As a car owner for 55 years, who had my favorite repair shop for years in Vancouver, I was shocked to get a repair bill for $1500. They replaced both ball joints on vehicle to stop traction control problem. The repair did nothing to fix problem. They told me to come back and they would "try again", but no refund for useless work done. I went to Cal Solvey Motors, a family honorably run business. They fixed problem instantly. In 55 years owning good used vehicles, I have never felt so ripped off. Rude management.

I called the dealership to speak with Justin Allard when I saw a vehicle I liked on Facebook. Justin brought the vehicle to my driveway that morning to test drive & took mine in to be appraised. Talk about good service! All the deal making was conveniently done over the phone. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the dealership signing paper work and the deal was done. Such an easy and great experience.
I needed a new vehicle in a hurry this last April and Justin Allard was amazing! One telephone call to determine my needs on a Friday and Saturday morning he was in our driveway with a new Avenir. Everything he said about it was on the money. He took the vehicle I was going to trade back to the dealership to figure out the trade-in value and left the Avenir with us to test drive. Beautiful vehicle to operate to say the least! We had a deal done before the end of day and I picked up my new purchase on Tuesday morning with everything we had agreed to completed. My husband had a specific vehicle in mind and we found it at Echo Valley Motors. At first we where hesitant because it was over 3 hours away and we have never dealt with them before. I called Justin and he was more than happy to give me the history of the vehicle and why it had been traded in. Justin's easy going personality made me trust his word. We got a loan and low and behold our loan officer had recently purchased a vehicle from Justin too and had nothing but good things to say about him and the service. Justin made arrangements for someone to meet us halfway with the vehicle to do the exchange so we didn't have to drive the 3 hours. It was an easy and fluid exchange and the vehicle surpassed my husbands expectations! We were so impressed with Justin's honest ability to accommodate us at any time that we referred our daughter. She traded in her vehicle and had the same great experience. We will not hesitate to purchase or refer friends to Echo Valley Motors as you just can't get that level of great service in the big cities!

Just picked up a 2018 Silverado and couldn't be any more happy. Eric was the lad who helped us from the start and was great to deal with. Treated us like friends from the 1st time meeting. The sales guy was great, unfortunately the vehicle he sold me was a piece of junk. Knowing my rights, I tried to at first exchange and was directed to the sales manager Murray. He is absolutely the meanest, sexist, bully I have ever experienced. Zero morals or respect and at that point my "exchange" plan was quickly turned into a return. It was a newer used vehicle and no way am I goimg to deal with him for the time I own my vehicle. Till that sad sad individual is fired I would strongly avoid this place.

8 months ago my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree while I was passing through town. I was told i needed an engine and turbo replacement and their were no used ones anywhere. My total quote was $9000.
I made 1 phone call and found 3 used ones that were compatible in my car. When i told this to the sales manager he blamed it on “his guy” that looks for this stuff. Extremely unprofessional and obvious he didnt make an effort.
Next step was to get my curtesy car. This involved multiple statements of “i’ll call you back asap, or within the hour, or this afternoon”. Finally the next day (a Saturday) and still no call back, I exploded on the next person who answered that phone, who probably had nothing to do with the lack of customer care the day before. And I finally had a call back and a vehicle ready to go within 30 minutes. About 3 days later I received a call from you guys telling me i needed to return the vehicle... again i exploded because my vehicle wasn’t ready. Total lack of compassion for clients and lack of having any idea of what my situation was... someone paying a bill that high should not have to fight for a courtesy vehicle... that was literally the only reason why i kept my vehicle there.
After jumping through too many hoops with you guys i made all the arrangements to get the engine taken directly to you and arrange pick up for the old one and cover all those costs in advance... you still had the full right to charge me for additional nuts, bolts, hardware, etc. Yes that’s sarcasm.
I had someone pick up the old engine, they backed into your shop and the overhead door fell on his truck and i was told it took awhile to get that door off his truck and he was now running late for his doctors appointment. And nobody cared to look for damages... i guess its a good thing it was an old beat up farm truck, but this was yet another train wreck.
There’s definitely alot more to talk about with my experience like how the greasy parts were just tossed on my belongings in my trunk without anything between but im going to get to the point as to why i waited 8 months to write this review. This weekend my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree again, i was convinced to take it back to another dealership. I explained to them that this exact scenario had happened before, same warning lights, the same shakes when excelerating, the same codes except its now in cylinder head 4 instead of 1. This dealership was exceptional by the way they treated me like a family member and hustled to get me help with a vehicle, a diagnosis, a discount, and a CORRECT DIAGNOSIS came through.
We’ve found that it was a $250 part, please inform and educate your mechanics it was the COIL PACK!!!!! This whole time. Please talk to your parts manager to due their due diligence in actually trying to find parts, please educate your staff in proper and prompt services for returning calls and making arrangements for clients.
I feel taken advantage of, disrespected, and down right stupid for not towing it to another shop. After all my tears with you guys and my request for you to remove me from your general sales letters and phones calls, you still have not done so. I will never recommend anyone even to use your washrooms.

Was talking to Eric K and he treated me very unfairly, he made me feel like I was out of place and like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Will never go back as there are other dealerships that will give me the same product with much better service then he had given me.
We are happy with our purchase through Echo Valley and the salesman, Randy Q. He put up with all my questions and we were able to come to an agreement on purchase price easily. The only issue I had was that I had asked initially for a better interest rate and was told it was not negotiable. I obtained a lower rate with a local CU and then received a call of offer at lower rate with Echo Valley. We decided to go with the local bank as I would have appreciated the offer from the dealership when I originally asked and wanted to reward the bank for being up front with me. In the end, the bank even met the lower rate that was later offered by Echo Valley. All in all though, the service so far has been very good and we look forward to future business with this dealer.

Open and friendly to do more than simply sell the vehicles. With no credit, options were discussed for the best way to get my relative into a vehicle. We then went for a test drive and plan to speak to partners and hopefully move forward. I'll be back personally.

I purchased a vehicle from here under unfortunate circumstances. I was left feeling as though my situation was taken advantage of by the sales staff. Once the sale was made/complete and I enquired more about a few things the sales person I dealt with would not return my calls which is obviously a reflection of covering up wrong doings. I would never purchase from here again and I openly share my experience with others because dishonesty is a terrible quality and poor for reputation.
I get my truck serviced there regularly and also get aftermarket parts through them. Very good people there. So go check them out.
