My husband and I spent this past Saturday looking for a new vehicle. We arrived at your dealership around 11:45am. When the sales person came outside, I started to explain what we were looking for, he informed me that actually they were closing soon, and nobody could stay and help as everyone had things planned, but if I could come back Tuesday, he'd be happy to help, even gave me his name. Well sir, I won't be coming back Tuesday or any other day, you don't seem to need my business because you can afford turn customers away. So, I'm happy to say that the next stop dealership, I actually asked the salesman if they were open, he said, even if we weren't I'm here to help you, and guess what, we bought an suv within minutes, probably less than 15 minutes. I've been in customer service my whole life, I worked by the code that customers were not an interruption to my day, but the reason for my job. Thanks for nothing Boyer, you used to have a good name. I gave you a star because you don't allow me to give you zero stars!

She let me take the time I needed to make sure that I made the right choice of vehicle and promptly answered every question and addressed any concern I had. I had booked an appointment for1: 00 p.m. for an oil change and install after market running boards, after 90 minuets they came to me stating they needed 3.5 hours to install running boards.... they appeared overwhelamed with the amount of assembly required.

They wash down my car and sanitized the inside when i got there and when they gave the car back to me they sanitized it again. I was very pleased with the service and the way they handled everything. The service centre employees always take very good care of my car when it needs to be serviced. And the oil change deal is great.
My vehicle was recently towed here on a flatbed for repair as my parking brake seized and I could not move it at all without destroying the rear brakes. Parts needed to come from the U.S. which I was told would take 3 to 5 days. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks and I was the one who had to call in for updates as the service advisor who promised to keep me informed, never did. When the repair was finally finished and I was called to pick up my vehicle, it had not even been washed. The repair cost around $1000 and they couldn’t even run it through a car wash? Every dealership I’ve dealt with in the past has washed my vehicle after a service visit. It’s a small gesture but it means a lot. Makes you feel like they care. Customer service and especially communication could really be improved upon at this dealership.

My son was driving the car to college and the car needed some unexpected repairs. Our cars are usually serviced in Whitby. I called the service department at Boyer and spoke with Dustin. He told me to have my son bring the car in. They dropped off and picked up my son from school and repaired the car in a timely manner. Incredible service. Very thankful.
Work was done in good time and the waiting area was very comfortable. Staff were genuinely interested in my questions and provided a thorough record of their work.

Missing my old service guy Danny Kent who would go above and beyond to get me the best deal on service. Now, everything has to be done by the book to get maximum profit from customers. Told the service guy I had a airbag light on my dash, he commented that it's usually a wire harness problem. Go to get my car and $130 later, he tells me it's a wire harness problem. WTF! Then tells me my summer tires that were just put on were pretty bald and fishing for me to get new tires. My tires are definitely not bald at all. That my friend is how you lose my business. Couldn't even fix an exhaust leak for me, instead quoted me for a complete exhaust. Don't think I'll be going back. I heard my service guy Danny Kent is over at the Kia dealership across the highway, will be taking my Chevy to a Kia dealer for my service I guess.
I went for a free oil change.
They made me pay 250 $+tax to change a few Things that I could have done myself!
And instead of giving my car back for an oil change after 30 or 40 min, they too' f*cking hours for a basic oild change!!!
I purchased a fire engine red 2019 chevy blazer from Boyer in Lindsay. My sales associate - Jim Lawson - was super friendly and spent a lot of time showing me how everything worked in the new blazer. He also introduced me to the service department for future reference and said to drop by any time if I had any further questions. All round great experience and I couldn't be happier with my new chevy blazer!
