Not terrible.. but won’t buy from here again. Was told a tonneau cover was included on the bill of sale, was never given a bill of sale( even though I asked multiple times) until the truck showed up, and of course the salesman forgot to add the cover even though he assured me it was included. They did nothing to solve the situation and any question I asked went unanswered. Unprofessional and poor customer service.
Best advice.. look somewhere else

Staff are nice and friendly but this dealership is in need of updating and a cleaner vehicle drop off area. First impressions are important and when pulling into the drop off bay, I was not impressed.

You do receive a free car wash at every visit. But they don't do it. You are given a voucher for a wash at the Esso close by. It's nice but also not the most convenient. If I'm visiting the dealership for repairs, I'm already spending way too much of my time and money. And of course, they want to talk you into more services than you came there for; all dealerships do that, not just this one, so it would be greatly appreciated to receive my car back already washed, after I've spent a small fortune.

Nevertheless, In the end, they were very accommodating, got the job done but need to improve on their appearance and professionalism.

Called service advisor. Told them l had to have a new window wiper transmission installed on a 2015 Equinox. They told me they would put me through to parts to get a price on the part. I said l need the part installed so why cant you give me the price for both. That's not the way it works l was told. I now have an appointment to have it installed at their competitor tomorrow. Strange.

I am a regular customer at Leamington GM. I am always treated fairly. Kirk, the service advisor with whom I usually deal, is always very accommodating. If one of the technicians recommends a service, Kirk will tell you why, or show you what needs to be replaced. If you go in for an oil change he will let you know if you don't really need one yet because your percentage of oil life remaining is still too high, or your kilometres are too low. I enjoy going to the dealership knowing that they have the latest GM technology to keep me up and running!

Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. 12 weeks later it finally arrived (which I realize is not in their control). They had ordered the wrong rims and admitted it was a mistake, but told me I would have to order another Blazer or pay $5,000 for the rims and tires because it was after the fact. They were originally only $1,200 when I placed the order. They had no desire to fix the problem. So disappointed!

We weren’t from the area and we thought we could trust a GM dealer. Won’t ever do that again. Went for an alternator and the mechanic said it was the battery. Sold us a battery but before we picked up the vehicle we were called and were told it was also the alternator. The battery was only a few years old so we requested that they return the battery to us and when we took the battery back to the garage that put the battery in a few years earlier it was tested. Battery was load tested nothing wrong. We had questioned the service manager at the time about the battery and his reply was “I have to trust the mechanic”. We paid full price for a battery we didn’t need.

I'm glad I dodged the bullet of dealing with this service centre for too long.

First, the online booking system doesn't work right. It will allow any date, any time, and you'll get a confirmation that that date and time are just fine, even if there's no chance of getting your vehicle in.

Second, staff are difficult to reach. After the online booking issues, I was given the business card of one of the service centre employees to contact directly. I emailed on a Tuesday, got a "whoops, missed your email, I'll look into it and get back to you" at the end of the day, and never heard anything more. I emailed again a week later, and still nothing. This ended up being for the best.

I had brought in my Chevy Blazer for a few things, some routine, some more substantial. After the routine stuff (oil change and tire rotation) I was given an estimate for nearly $3,000 because, according to the mechanic's report, there were problems with the brakes, rear differential, axle seals, and oil cooling line, all of which were "hard to find" parts and needed to be done ASAP.

However, since I wasn't getting a reply, I took the vehicle to another shop. This shop did their own inspection and found that much of the work that Leamington GM had claimed was urgent was actually completely unnecessary. Besides the rear brakes needing replacement, there was no sign of any leaking seals or differential work needing to be done at all. The second shop quoted me $800 all-in.

So yes, this mechanic lied, and tried to trick me into getting service that wasn't needed. If you're like me, and searching for a new place since your favourite shop closed up, avoid this place at all costs. Your wallet will thank you.

One final note: if you're going to have things like an online booking form on your website, you can't be surprised when people book online. You can prefer communicating by phone all you like, but your preferences aren't paying the bills, are they? Forced into it by corporate? Don't like the "new tech"? Tough. That's business, and the way things are going. You can either roll with it and adapt, or dig in your heels as you reminisce about how things used to be and get left behind.

I will NEVER let Leamington GMC touch either of my Chevrolet vehicles ever again. I have purchased over the past 18 months 2 new Chevrolet vehicles (neither form Leamington as every time i would talk to a sales man, they did not seem interested in talking) and a lease buy out. The lease buy out process took weeks to complete and the day we showed up to sign papers, not all to the paperwork was complete and we could not finish the agonizing process. while washing my new vehicle a few days ago, I notice a blemish in the paint on the hood (12 day old vehicle). I brought the vehicle to Leamington GMC and asked them to look at it. Service Manager, Marcel Jobin, was unwilling to help as the vehicle was not purchased in Leamington, and advised me that it was between me and the dealership where i bought it. I only deal with them for service and that will now NEVER happen again.

They even provided me with the results of the testing they did on my vehicle to let me know what's up to standard and what's not. My son went in to have his key fab programmed and we feel he was completely taken advantage of. They charged him for environmental fees and a work kit on a courtesy inspection and charged him for an hour labor when they only had his car for about 2o minutes. All this on top of making him purchase a new key fab or pay for them doing nothing. I try to have my children be independent and companies like this make that a very hard lesson for him to learn. $234.63 later I have a very upset son and what is Marcel's solution...an oil change!

Just bought an extremely well maintained low mileage G8 GT at Leamington GM. The overall experience with this dealership was simply amazing. The staff is kind, trustworthy and generous of their time. I never bought a car online before, what you see is not always what you get. However, this transaction exceeded my expectations. The car actually looked better in person and the preparation was fabulous. I even got to meet the previous owner who shared stories about the car.

Being a car guy, I can say I'm not always an easy customer. I had two cars for trade-in and they gave me exactly the value I asked for. If I ever have to buy another car, I would make the trip down from Brockville without hesitating. I got an amazing cars, and most important of all, made new friends along the way.
