I bought a 2019 Corvette StingRay 2LT Convertible. Todd Mckay (General Manager), Blaine Barber (Service Manager), Gary Spring (Sales Manager), Alex Mackenzie (Sales Manager) and Gail Downes (Sales & Leasing Consultant)) all treated me amazingly.
I had some unacceptable issues with my new car. After going back and forth with the Dealership and General Motors Customer Care. Todd Mckay Manager of Royal Chevrolet Cadillac (28 years family owned)
is as passionate about Corvettes as I am  and stood behind their reputation.
The Corvette was replaced.
This business is run with so much honesty and integrity like I have
rarely seen for a long time. Awesome customer care, awesome service, I haven't seen better.
I 'm back to experiencing the joy of owning a Brand New Corvette.

Worst service ever from any dealer ever!! Went in for an oil change and car came out with multiple scratches, told service advisor who called me a liar and said it was "impossible because they didn't wash your car" Well I was unaware that a car wash would result in the fact that your car would be scratched, now I know! The service manager was contacted who called me a liar as well, he indicated "our guys don't scratch cars" despite the fact that they scratched mine, he said as a "courtesy" they would buff it out. Any other dealer with integrity would call this a obligation to attempt to rectify their wrong doing but not these guys. In the past I encountered useless sales reps and poor service but hoped they would have got rid of the trash at Royal Chevrolet by now, evidently not the case, I will never be back and other friends and family have reached the same conclusion through interactions of their own.

WOW! what can u not say good about this dealership! my name is Dave H. I bought a 2010 Yukon XL here, and within a week of owning it , there were some problems with the truck, I called my salesman who's name is Scott Martin. and him and the manager, name Alex ! said they would look after us!!! and yes!! they did! not knowing what was wrong with the truck , they towed it back to Orangeville- at no cost to me. the maintenance shop began their diagnosed the engine with a cam shaft failure. so at no cost to me!! they began the repairs. and also not to mention the repairs and cost for them to have the safety done. really WOW! my wife and I would like thank Royal Chevrolet for all they have done. this dealership has gone above and beyond what a dealership should have done. so guess where I will buy my next truck from?

After a terrible experience at another car dealership, my husband and I popped onto the lot just to see what the 2021 lineup looked like. I was nearing the end of my lease and I needed a safe, reliable vehicle. I was blown away entirely by my experience at Royal! I was greeted and treated kindly by several team members but it was Deacon who sold us on the Royal Chevy Experience. Firstly, I was completely respected as competent, independent woman. Questions were not deferred to my husband. Deacon is fun to work with, not pushy or salesman-like. Talking about cars with him was more like sitting, having a coffee with a friend. In the end, I think he was like a matchmaker who paired me up with the most amazing new car. My experience with Royal Chevrolet (Orangeville) was great from start to finish! Their web page is up to date and gave me the chance to review the vehicles and then actually go to the lot and take a look at them. Once i decided what i wanted to test drive, I went back to the website to request an appointment due to the COVID 19 and restrictions in place. In minutes I received an email from Mark Easton, as I was trying to send him an email, as he had come highly recommended. As a loyal Chevrolet buyer for over 30 years at the same dealership it was very comforting to receive such great Customer Service from Royal Chev (Orangeville) and Mark, as I am new to the area.

A couple weeks ago my wife, 10 month old daughter and myself were halfway to Fergus when my Chevy Cruze overheated. Coolant leaked, and was now completely empty. I had the vehicle towed to Royal as they have always been great since purchase. Lots of work needed to be done and I was billed over $1200. That’s fine as I have barely had to make any repair on the car previously. After waiting for my C.E.R.B benefit to come in for the month (this is my families only source of income at the moment) I paid my bill and picked up my car, really thinking I had a bit of piece of mind now, and hopefully, reliability. After pulling into my driveway I had a look under the hood and found one of the coolant lines still leaking fluid. I took pictures and immediately called Royal back to inform. I told them that due to our schedules and since I have a baby, they would need to come get the vehicle, which they did...super appreciated given the times. Prior to them coming to get it, I put my summer tires in the trunk and told them they could put those on for me since that was my plan for the day, and not to bring it back to the dealership as soon as I got it back 🙄. Get a call first thing this morning informing that the leak is coming from a different line and that they would need to replace the water outlet and pipe at an additional cost. I said that was completely unfair and that I would not be paying for it due to their misdiagnosis. They then told me I could pick up the vehicle if I wanted and could deal with it myself, but they would be charging me for putting my summer tires on. This I also denied making payment towards due to the run around I have been given. Service desk talks to her manager and they agree to put the tires on, but not fix the water outlet and pipe which is still leaking. Whatever, I just want my car back. And AGAIN after pulling into my driveway I discover something. Only this time, GLUE IS ALL OVER THE TRUNK OF MY CAR! Technician #8055 noticed my RTZ badge was loose, so he decided to fix it. Awesome gesture, too bad the glue dropped everywhere and he did not bother to clean it up. (See video and pictures below) This is crazy. You think after being a customer since 2013 that you would receive decent service. And honestly, so many of my family and friends already had their pitchforks out, shouting, “write a review!!” ...but I held off. Thank you Royal Chevrolet Cadillac Inc. I wanted to have my car repaired now and sold so I could purchase another Chevy soon, but it won’t be from you.

I am Andrei Vastag. My Avalanche was damaged Oct 21, 2019 by a rental company in town, they agreed to pay for repair. I come to Royal Chev to get a quote for the repair. Service manager come out to the parking lot to see the damage and he generated an invoice . Ones app was set to instal damaged parts it was missing the tailgate panel. Had to be re-order an the cost changed. The rental company considered that they were mislead and refused to pay. It was service managers mistake. We had big issues with this repair and in the end Service Manager, Ryan Luke sent me an email saying :
"We would prefer you find another dealer for any future services"
To understand Royal Chev doesn't need me as client anymore?

Took car to Royal Chev Olds on Tues for a safety certificate knowing car was in Great shape. Was told in order to get safety they needed to put pads and rotors on Front. Sounded a little off to me. Refused work and took car to another reputable garage this morning. Now have a safety certificate and no work needed to be done. So please beware of what they are telling you. Nothing like trying to rip off a Senior.

I recently traded in and got used vehicle. It came with stock all season tires installed on January. Eventhough there was a winter ride set from the previous owner. Anyways I accepted and installed them. And now I realized the tires are 9 years old now. All 4 tires have terrible crack on sidewalls. One tire is leaking air. I'm about to order new tires but have to drive until it arrives and installed. Honestly it feels really scary. I traded in my car with brand new winter tires on additional alloys.

I'm a car guy from way back, I presently own a 1966 Chevelle Malibu SS Convertible. I assumed a woman may lack the experience I'm looking for. However because of Gails great personality I thought I'll give it a try. We get to talking about old cars (she was unaware that I owned the '66). she mentions one of her favourite cars from the past was a '67 Chevelle. To say I am disappointed in the service we received is an understatement. We attempted to purchase a vehicle from the dealership as a second vehicle for our growing family. After arriving at the dealership to pick up the car, we were informed that the vehicle was falsely advertised at a MUCH lower km then what was actually on the vehicle, and according to the staff they did not realize this until we arrived to pick it up. In recompense we were offered a small amount off the price, and a gift card to a restaurant for the inconvenience. We chose not to agree to the purchase, feeling agitated by the disorganization of the staff and the way the purchase was handled. Assuming he would be driving the new vehicle home, this left my husband stranded there, having to order a 60 dollar cab home. Easily the most costly, stressful and unorganized attempt at buying a vehicle I've ever encountered. Would not recommend to anyone.

Friends bought a new truck from this dealership and it was the biggest mistake they’ve made. With less than 5000km on the truck they brought it to the dealership repeatedly for service for what can only be described as a moaning noise coming from under the hood. Dealership said they fixed it but upon driving it off the lot the noise was still there. Repeated visits and calls to the place and the general manager finally told the sales person and other staff to not communicate with them and that he would be in charge is speaking with them. Well despite numerous attempts to speak with him, the GM just kept ignoring them. The truck has been sitting there for a few weeks with no resolution when finally my friends contacted head office and they were told that the GM had called the bank on his own accord and despite all payments being made to the finance company he had the bank repossess the truck!! What kind of shady business are they running here?! The problem with dealerships is that they really don’t care about the customer. Once they have your money and the deal you’re just a nobody to them. After talking about this issue with other friends and neighbours I have heard nothing but horror stories about this dealership and can’t believe GM allows them to continue to operate. As much as I’m a proponent for shopping local I strongly suggest you avoid this place like the plague. Unless you’re okay with not being treated well or valued as a customer.

This dealership will provide promises with no follow through. Bought a new 2018 Chevy Silverado and experienced problems within the first two weeks of ownership (500km), and after dropping the vehicle off to be repaired for the second time, I find out the Dealership has called the Bank to have the vehicle repossessed despite my on going payments and numerous attempts to have the truck fixed. My warranty included a drive around the block and the recommendation of the Service Manager to continue driving the vehicle until the issue got worse. Buy a $60k vehicle with extended warranty, and that is how you're treated. What kind of advice starts with "Just continue driving it until it gets worse"?? Now, the truck I am paying for is locked away somewhere. Who knows what damage has been done to the vehicle? Whether my personal items are still attached to the vehicle, or what this will do to my credit! Be sure to read all reviews, and not just ones posted by friends/family!

Found a Town and Country on the Auto Trader advertised for $2,500 less then the wind shield price on the lot. Approached Gail, the sale staff who honored the lower price. I gave my budget and she did everything she could to get the price that I could afford. The van was mint and right up to the day of delivery, the transaction between Royal Chev and myself was top notch. Bought the vehicle on Thursday and was to take possession on Monday. Got a call from Gail on Monday morning telling me that there was an issue at the service bay with an equipment and so, the vehicle will not be ready for Monday delivery as promised. I informed her that 1) the trade in will have the insurance taken off as of Monday evening and so, after Monday, I would not be able to bring it up to them because it will not be insured and 2) I would not be able to pick up the van till Thursday or Friday if I can not get it on Monday. Was called later in the day to be told that the vehicle was ready after-all. Went down Monday evening for the vehicle with my son. Gail being a sweet elderly lady, I felt bad for her to place my plates on the van so, I took the liberty to do it myself. Long story short, don't buy a vehicle at Royal Chevrolet Cadillac. Spend the extra and go somewhere else. After I left the dealership in the middle of the night, I first had to fill the van that was sitting on empty and then, went straight home. After parking the van and getting a good nights rest, got a chance to see my van in the morning to find out that, what was a mint condition van that I saw and made a deal on, had the front of the bumper severely damaged. It seems that it had an accident with a curb. Escalated the issue right away in the morning and provided the pictures of the damage as requested. After about a week of hounding them, I get told that they are confident that the damage did not occur on their side and that I am responsible. LESSON HERE...If you buy from them, make sure you check the vehicle before driving off. If you don't you will be totally responsible because, they have no care in servicing you after they receive their money.

As an update, had to fix the bumper and ended up having to fix a couple of other issues that Royal Chev Caddy little slide. The issue that I have with the company beyond my initial post is, give them a bad review, you will never get a response (they will treat you like dirt). Give them a really good review and the owner will personally reply to you.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac with 11000 km on it. After having it on a hoist at home I found it had been damaged in the front quarter panel and poorly repaired. Immediately contacted the dealership and asked for the fender to be replaced and repaired properly, but Royal refused. The Certified forms showed that the car had been thoroughly inspected and free from any body work. This was signed by the mechanic and Service Manager. Was able to use the credit towards a new truck but Royal refused to refund the $2000.00 snow tire package they installed which was part of the initial deal.
Like several others had mentioned, the $40K truck came with less than one-quarter tank of gas. Can truly say this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will add that Mark treated me professionally however the dealership gives their sales staff no autonomy to negotiate which leads to excessive wait time when trying to negotiate a deal. As an added note, the Cadillac was being returned to the lot to be resold so buyer be ware.
