My son purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox from myself and my husband. He took it in at 118,000km for an oil change and found that the water pump had broken. Not only did they replace it FOR FREE but they also found a cracked manifold. They also replaced that FOR FREE since it was still covered by warranty. Shannon was AMAZING and all of that work only took 1/2 of a day AND when he picked up the car they had also cleaned it inside AND out!!! Just WOW... I am soooo super happy with Queenston Chev Olds!!! Thank you truly!!!

Prices are fair for their quality of service.
Teresa (service advisor) was unbelievably helpful. We didnt account for how long the service would take. He had to cause a headache to the staff, as we had to leave early for a family issue.
With a smile, Teresa went back for about 2 minutes and came back and said "Okay they are doinf X,Y,Z, but they are wrapping up now and we will call you with the rest, but the car is coming now." She smiled again.

We as the customer caused them a headache and screwed up their work schedual and they still got us out on time and without one shred of attitude.
With the difficulty of Covid and peoples patience wearinf thin, these guys and girls were just nothing short of phenomenal.

Thank you to Teresa and the rest of the staff. We WILL be back permanently

i came to get my truck serviced i had an appointment the lady at the service desk was incredibly rude to me from the start not sure if she was having a bad day or if she just didn't want to deal with me but it made me think that i wont be bringing my truck back again when i came back in to get my truck when it was done the other lady there was supper nice as to make up for it but the damage was already done i will not be returning to this dealership for service or to buy a car again

Horrible sales rep. They were very friendly until I explained the amount I had in mind, they instantly didn't want to speak with me anymore, didn't try a counter offer, instead they began sarcastically remarking that I couldn't afford anything on their lot.

Just because a young kid throws out a low number, doesn't mean that they are broke. It's called negotiations, you'd think in a sales position you'd know what that is.

Instead they look at younger people as children and talk down to them. Oh well. Lots of other places to buy a truck from.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new suv. Stopped into the closest dealer. What a shock. No hand sanitizer station. No social distancing as one older gentleman was walking around shaking hands. People in and out of vehicles with no wipe down. They did have plexiglass at reception, but no one there to ask any questions. After 20 minutes of walking around and just laughing to myself I left. Hope the next dealership I visit is better

Earlier this week my boyfriend and I were picking up our car, though the service was excellent what wasn't excellent was the lady at the front desk, upon approaching her not only did it start to smell vile like someone just soiled themselves but the lady was extremely unprofessional. I asked where the washroom was, to try and get composure of the smell and all she did was point towards some doors near a lounge which left me to find it myself, coming back to the scene she was also trying to take more money from us when our paperwork said otherwise. We were confused and frustrated and we had questions she couldn't even answer for us, simple questions as to why we were paying more and she had no answer for us. My boyfriend and I looked at each other every time she moved she was passing gas and it was like she had no care in the world what she was doing, I was not sure if she was new or not but she has no idea how to do her job and professionalism isn't in her vocabulary. She did not make us feel inviting in any way shape or form and made us feel like this was a shady deal from the start when she wanted more money from us but no answer as to why. Everyone else was pleasant but the lady in her position should not be working a job that she clearly lacks training in. I asked her how long she has been with the company and she replied since 2018. I'm all for giving someone a chance but we personally dread ever calling or needing to come in and talk to her again.

Absolutely terrible service. I was very clear when booking my appointment that all I was looking for was a yes or no on whether the damage that caused my check engine light to turn on would be covered under my vehicle's warranty. I already knew what the problem was, as the temperature gauge on the dashboard was reading -40° on a warm day. I communicated to every employee I interacted with that under no circumstances did I want any repairs done to my car if I would have to pay out of pocket for them.

Instead, what I got was a diagnostic that I did not ask for or consent to, that cost me $150 after taxes. Simply turning on the car and taking half a second to read the display would have been enough to know what the problem was. On top of that, I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and did not receive a phone call until around 3:30 in the afternoon to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, costing me an entire day of work as well. Additionally, small repairs were performed on my car that, again, I did not ask for or consent to at any point.

I also received an email after my "service", asking that I leave a positive review on an online survey that GM may be sending me. The email also asked that if I was going to leave anything but a positive review, to let the dealership know. I did my due diligence and aired my grievances directly to the dealership, but have heard nothing back in over a week. I'm starting to think that they ask customers to do this so they can field who these surveys go to, ensuring that only people who have had positive experiences complete surveys.

The entire experience left me feeling like the host body for an overzealous leech. It makes me wonder how much money this dealership rakes in from the community via its shady and opaque business practices. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Queenston GMC for any service in the future.

I was able to call on the Friday before Christmas and get a booking to service my work truck on the Monday. I took it in for 745 with a list of service items not expecting it back until late afternoon. It was back within a couple of hours which was amazing considering my normal work day. The shuttle driver was very good and i did not have to wait very long to get home or picked up to come back to the service department. Overall I have been very impressed with the service on multiple occasions!

I arrived at your Express.department Friday December 13 to witness a.young employee being publically humiliated.and fired by a manager. In front of other customers and.employees. The.employee was told he was not allowed to speak and was verbally attacked. His coworkers looked on fearfully and the young man was visibly embarrassed and shocked. Any company who fosters.such an environment of disrespect.and fear is not going to be a company i trust my vehicle with. I did not even speak to anyone.after seeing this display. Absolutely the most unprofessional attitude towards potential customers.

The car I bought off of them was a 5 year old trade in. They took well care of it: new breaks, tires and a few other things. However, it would've been great if they were a bit flexible for their customers and did not rush them once the sale was completed. For example, they close at 8:00, but I still asked if I could pick up my car at 8:00 on the dot or 8:05 since I am coming from Downtown Toronto after work. They refused. However, I then stated I will arrive at 2:00 or 3:00 on Saturday (they close at 5). No response back until Saturday morning when they texted me telling me they wanted me to come in at 12:30 instead. Well mannered car, but poor customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. Spoke with salesperson Dave regarding a vehicle I scheduled a time to come view. We booked for 1:30pm to view the vehicle, I drove from out of town nearly 3 hours to find out the vehicle was sold that same morning. Salesperson didn't feel the need to reach out to me to tell me it sold or if I was able to come in earlier knowing I was driving up there. Texted my complaint as well without hearing any reply. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Staff are friendly. Work is done well! I only wish that you were given a heads up for the other regular maintenance. Such as inspections, Tire Rotations and so on. Don't like dropping my car off for a free oil change and then a half hour into my oil change I find out that I have to wait 2 more hours for routine service recommended by Chevrolet that will cost $100.00. I know every dealer is the same. I realize it effects my warranty. Now just give me a pamphlet or a heads up when I make the appointment that this is going to happen. We go over Make/Model, Odometer and the rest of it. Just a heads up. 5 stars with a heads up.

Brought a 2012 Chevy Cruze in for an oil change, have NEVER had an oil leak from this vehicle until right after getting the vehicle back. The oil level was exceptionally high after getting the vehicle back from the dealership and after leaking on my, what was then a completely oil spot free driveway, for two weeks the oil level was STILL too high, which means it was overfilled. The oil pan now needs replacing, a part that should last the lifetime of the vehicle, and the service manager refuses to accept that they over filled my oil because "its all digital!" . Do not bring a vehicle to this service center as they can't even do an oil change properly.

Very poor customer service! I usually don't bother reviewing but since I'm here waiting for an hour I had nothing better to do. Had a recall on my GMC. They advised they would shuttle me back home while doing the repair. Said repair would take about 2 hours. I have been waiting for an hour and yet no shuttle here yet 😕 When asked the lady Teresa is very rude. ***adding on to my previous review. As you can see I was told to email customer service just so they can say sorry for the inconvenience. What a waiste of time!

I brought my 2009 Pontiac G5 in for what I thought was a power steering issue. Turns out I needed a ton of work done on the car. Lots of little things that added up to a car that wasn't safe to drive but wasn't really revealing that fact while driving it. My service rep, Teresa Levey was extremely helpful in providing all the information I needed about the repairs and then the time I wanted to decide what I was going to do. I don't mean hours, I mean she backed off for a day or so while I considered my options. Once I decided that I didn't want to proceed with the repairs as it was time to move on to a more reliable vehicle she did everything she could to make the transition easy for me regardless of the fact that I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle from Queenston. She kept the car on-site with no pressure to remove it while I bought a new one. She offered to call a wrecker to come haul the vehicle away and then apply whatever money that generated to my outstanding bill and then she found a person who wanted to buy the car and saw that I got enough to take care of the money I owed Queenston. Again, this was all offered with a smile and great communication every step of the way even though I wasn't going to be doing business with Queenston for repairs or a new vehicle. In an age where customer retention is a fading art Teresa did everything she could to ensure that if I ever want to do business with GM again I will head to Queenston without hesitation. She's also guaranteed that I will give Queenston a glowing recommendation should anyone ask about where to go with, or for, a GM product. I can't say enough good things about the help I got from Teresa and Queenston Chev during my last visit. Top marks for everyone!

This dealership has now wasted my time on two occasions regarding their diamondkote package which I paid more than $2000 for. They don't do the rustproofing or the exterior coating and are ripping customers off. Now that I've already paid they won't refund my money or offer the money in a credit. Worst experience with a dealership I've ever experienced and both their service managers Mike and Gary have no clue how to conduct business. If you are planning on buying a vehicle from them you should just look somewhere else cause this dealership has a bunch of scam artists.

A few days before I was trading my 03 GMC in on a 10 Tacoma something else fell off of it so I took it to Queenston who fixed the problem and gave me a whole list of other things wrong with the truck. I already knew of all that stuff, some of it legitimate warranty work that couldn’t be fixed by a northern Ontario GM dealership. Since I was unloading the thing, been putting up with these issues for years and didn’t want another GM I refused, much to their surprise. That’s the point of this rating is that they were honest and competent; a very rare trait. If I ever consider my 5th GM product it won’t be because I think they are a quality vehicle. The only reason I would buy one is because I feel Queenston is capable of dealing with the problems the vehicle will surely give me.
