We visited Leggat to price a new full size Chevrolet, we are pleased with the service we received, we got free hot dogs, coffee, and a tour of the dealership, we saw lots of rare cars, very interesting varieties.
Then, for our new car, we were offered three different models, each model, has a different color and different equipment, we got a price on the one we liked. we are happy with the price, and hope to do business with Leggat, however, we did not like the trade in price we were offered for our old car, and decided, not to go for the offer.

I’ve been buying new cars since 1971. Here, I dealt with salesman John Pacheco. I’d recommend him to anyone. Sure, they tried to sell me the window etching but it’s part of the game. Slick outfit. Even have a breakfast/brunch restaurant. Wifi, tv. Ya, car dealerships sure have changed. It was all good here.

I don't like salespeople... their stubborn and pushy methods and relentless nagging. However, if it wasn't for their wonderful salesman, John Pacheco - I would, probably, never have bought the car I am driving now. He was professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. If anyone wants to buy a GM car in Burlington and area, go to see him!
John is an old-fashioned gentleman and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. I was able to take home the car for a weekend to try it, he arranged a good deal for my trade-in and did everything to ease the stress. When the winter was coming I just sent him a message asking about snow tires. In no time I sent me the best quote for winter tires and arranged the service appointment. Once again: John Pacheco is the man, go see him!

Awful sales experience. 4 hour long story short....Ended up trading in my GMC terrain and buying a Hyundai Sonata sport. Hyundai met my negotiate price cap without negotiatiation and with the first offer the manager came to great me.

The manager at GMC never came out and she went back 4 times with little improvment and offered me half for my used vehicle trade in that anywhere else did....shows me they know what their cars are worth.....or how they try to screw people over. Left crying and ended up feeling so well taken care of at Hyundai. Bought a new car in 1 hour.

Mostly come here for convenience, staff is often rude or not aware of what is going on. Last visit the shuttle driver missed me twice and I had to wait two hours to get to work and in today's visit I was welcomed by a gentleman with "I don't have time for you right now there is way too many people in front of you" when I was just going to inquire who to speak to in regards to my appointment. Will say that Crawford is a pleasure to deal with though.

Good local car dealership, with a nice inventory / selection of new and used cars. Purchased my previous car and leased the last car from them. Generally speaking, it was and it is a good experience. There were occasionally small issues related to customer service like forgetting to return my calls or forgetting that my car was dropped off for repair... but they will work on fixing this issue to the best of their ability. Service Manager (Mark) really nice guy, will work with you to solve your issues, whether over the phone or in person.

I traveled out of my city to deal with Leggat based on reputation and was glad I did. The friendly and helpful staff worked extra hard to order me the new and hard to get, GMC Canyon Diesel. They knew I was a vehicle enthusiast with specific wants and they treated me and the truck properly. Also with Leggat, you get perks that are actually useful like free express oil changes and free cooked meals in their beautiful lounge. It have also dealt with the parts department and all is good there too. I would buy from them again.

Awesome service, great staff, very helpful!!! Needed a car inspection on a Yukon I wanted to buy, they made room for me to bring it in asap, which was within hours. They did a great job!!! Dont forget when reading the bad comments, usually satisfied customers tend not to post comments as opposed to p1ssed off people!!! The rating here does not reflect the actual service you will get there. They might drop a few but who doesnt?? Dont hesitate to go there!!!

Recently traded in my Saturn Aura XE 2008 for a 2014 Cruze LT1. Love the car. I also enjoyed the purchase experience from Jesse(s) and Peter. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but I didn't get that feeling. I do think in hindsight I could have held out and got a better price for my car but being a Saturn I thought it was reasonably fair. On the whole though it was so much better than dealing with the KIA dealership down the road (former Saturn dealership).

It is very conveniently located near Burlington Go so you can drop your car off in the morning for service leaving your keys in a drop off box. Then pick it up prior to closing. I do wish they were open a little later for picking up cars. My only critique for the dealership, is that I find the service area a little impersonal when picking up your car. It's an extremely busy service area (brought my Saturn here) and they provide great service but due to volume of clients they are obviously stressed. My old Saturn was on two instances waiting for a wash even though I'd been called it was ready. Not a huge deal but if your car is ready ... it should be ready to be picked up an hour later when you arrive.

I took my car (2011 Chevrolet Cruz) in for work because the water pump and transmission lines were both leaking.

Crawford greeted me once I brought the car in and explained clearly to me what work was going to be done. He told me how long it was going to take for the work to be done and then offered to get me a shuttle to take me somewhere. I got a shuttle to the mall (only had to wait about 5 minutes) and after a couple hours I got the call that my car was ready.

I got picked up by the shuttle again (very friendly drivers) and headed back to the dealership. Once I returned, Crawford explained that they had fixed the water pump but needed to order in the transmission lines, which would take about a week but I'd get a call when they were in.

About 4 days later I received an e-mail that my parts were in and I'd be getting a phone call to schedule my remaining work to be done. A day later I got a call from Crawford to schedule to bring my car in and we easily worked with my schedule and set up my appointment (and a rental car) so I could drop off my car before work and then pick it up afterwards.

When I dropped off my car for the appointment I was again greeted by the friendly Leggat staff and Crawford set everything up quickly so I could get over to the rental place as fast as possible since I had to get to work.

The only negative part of my whole experience was at the rental place but that really isn't the fault of Leggat or their staff.

Crawford even called me at work to let me know that my car repairs had been completed. When I got to the dealership after work everything was ready for me and my car was even parked right out front so I could find it easily.

Overall, a very good experience from Leggat and Crawford!
