no work but Advantage even washed my vehicle for no charge, and no charge for the inspection. They were honest and I love service with that little extra. I will go back when I honestly need service and not when Maclin Ford made it up!

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the years. A focus ST, Ford F150, and then a Ford Raptor. Each time the process was incredibly easy and the staff were great. My brother, mother, and father have all individually purchased vehicles from here as well and each time the process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for great sales people be sure to look for Gaz and Jordan!

The staff at the parts counter are professional and helpful, and I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are incredibly professional and willing to help. Dennis is probably one of the most approachable individuals to deal with!

I will personally continue to do business with this dealership for many years to come. Definitely the best Ford dealership in Calgary.

Reduced the rating from a 5 star to a 1 star. In the last 9 months I have had to replace the transmission and the complete steering column on my 2016 Explorer. Service has been ridiculously bad. Though the sales team was excellent, the service team has fallen apart.

My experience with Advantage Ford was by far the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. I had dislodged my passenger mirror and I was worried I would not have the car for the holidays. But with the incredible work of the staff at this dealership, they were able to fix the mirror before they closed Christmas eve. It's hard to find great customer service these days regardless of the venue. Having said that, the customer service at Advantage Ford does not fall into that category. The staff is very courteous and always ask if you've been helped. I've been a client for 3 years with Advantage Ford and I've never had a bad experience. I can tell you that the number one reason I return to Advantage is the friendly staff and impeccable service I receive. Tim Bridges and Drew Ostenberg have always been accommodating and helpful. They both have always greeted me with a handshake, kind greeting and always ask" how can I help you". Both have gone above and beyond several times to help me and that speaks volumes to their character and their dedication to their customers. I just got back from my first experience with Advantage Ford and I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences i have ever had in regards to a vehicle issue. We had a battery problem and Advantage were able to deal with the issue quickly, efficiently and in very little time. In addition to this, despite the fact that the vehicle had been purchased at a different Ford dealer, they were able to access the warranty so there was no cost to me. The service department's customer service is superb, with special mention of Emma and Dennis who were friendly, pleasant and professional. Efficient shuttle service was a huge bonus.

Having worked in customer service for many years in my younger years I have to say that this is an example of what it is all about. My compliments to the whole team!

I happen to walk by Advantage Ford one day, and was greeted by Ryan Merrick. He was super welcoming and friendly and answered all my questions. We went for test drives in a couple of trucks and is well aware of the different model specifications.

He followed through the entire process and guided me up until the day I picked up my truck. Even after that, we keep in touch. All the other staff members at Advantage Ford are also friendly and share a passion for the brand.

Their service department is top notch, they call you if they find something that needs repair and they are very knowledgeable. I like them so much that I bought a new F150 from them last week. The 5 star rating is based on my complete customer experience from initial meeting with my great Sales Consultant Warren who treated me with respect and was a pleasure to deal with. I had been to multiple dealerships in Calgary searching for a new vehicle that met my needs and Warren was the first Consultant to Trust me with taking the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive by myself. Trust is a big deal for me especially when making a major purchase and with the simple act of letting me take the vehicle out alone Warren set himself apart from the other 10 Consultants from various other dealerships I had to deal with. I loved the vehicle and dealing with Mandy the Financial Service Manager was extremely pleasant. Her knowledge of the cumbersome title, registration and insurance transfer process made the “paperwork” part of the transaction a breeze. But here’s where Advantage Ford really set itself apart from the competition: I had some minor mechanical issues after the sale was completed and I went in to see what could be done. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Pre Owned Sale Manager Nick and after a brief meeting help took care of everything for me. I bought a lease back 2016 F350 from this dealership. Originally leased from woodridge (same company). The truck had paint defects on both rear doors in the exact same spot under the window sills. I was told by the salesman that these were "rock chips". Impossible. I spoke with the original owner who's name I found in the trucks manual. He informed me the paint started flaking off and the dealership didn't care because it was a lease. Sneaky. The truck was 2 years old when I bought it. The paint warranty is good for 3 years or 60,000km. I was over the 60,000km but come on, a 2 year old $80,000 truck? Both Ford and this dealership refused to warranty the paint. Being that it was a lease I explained that this should have been warrantied way back when it was spotted the first time. It seems Ford does not stand behind their product. Not even an offer for a discount at a Ford auto body shop. Ford has now lost 2 of my family members business, as well as mine, over a repair that I had quoted for $1600.

I was in to complete an end of lease buyout and was told there was an inspection that needed to be done before they could finalize the sale. There was no mention of costs, just that it was the dealership policy that it needed to be completed. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was informed there was a $120.00 charge for the inspection and that there was no getting out of paying for it. I left messages for the lease manager to discuss the charges two days in a row and did not receive a call back. I was in the dealership to sign the papers on the third day and asked to speak to him about it and was told he was busy with a customer even though he was in plain sight and not with anyone. I would not recommend this dealership and will not return for any reason. There are plenty of other Ford dealers that offer much better customer service than Advantage.

I bought my 2007 focus from the salesman Tyler there about 4 years ago, he is awesome. He didnt pressure me to buy any car, when I told him what I was looking for he went out of his way to try to find what I was looking for. That little 5 speed car was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The price was good, and he let me take it to be inspected elsewhere as well. I ended up writing off the car, so I'll be back to see what you guys got in there!
