Do not let any older siblings of your family go there alone. Salesman's are liars and will tell you everything and anything to get you to buy right away. Do not trust them before doing your research... They are in infraction of code 219 OPC giving a false representation. I personally will never go to this dealer to buy anything. If you read all the lowest reviews you will see that almost all complaints are related. Never look at the good reviews they are manipulated always look at their bad reviews to understand what can happen to you. I wish no one has to ever go threw this experience.

I bought a used 2017 Chevy Bolt from St-Jérôme Chevrolet on April 26, 2021. The sales rep was very helpful and the experience was good, until after I had purchased the vehicle. The vehicle did not pass safety test in Ontario and I wanted to ask how the vehicle could have a safety issue since I was told it had been checked at the dealership through a 100 point inspection. I could understand a cosmetic issue, but I did not expect a safety issue since it was coming from a reputable dealership. Anyways, I have called twice a week since April 26 and left voicemails, yet no one has returned my calls. I would like for someone to call me back, I would appreciate an explanation for how the car was sold with this safety issue, and I would love to be reimburse for this unnecessary cost. I am writing this as a genuine review, as information for others to use, and honestly as another way to get someone to contact me... seriously... 647400XXXX. If it weren't for this lone issue, everything else was great!

I am writing this review after more than 2 months of wait for having my car with me. To start, I waited for GMC to open due to COVID restrictions. I understand that and I waited very patiently. However, after being open, the responsible for my lease transfer went out on vacation, so I needed to wait another two weeks for him to come back. When he came back, I sent my documents for the analysis of credit and got approved, but the responsible for the financial part went on vacation and thus I waited for more two weeks.

They gave me a 15-day deadline for me to be able to pick up my car after the analysis of credit score, however I am already on the 25th day and I haven't heard of them since. Neither the financial sector nor the employee who is responsible for the lease transfer try the LEAST to help me. They do not communicate well with me, I call them and they are never able to answer.

The owner of the car who is transferring the lease to me and I are VERY disappointed with GMC's treatment regarding the client. It's been already 2 months!

It is not because I am not buying a new car that I am not a possible buyer in the future. I would NEVER recommend you to treat a lease transfer with them.

I’m writing this review after 3-4 weeks of waiting for them to change the price as they said which they never did and after a very bad experience with them, I went to see a car 2021 chevy Camaro I saw the car listed online on Autotrader for $57,995 I called them took an appointment I drove all the way from Montreal to them for this specific unit, a salesman or as he was saying the general manager his name is (Isaac) showed me the car I liked it then we went to the office to work out the numbers and suddenly he goes I’m sorry the car is Advertised at a wrong number it should be online for 63,000 and then he started to pull his sales games on me by saying since you’re here the best I can do is 60,000 plus TAXES and the documentation fees which was around $700 dollars And I’m not dropping any dollar of the $60,000, after 5 days I texted him again and told him the advertisement price is still 57,995 he said O I will fix it no problem. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP THEY PLAY PEOPLE VERY GOOD IF THATS WHAT THEIR SALES MANAGER IS DOING IMAGINE HIS SALESMEN, i don’t know how did you guys get the Chevy franchise or how you’re still keeping it, and this car is still online for $57,995 When I asked them why is it not changed yet they throw it on the system is still not working or it’s down. It’s clearly that they’re Misleading people this matter should be taken to the OPC and Chevy headquarters it’s very serious matter people’s time and money is not a joke. And don’t tell me you don’t see your name on my file or put an excuse you guys are good with nothing but excuses

I saw an add for a used Honda Civic 2017 online at this dealership and was interested purchasing it. I had send a message a day before and because I have not heard from the dealer ship I called them and spoke to someone called Manon. I have asked her about the car in which I was interested and she told me she is not able to find it in their inventory. I told her it is still online and says new arrival. She mentioned she can still not see the car in her system but she has an 2016 Honda Civic which I could see. I told ok no problem I have come from Montreal just send me a link to my phone. After I had received the link I went to the dealership all the from Montreal and traffic to find out that the 2016 Civic is also not there and is at a place where they clean the car and do the inspection according the salesman Sebastian. I also found out later that an email was send to regarding 2017 Civic which was sold later in my Junk folder!
Sebastian offered me to bring the 2016 Civic and show me but they charge 899$ service fee on top of the selling price non negotiable which is absolutely too much and I walked off the dealership.
At first place this all could have been avoided if the person on the phone had provided proper information.

Drove over 3 hours to buy a Corvette advertised on AutoTrader, walked out when they tried to increase the advertised price, then they double down and say it's because tax was included, they backed it out and showed taxes to 5 decimal points. This is called FRAUD. I think the salesman was ok, I am certain his manager is the dirty and corrupt one that lost a sure sale.

Hello,
this dealer was very professional and quick to respond when I contacted them. they sent back an evaluation of my vehicle and when I questioned it and explained to them what I had been offered they assured me that they would be able to offer me more.

then I was looking at a specific vehicle, they assured me it was available. I clarified one more time about the value of my car as well as the car I was interested in being available as I had to drive an hour to get there, I was guaranteed the car was still available and assured that they "should" be able to offer me more for my vehicle.

So I jump in my car and make the trip. I get there, was welcomed professionally and then we get into the routine. they offer me $2,000 less than I had already been offered for my car, even after I explained to the web sales representative what I had been offered and she assured me they should be able to offer me up to $1,000 to $2,000 more for my trade.

I was brought off site to another dealership to go see the car I was interested in. you would think they would have brought the vehicle to where we were set to meet, but nope, off to another site. just to find out that the car sold early that afternoon. now I can understand if the car would have sold the evening while I was driving out there, but the sales rep I dealt with was very honest and told me someone did not do there job and mark the car as sold.

that being said, I wasted three hours between driving back and forth and getting to the other dealership.

Valérie in financing and Sonya were incredibly kind and courteous, and if someone there sees this review, I hope compliments are passed on to them. That is the extent of the nice things I have to say about my experience there.

I went there to purchase a 2016 CPO vehicle, and on arrival had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment. I was looking at the vehicle in question and noticed it was on summer tires. Considering a snow storm was about to roll in the same week, I asked if they could throw in a pair, as it would be irresponsible to send off a vehicle on summers prior to a snow storm. Never heard back on the subject matter when they said they would look into it.

The vehicle itself needs an alignment, and the front brake pads and disks are finisjed at 45,000km. Considering these are not difficult things to do, I am stunned they didn't address this issue prior to selling it and chose leave it to the customer's expense. I won't be going back.

Upon arrival, I had to wait for 25 minutes just to be told that I cannot see the car because some manager took it for a road trip to NY. I drove for 40 minutes to get to this dealership and for nothing not even an apology.

At First, i thought this place had great costumer service, and was fair with its deals. I soon found out that it does very shady deals and over charges you for everything. I say this because i almost got screwed over on a 20,000$ deal that i was going to make with them. My sales person Yannick, was very friendly at first and seemed like a honest person. I saw a Camaro listed on both autotrader, and their website for 19,950 which looked like a fair price. i went in and went for a test drive, the car had no gas so he only let me drive it for 3 minutes since he didn't want to put gas in (should have known then it would be a shady sale). When we get back he tried to sell me the car at what seemed liked a high monthly price (didn't give me the full price only monthly), i told him that i needed winter tire which he then added 30$ a month which came up 1600$ for tires. I said this was high and i wanted free tires (previous week they were free during a sale) he went and said he convinced his manger to give me a great deal. He would give me the tires ( which were valued at 1200 now), and reduce the original offer by 10$. This convinced me that i was actually getting a fair deal. I told him i would think it over the weekend, and he agreed to let me think for a few days. for the next two days he called me everyday to pressure my decision (unprofessional). I decided that i liked the car so i would buy it. Drive back (over an hour drive for me) to sign the papers, which is all good, get to the finance lady which tried selling me a bunch of useless add on's, she tried convincing me my insurance would need me to buy these safety features (1000$, they didn't) and said she has two insurance companies that could give me better offers and they would call me. I said no but i have received calls from 3 different companies. I could accept this since they are just trying to get me to buy their stuff but where this place is despicable is what they charge you. I get home (didn't really have time to look over contract in detail there, nor did Yannick explain anything about charges on my contract when he gave it to me. just told me to sign and took it away) and i see the contract has my tires at full price (1000$), the car at 19,950, administration fees 600$ ( these are not mandatory, and most places only charge 250-350), and carproof 70$ (no dealer chargers the consumer for this), I called back Yannick thinking this is a mistake, his response is this was the deal I made which i responded with no you gave me tires. After a 20 minute phone call (he reduced my tires to 300$ even know he said he would give me them for free) and explained he originally charged me 23,000 for the car so that he could reduce the price, to give me tires. He tried explaining that the sticker price was non negotiable price, and that he couldn't give me anything if we started at that price (yet he did reduce the tires after i told him i am not taking the car). I stood firm on my deal that was free tires. He said he would talk to his manger one more time and hung up on me. 1 minute later i get a cold text come pick up your deposit (500$), he no longer cared or showed the same great service as before. I would avoid this place at all cost since they will scam you with a deal. I have never heard of a place start negotiating at a higher price than listed. They will swear they are giving you a great deal, when in reality they give you no deal at all. to them a deal is sticker price, face value on tires, 600$ administration fees, and charging you for the carproof. Never buy a new car here they will lie and over charge you for everything. P.s sorry for the long post but i just want people to know the type of deal that they will encounter. Always make sure they give you the full price of the car not the months, and avoid Yannick at all costs he will try and steal your money.
Also since i posted this they have increased the price of their 2013 camaro from 19950 to 21450, and now have the carproof on request. They changed everything i complained about to scam the next person.

I bought a used car yesterday and will officially receive it next week.

I made sure to leave my review before hand eventhough the vehicle still needs to be prepared before delivery.

To start with, the staff is amazing from start to end - I still need to check the pending items on delivery, but I am confident it will be A+.

From day one, a customer is treated like a VIP no matter who he is, the staff takes care of the customer by providing all the information needed and clarifies it.

They are not just selling cars here, they are trusted advisors - you won't see this at other dealers when you buy a used car- this is why I drove from Montreal to St Jerome to buy a car. Yes I spent two hours driving but these guys deserve it.

I am very happy with the way I was treated by the staff: Cynthia, Lawrence and Stephane, mentioning these names to make sure they are recognized.

I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone who needs a new or used car and they definitely have me as a customer from now on.
