Bought a vehicle and salesman put a screw into the body of the vehicle because it was too long. Of course this wasnt noticed until I was home 900 km away. Called them and they offered a car wash. Now they call over and over about another vehicle I have that I have NEVER taken there telling me I'm overdue for service saying it's been 17 months since my last service. No it's been NEVER. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their list (I'm not driving 900 km for an oil change) and talked with management with guarantees that I won't be called again but I just was. This is not how I like to do business.

3 visits to the Service department and not once did I come out with the work not being poor. Rust spot that came right back, work not done (squeal in the brakes that came right back)or a huge over charge. Do not take your work here there are more reliable and honest places that when quoted will be what the charge is. Have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership so I am very loyal but there is a limit and I have reached it.

If your gonna go buy a new vehicle, go see Rick at Wheaton Chevrolet Corvette, he was very quick to respond to any questions I had , always very polite and professional. My truck came ready with no swirls in the paint as should be expected , interior was mint. However under hood wasn’t clean And got missed but I had no problem doing it myself. Also Rick made sure the person who recommended me to go to Wheaton paid sure he got paid the 250 bucks that they offer when you recommended someone. All in all it was great experience and I will be a long term customer. Rick also met with me after store hours just to pick up my truck because I work long hours and live out of town, which says a lot about his customer service . Very pleased!

Everyone was so friendly and courteous, the coffee machine is to die for, the drive in service bays are terrific, the customer waiting area is great, and I was blown away when they offered me rides to anywhere that I wanted, (more than once), and then totally went out of their way to give me a loaner car!!! I was fine just hanging out there for the few hours but they insisted that they get me a vehicle so that I could go out and do whatever I needed to do.
Will and Leon stayed late on the Friday that I purchased my vehicle. I was so impressed by that.
What a great experience. Such a great feeling I had when I left with my new vehicle, knowing that I wasn't just another customer, I was a SOMEBODY!!!

Great experience. I'm from Edmonton and wanted a used car they had here. I was worried about buying a car sight unseen and asked for them to show me any flaws and check for any signs of wear, damage in and out. Everything from the windshield to the tire wear. The car was a bit over my budget, so I really didn't want to be disappointed after spending money on a flight.

I flew in, they picked me up at the airport and the car was flawless. It looked brand new and they showed me all the records. Car was amazing.

Diane and I came in to see the prices on-a New Silverado.We had taken a look at these on the previous day (Sunday) because we knew that the dealers were closed and we wouldn’t have to deal with high pressure sales people. Our first experience was with a salesman named Chris Wright. He was very low key and we felt very comfortable with him. We drove a couple of different vehicles that day and left it at that. The next day after much discussion between the two of us we decided to go and negotiate a deal. If we didn’t feel that we would get a good deal we would leave and move on. In the end Chris did all he could do and all the time making us feel that this deal would be done and in the end it was! We would deal with Chris anytime because there was no high pressure sale tactics and he is a great guy! After the sale they detailed our truck and Chris came in on his day off to make sure our experience was complete. All in all I would say this was a very positive experience for my wife and myself. Kudos to Chris Wright .... Good guy, Good salesman... Feel free to use this tutorial as you please..

Took my vette for oil change. Never bother to walk around the vehicle thinking I can trust them. Came home wash the car and found a really good damage on driver side. They supposedly will review the footage but not certain how much I trust them at this point! SO BEWARE...ALWAYS WALK AROUND AFTER THEY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE

I'm normally not one to leave negative reviews about places but I really feel like I need to speak up about the extremely negative experience I had at Wheaton.

I bought my truck there in June of 2017. Have been 50/50 with how I'd felt about the service I'd received there since buying it but nothing grave to raise a fuss about. I booked my truck in for service for three things: an axle seal that was leaking, a squeaking steering wheel (3rd time I had brought it in for this), and a recall for a new oil pump and was thinking they would change the oil when they did the pump. I booked my truck in 13 days early thinking they should have ample time to get the parts and all should be good.

I dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning and the service consultant (Chris F) told me that the oil pump would not be done because they didn't have the parts in stock and that they would see about getting the axle seal done but that the shop has been very busy due to the cold weather. Apparently me booking it in 13 days early wasn't enough notice?...

When I brought up my frustrations he passed the blame off on the girl that booked the appointment and said that it was her fault that the parts were not in and that she has no say in what parts are ordered. Feeling frustrated I left my truck for the day.

I received a text from him later in the day saying the service would not be done and I instructed him not to worry about the oil change as I would do it myself. Of course all I received were excuses as to why the service was not done with little concessions of fault on the dealership nor attempts to make me feel like my business matters.

When I picked up my truck all that waited for me was a bill for $100 for the oil change (which should have been done when they did the oil pump recall for free) and the axle seal and oil pump still not fixed. The squeak in the steering wheel was finally fixed properly now (maybe because I raised a stink finally?) When I spoke to him that if this is how they treat customers that I would be getting my service work done elsewhere. I took my truck to another dealership that went above and beyond even giving me a loaner vehicle for the day and that had my truck fixed and washed when I picked it up.

I will be telling everyone and anyone I know to shop elsewhere for vehicles after this experience. They have lost my business purely based on how they treat their customers and the very poor experience that I had.

I went in for informational purposes only and the Sales individual didn't pressure me into any purchases at all. He sat there and went through all my options and helped me, over about a week or two, purchase the best vehicle for me. I've loved every second of owning it and I'm sure it's due to the extensive work he did finding out my options. I purchased a brand new truck at Wheaton and they completely destroyed the paint front to back. I took the truck in 3 days after I bought it to get command start installed. They washed it and left swirl marks all over the truck. They said they were understaffed that day and had some helper kid wash it that had not been trained. Management clearly runs the shop like a circus. They offered to buff it but I had the damage assessed by a different body shop that determined a buff job would only be a temporary fix. Wheaton refused to take any responsibility at all for the cost of repair. SGI accepted the claim I made and I had it restored by a pro that brought the truck back to new condition. Took way more than just a buff as Wheaton had proposed. Stay away from Wheaton. Their workmanship is substandard and their ability to take on responsibility for their mistakes in a fair manner is non-existent. I also found out from SGI and other people that Wheaton has had claims against them for this exact same issue more times than any shop should experience. Bottom line, if you buy a vehicle from them, don’t let their shop wash it for you. See pictures for details of damage done to the entire truck. Thanks for nothing Wheaton and may this ramble save some poor soul from having to deal with the likes of you guys.

They have always had top notch service. Only place in town I go for oem parts for my GM cars. Their parts department have went over and above to find things for me that I have needed like a few interior parts and a piece of an engine mount I otherwise would have had to get at a wrecker. Their body shop is also top notch. They painted my fiberglass hood and spoiler for a very reasonable price and the paint matches about as perfect as it can be for a almost 20 year old car. Would think it came from the factory like that. Thanks guys again!

I recently purchased a truck from Wheaton Chevrolet in Sask all the way from Thunder Bay, Ontario. It was a bit more difficult buying it over three provinces,a lot of calls, texts and emails. But everything I wanted done with the truck was done exactly the way I wanted and was ready to go when we got there. Cord was nice to pick us up at the airport and we went thru everything on the truck before driving away. Even thou I wasn't ready to buy a truck at this time, I just couldn't pass up the great deal I received and the truck was exactly what I wanted. Many know I waited I a long time to find exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Wheaton Chevrolet to anyone who wanted to purchase a vehicle from them, because after sitting down with a salesman here in Thunder Bay and getting no where with him it was worth the flight and the drive. George Podovilnikoff helped me out for a few hours one afternoon, patiently following me around the lot and grabbing keys for cars I pointed out, answering all my questions. We went for a few test drives as well. He was honest, up front, and there was NO pressure whatsoever to buy. Although I ended up buying a cheap car off kijiji, if I were to buy a vehicle from a dealership in the future I would DEFINITELY return to Wheaton Chev. Everybody there was just excellent. We had shopped around and almost gave up on finding the right car for the right price, I had made what I thought was a pretty reasonable offer on a car at a different dealership and didn't even get an answer. When I came across Wheatons website I decided to make the same offer on the same car to Wheatons via the internet. It's a short story really, they made me a better deal than I offered (the car is a higher trim and they did better on my trade in) PLUS they were quick to respond, courteous, just real easy to do a deal with. Drove the car home the next day! We've only driven it 15000 kms, but we are loving the Spark!
