Their email system is the worst as one person replies, there’s no tracking or history, then maybe someone else replies, and then you can’t see what the chain of communication was. Please update or correct this as it’s 2021 and no one operates like this.
They started a sentence with, and again, when I clearly just asked a question with how we proceed on finding out what interest rate I would get for a vehicle loan. Some of the worst customer service I received in looking for a vehicle as I’ve emailed 7 dealerships now and everyone else has been kind and helpful. The owners and managers should know the people replying to emails need some training and coaching on customer service, and maybe basic sales techniques, as they have lost a potential customer and now obtain a sad review.

Wanted to buy a used truck from this dealership they would not honor the price they had advertises earlier they increased the price bye 7000.00 more then the previously posted price. this in my option is just a dealership that is out to rip off there costumers when they posted an add prior they where going to make money on that but now they want additional 7000.00

Was very happy with this place and were loyal customers for around 15 years until recently we were in need of a used vehicle for our daughter. Found a car that we liked that also had a fairly decent price. Our sales person told us that the car was put through their shop and passed with flying colors. I Decided to take the car to an independent mechanic just to be sure and low and behold there was a problem discovered in the engine with one of the cylinders. And to confirm this we then realized that the car was blowing white smoke. The upsetting part was that they just stuck the vehicle back out on the lot like nothing had ever happened.
Dealt with Pat on a new Suburban and a Duramax. Will defiantly be back. Had a lift kit, positive air shut off, wheels and tires put on before I picked up the truck. Really impressed with cost and level of service on all levels I had dealt with from sales through to shop.
The sales staff and finance personal were informative, friendly and helpful. They weren’t pushy or aggressive. We were able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price without fanfare. Paperwork and transfer of license plates was very efficient. Thanks guys.

Salesperson Patrick met me on the lot and gave me a friendly and sincere greeting and continued to ask questions about what I was interested in an automobile. He was not pushy and I felt comfortable in exchanging info with him. We looked at several cars and soon found one that met my wants. He explained the Costco promo discount and $500 Costco gift card promo. The rest of the process went smoothly with clear explanation of the financing, warranty extension and other options. Patrick showed me how many new features worked such as on star and the other electronics. After taking the vehicle home during the next few days I received calls from all the employees I had dealt with checking to see if I had any questions. I am a first time customer at Strathmore Motor Products and I have enjoyed the new Buick and the experience so far.

I came in for an oil change with no appointment. Cassie in the service department got me in with no troubles, was friendly and polite. Kale did the oil change very efficiently and Patrick gave my car a free wash. I would highly recommend their service.

The package we decided on had to be brought in from another dealer a few hundred Kilometers away and I was expecting to see that mileage on the Odometer. Mike Z handled the financing, paperwork and coordinated prepations of the vehicle that I had requested including a GM OEM remote starter and 3M paint protection film for the front end of our truck. Update! The truck is a year old now and just had the 2nd oil change done. Geoff the service advisor was great. In and out with no fuss at all. Service was fast!
Used Truck was listed as loaded, and purchased sight unseen. After the purchase and delivery it was recognized that the truck was a base model. The offer from them to correct this was to pay for 1/2 of a back up camera 250.00.
We were looking for our first car and we had exceptional service by both Stephanie and Mike. I appreciated that Stephanie stayed 40 mins after her shift to teach us all about the technology in our car!

Hallelujah! After my Camaro was abused by 2 other GMC service departments thankfully Chris & his team took care of an issue that took me over 7 trips to 2 dealers and extremely poor results to get an absolute perfect fix! I received regular updates, even photos of damages caused by previous service departments. Chris has all the panels replaced, parts brought in overnight and I left overjoyed and absolutely thankful. My advisor Terry even got a hug, which is totally out of my character. I highly recommend this dealership especially if you drive a Camaro or Corvette, they are well taken care of! Client for life!
