My visit to Humberview was nothing short of spectacular! I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Stogdill, Rob Perri, Craig Mercer, and Dino. Starting with Jim and my sales experience: I was treated with respect and professionalism from start to finish. The paperwork and delivery went smooth as can be expected when purchasing a used truck. There was a small stain on the seat which was promptly addressed and fixed by Jim, Craig (service advisor), Dino (detailer), and the used car manager. I was even invited for a courtesy detail at my earliest convenience. Another minor issue I had were some stone chips in the window. Jim immediately got someone to look at the window and confirm they had already been fixed. In the end I am very thankful for Jim and Rob for making the paperwork and financing easy to understand and process, while at the same time knowing I have a fast and reliable service team to maintain my beautiful new Chevy Colorado!

The staff are friendly, however the waiting time for something as basic as an oil change is too over an hour, even with an appointment.
In addition, rather than disinfecting the shifter, wheel, and seat like other dealerships; they cover it with large pieces of plastic. What a waste of plastic considering how many cars they do this for.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience from start to finish!! Andrew and the finance department was amazing! We purchased a brand new Chevy Suburban Premier at 0% after a LOT of shopping around and it was Andrew that made it an easy decision for us. A simple question was quickly responded to and many quotes with options Provided immediately. Our financing was so easy and painless and they Delivered it to us 2 hours away!!! Had an 11:30 am appointment for an oil change. Came to the dealership only because I had a $20 discount through a RBC promotion.

Received 4 emails and text messages the week prior reminding me of my appointment. Showed up on time, waited 1.5 hours, and only when I went to ask why it was taking so long was I told they hadn’t yet taken in my car. It was parked outside.

I learned that making an appointment here only means an appointment to check-in. Service is first come first serve. Regardless of what time you have an appointment, you are still placed in a queue.

When I asked how much longer, I was told maybe an hour. I elected to leave. Took another 15 minutes just to get my keys back.

Horrible horrible horrible service! VERY SLOW. I was in for a simple service where the filters just needed to be changed and I waited FOUR HOURS. My visit before took an 1 hour , there’s no way how the same set of service could take 1 hour then 4 hours. It’s obvious that my first visit NOTHING was done and I was robbed. I will never go to this place ever again! Made me miss appointments and then found 10 million things wrong with my car within 3 months of the last time they serviced it. What are these people actually doing!!!????

I brought my Volt there to fix. It was fixed on time. Some troubles happened but I should say that Tryfon (aka Treefon) made all problems solved. He is the best manager I ever deal with. I am so happy that he is working there and was able to turn all imperfercions into a happy ending story. It was quite some time ago so I can confirm that car is perfectly fine, everything what fixed is working good. I am very happy with this service and recommend it to everyone. I called for an appointment. Was told to come right at 8 am. The day I left the lot with my brand new terrain it was making a little noise. I thought it was the new tire treads but later I was told by my bf to get it checked. I went in at 8 am told them the right side wheel was making a noise when going between 30-40 km you could really hear it. I was given some song and dance about needing to shampoo my brakes by the guy who plays host. I left being told it would be a couple hours. At 3:30 I was called and told it would be ready. I should come back. I went back. Was left waiting another 1.5 hours and then given my car back. I was told it wasn’t the right wheel but the left side wheel bearing. They changed the right side and said I should be good. As soon as I drove away I heard the sound immediately! I was too angry and didn’t have time to go back since my whole day had been wasted. They never do my car fast. Any little thing I go in for takes a day. So this is why I never want to go. The mechanic obviously didn’t even take the car for a test drive after replacing the wheel bearing to make sure it was good now. I still have this issue with my car but can never sacrifice a full day. So I guess I am stuck and will be told I should have shampooed the brakes to maintain warrantee. So unhappy that I hate my car and can’t wait to get rid of a GM. Never to return.

Absolutely beyond the negative! I had to bring my Yukon Denali for an upgrade on the ONstar module. Their shuttle service was always immediate.............. this time told I had to wait 15 minutes..with absolute no direction where to wait...in the past always seem to be a nice little coffee area with complimentary coffee. I stepped outside but soon was blown away because I was in a employee smoking area. 30 minutes later finally got a shuttle from a very nice man (Dave)..........so I was late arriving to my volunteer job.
I was told my truck would be ready about 2:30 0r 3:00 p.m. by Daniel in service and called at that time and was told it would be another hour. I called at 4 could not get in touch with him.but then called the main number to try to get a shuttle....and got in touch with the shuttle lady and explained that I was at Dorothy Ley Hospice and needed a pickup. She immediately said she knew exactly where I was and would be there in 15 minutes. It is a call button to enter the hospice and I waited inside the hospice as it was raining. She finally arrived (but made me walk out to the street)and was so horrible in terms of berating me as supposedly I was to be at the Tim Hortons across the street. She indicated that her vehicle was too large to enter the Dorothy Ley Hospice parking lot (I I own the exact same vehicle) and have no difficulty entering, parking and exiting the lot. She grumbled about this all the way back to Humberview.......... and took the most ridiculous route through Sherway Gardens parking lot.....at the height of Christmas shopping.instead of a direct route along the Queensway.
The next day I get a call from Daniel in service u=indicating that one of his mechanics is missing a tool and perhaps left in my car. I could not find it that day......... but the next day did and immediately contacted Humberview.. ....... They had no Daniel in service on record!
