I got a oil change and the info on the info page on the front panel was changed and I had to come back to the garage to get it where I had it. Its the screen where I had my speed, how far I can go on a tank of fuel and my KM. I couldn't find it in the book to try and program it myself. I was not happy!! Dorothy

My little “ bug” (affectionate name for car) saved my daughter and I’s life. She is a brand new driver…..at an intersection a truck pulled across and stopped bug with his anti lock brakes working great let my daughter third drive ever miss that truck. It was so no close I could see the other drivers pupils but daughter got bug around him and never hit curb…..I was braced for impact

Took truck In as I didn’t have power steering in my 2017 Silverado 1500. They told me rack was buggered and costed me $150 +/- for the diagnosis. Couldn’t get a new one for over a month so I found a used one, installed it myself and took truck back to get new rack flashed, totally expecting to fork out another $150ish for that, they didn’t charge me a penny!!! This isn’t the first time they have provided me with this kind of service. I bought this truck from a different dealership(ft Mac) and have another dealership in my hometown(Fairview) but prefer mighty peace as they are the best by far in service and client care!!! Definitely will be back next time I need anything!!! Thanks for another great experience!😎

I rolled into their shop with a frozen emissions system in the middle of a blizzard on my way north, and they got me on the road the next day. When I realized I had to overnight in Peace River, I booked a room and went to the hotel. When I realized five minutes before they closed that my luggage was in my truck, the service department made sure it was delivered to the hotel, far beyond what would, could or should be expected.
I will have no hesitation returning to this shop. The staff are the greatest!

Had to crawl from the hospital to the dealership I talked to Nick from the service department and he knew exactly what the problem was They had one of their driver to take me home in Berwyn They called me back the same day and told me the suv was fixed and they send the same driver to pick me up.Now that's what I call service

About a year and a half ago, I went into their shop to see if I could get my radio put in and fixed as well as my key fob hooked back up. I waited in their waiting room for a good hour or two just for them to tell me that they couldn't install my stereo (which I kind of expected) and that they couldn't fix my key fob either because I didn't have a stereo. I left their shop utterly disappointed and, frankly, VERY upset. I had later contacted GMC to stop receiving letters and emails and I'm still getting letters to this day (which IS harassment, btw). I explicitly told them that I am no longer in need of their services and I will never be returning to the Peace River shop to have my car looked at or fixed. About six months ago, I decided to give the Peace River GMC shop one more chance and called about my heating/cooling fan. My fan was wired backwards (0 was full boar and 1-4 was nothing). They told me that they would give me a call back to schedule an appointment and NOTHING. Not a word since. I am VERY displeased with the customer service with the Peace River General Motors shop.

Just purchased our new SUV from Mighty Peace and they were amazing! Great customer service and they even delivered! Kaylee and Lynette were both extremely helpful especially considering we are 7 1/2 hours away in Calgary. We were not planning on buying a new vehicle anytime soon but due to unseen circumstances it became necessary. But they made the process that much easier!
Joel, Peter and Lynette have all been more proof to me as to why you don't shop for a vehicle in the big cities. The entire process was easy, honest and enjoyable. Being 6 hours away from the dealership I bought my new duramax denali sight unseen. I was not let down. The truck was delivered to me within 2 days of the sale. Joel and Peter went the extra mile to make sure the add-ons I wanted were completed and it would not hold up delivery. When the sales guy stays late for this, you know you found an awesome dealership. When I am ready to purchase again, this will be my first stop. I can't thank you guys all enough!!

It's also in the middle of a major cold snap in December! We started our search online, and found what we were interested in at Mighty Peace. We live in BC about 230kms away, so our inquiry was made over the internet and the salesperson called me the very next day. He was very helpful and friendly and we talked about the vehicle we wanted.
We were about to drive the 5 - hour round trip to see the vehicle and test it out, but due to extreme weather, we were not able to go. So, if you can believe it, we took a leap of faith with this dealer, based on what we heard from others we knew who had dealt with them in the past. We bought the vehicle sight-unseen and the dealership had it delivered right to our home only a few days before Christmas.
The vehicle held no surprises and we've had no issues. All of the pictures that we requests illustrated exactly the car that was delivered. We absolutely enjoy the car, and we are totally happy with buying from Mighty Peace. We recommend them highly for friendly and professional service. Thank you, Mighty Peace for a great transaction and for ensuring that we got exactly the vehicle we were expecting. Maybe once the pandemic is over we'll have to take a drive over to drop in to see you!
Last thing - remember, BC residents - when buying a car from out of province you have to get it inspected prior to getting plates and insurance. Happy to say our vehicle passed the safety inspections with absolutely no issues or concerns!

They over charge for extended warranty! Big time! Sister paid 5700 for 100000km/5 year warranty on new Blazer here. While I paid 4200 on a 120000km/6 year warranty on new Tahoe elsewhere. Not sure how a lower priced vehicle with shorter coverage/km period costs more for extended warranty....... Not cool!!!!

Well started off great and we were dealing on a vehicle, communication was set up for next day to send the funds, and then we were informed that they sold the vehicle under our nose to someone else. WOW talk about poor business ethics, and just not good people.
Went against my gut feeling and Bought a car in November 2019 from Mighry Peace. First time buying a car from this place. They had to transport it to the dealership, got a call from my sales person a few days later saying they switched my rims? Okay? He claimed they put on the more "expensive" ones but wouldn't give me a reason as to why they were switched. Fast forward to this spring/summer, the rims are completely pitted and worn. Chips are so deep they are through 3 layers of paint. When I called the customer care line that the dealership gave me to deal with this, was told nothing could be done at all.
I understand there is wear out of our control but every other car I owned have never been this bad and I have traveled the same roads for 8 years. I have currently stopped getting my service done here and gone to a different dealership
