Happy with most aspects in dealing with Dueck RICHMOND with the purchase of our 2013 Audi A7 used car on April 18, 2020 , from the sales department to the finance department, friendly and good service. One pet peeve though, and that was the very last part of the process, getting handed the key for our new car........just one key :( This car sat in their lot for 7 months, and no one bothered to order a new 2nd key for this car. Now we’re stuck with the burden 🤔

Was told false information from a new sales person. Ended up paying $1000 more than the agreed upon price for a car due to the error and associate's dishonesty. Then my car started having problems less than a month later, and it was a hassle to try and solve the issues since I'm from out of town and apparently they lost all my info at Dueck Richmond for a few days.
However, the employees ARE nice. The dealership was very clean and eventually my problems were handled but it was very stressful. They had a good selection of cars too, and were willing to bring in vehicles from different dealerships in the area to make the sale. Too bad the vehicle they brought in was outside my budget despite the agreement that i was ONLY interested in test driving it if they could bring the price down to fit my budget.
Overall, Terrible first experience buying a used car from a dealership. They even called me to come in for a complimentary "check up" despite me living 8 hours away. Way to pay attention to detail Dueck.....

Having had a not so great experience when purchasing our last vehicle at a different dealership, we were feeling a little uneasy with what we thought wasn’t going to be a great process of purchasing our current vehicle. However from the moment we walked onto the lot at Dueck, Sheldon was great to work with. He made everything so light and easy and was very informative. It felt like he was someone we had known for years and he made the whole process very laid back and comfortable. So much so that my parents are now looking at buying a vehicle from him as well. We will definitely be back for future purchases!!
This was my first time purchasing a brand new car! Being nervous about making the big jump/commitment, Sheldon made it so easy! Him and his team (Bernard from financing and Craig from the insurance side) walked us through the whole process. Being a younger couple and first time buyers, they were very patient and had answers for any questions that popped up. I would highly recommend buying from these guys! It has been a pleasure ❤️
Most inexperience and confused staff I have ever experienced. The make deals and promise thing that are not even possible the whole time they talk to you. They currently have a Tesla on the lot that I was ready to buy. I agree to the first set of numbers they gave me under the agreement that they would charge the car now and I would walk out with it today. Then they said the manager quoted me the wrong numbers and it would actually be 8,000 more. After 4 hours and them going going back and forth between sales person and manger they wanted to give us no break on the price at all. We agreed to go through with it if we were getting it today and leaving our current car with them. They say yes. I asked for confirmation that they would absorb the left over of my previous car loan immediately so that I would not get stuck with 2 payments. They said they would but that I should also request a stop payment from the bank. WRONG! If your actually going to do there is no need and if I stop payment and they don’t, my credit gets dinged for missing a payment. Then after all that they sit me down with the finance person say there is no way I can leave with the car today. He say that’s not even an option because they have not even looked into which banks can finance a Tesla yet. The car is on you lot! You should already know who will finance it, have given all of the information to you manager and sales people. Know one in this store knows what they are doing and they don’t communicate with each other at all. They need to be educated before they should be allowed to sell cars.
Words cannot describe how happy I am with the fantastic level of service I have received from Dueck! From the start when I booked my appointment thru the working being completed and on to the closing of my service, the Dueck staff showed complete professionalism and class! I will only bring my Cadillac to Dueck after this 10/10 experience. I would very highly recommend Dueck!

Great Service! I was a customer of theirs since I rolled into the province in 2009. The service department has been nothing but trustworthy! I usually saw Jonas for my service visits and I always felt well taken care of and never pressured. 10/10, I'd recommend this team and their mechanics everytime!!

Call in for their "AlloyGator" Special. Was told to call back Tuesday as their accessorial guy wasn't in. Called in again, was told hes on vacation but will transfer me again. After 6 transfers within 5 minutes, I was speaking with the front desk. Then was told I will be transferred to Vincent. 0 communication whatsoever.

Brought my truck in for service last week. First time at this dealership. The service department was excellent not only in service but the how the service department was set up. Clean and efficient. Matt and Sunny provided excellent customer service and clearly explained what was required to fix my truck. I will recommend this service department and will return.
I bought 2 Cadillacs here in the past. The sales people and finance department were stuck up even though they are selling American cars. The service department is excellent though and they provide better customer service then the sales department. I switched to Mercedes two years ago and can see and feel the difference in the quality and education of the sales team.

Got my 2002 Corvette Z06 repaired at the body shop department. There was a weird rattle noise at highway speed. Since I personally own an automotive repair shop, I lifted my car up and found some of the parts in the front bumper not secured properly. The centre part of the front bumper had no fasteners/screws at all. The sad part was the brand new bumper was brutally cut to create two slots to be fitted.
The people are great but workmanship or quality control could be better. I hope they will do well and improve in future dealings.

Excellent Service! I took my truck in for service and Christina the service advisor was top notch. She was professional, friendly and she answered my questions honestly and in plain language not with a "canned" response. I know she has a tough job but she makes it look easy and she does it with a smile. Thank you! The shuttle driver who was also great, dropped me off at Costco, I did my grocery shopping then he picked me up again. He also transferred my groceries from the shuttle to my truck! My bill was exactly as quoted. I drive a 2008 GMC 3500 so it's not my first rodeo and this team went above and beyond to say the least! Thank you!
BEWARE! I was quoted $130 to get my passenger front light to be changed. they charged me $350. what a joke. I would have shopped around if I would have know I would be charged 3 times the quote. unless you have an endless amount of money do not go here.
easy people to deal with. definitely good pricing. A little hard to find I found it on my IPhone easy enough. I went in with some comparables for my trade and they gave me great money for it. I was kinda blown away. other than that they were just easy and polite to deal with
