We were very impressed with Bema Autosport and the staff. Jasen was very knowledgeable and professional. Jasen provided all the information and answered our questions but never applied any pressure on us to buy or make a decision before we were ready. Once we were sure that we were interested in the vehicle Brad the Manager negotiated with us and provided all of our options. Brad provided information on how he could help us sell our current vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bema to my friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Brad Thiessen was great to deal with. We had an issue with a lease return. After many challenges with BMW financial and the dealership , Brad was able to resolve all of the issues. He realized that we were BMW’s customer and that he and the dealer had a responsibility to fix things. I would highly recommend him. He flipped the script and changed a sour experience into a positive one.
This is a business that demonstrates customer service in truly an unparalleled noble fashion. All employees have an excellent understanding of what a great experience looks like because they hold themselves up to such high standards. I am always treated like a guest at a hotel. In 7 years of dealing with this place, there hasn't been a time where I wasn't asked for water upon arrival and a follow up call to confirm satisfaction after visit. I trust that they take good care of my vehicles. Its like they know me and I know them.

While i called in 10 minutes ago. Then they make me wait 1 hour and tell me that you cant test drive it now because the other customer seems interested in it. Like why are you wasting my time then ? You should have told me this before calling me in. Supper annoyed by their service.
This place is a prime example of how even if you walk in with cash in hand, you’re not guaranteed good service, or in my case service at all, the extra star is for how nice the front desk lady was about the situation. I’m not going to beg you to take my money, I will take it else where. Please staff your building correctly.

I purchased a new to me 2015 650i Xdrive Gran Coupe out of province (there was very limited inventory in Saskatchewan). Three months later the instrument cluster was dead. An independent garage gave me an estimate of $4500 for the part plus taxes and installation for a total of $5400. I took the car to Bema for a second estimate. It was the same.
Needless to say a four year old car should not have such a problem, IMHO.
Nick Pruett was the service advisor at Bema. He contacted BMW Canada on his own. They agreed to pay a substantial portion of the cost, bringing the bill down by 70%.
Imagine my surprise and happiness.

Great experience with Brad and the Bema Autosport BMW team. We bought a used BMW SUV, reasonable pricing and packaging negotiated. The car was detailed well and ready for us. The visit to the dealership was seamless, communication was clear throughout. What impressed us the most is the follow up and integrity of the team - we are from out of province and had to bring the car for an inspection in our home province as per regulations. The car had passed the inspection through the dealership with no issues. When a new issue was brought up in our home province, Brad and his team worked with us and stood by the quality of their product they had just sold us, helping us fix the outstanding problem at no additional cost to us. They did not leave us hanging to dry. Would definitely do business and look for a car here again.

Although a little expensive their service is awesome. Very neat and clean dealership. Want to mention Jim James for being literally the best. Helped us out all the time and from every aspect. Safe to say that he had our back all the way through. Also want to mention Steven the shuttle driver who was very responsible and fun. He also called me to let me know that he might be 10 minutes late which was a very responsible gesture. Overall satisfied especially for these 2 people

I have been a BMW user for 6 years, and currently living in Regina, but I always go to Bema Autosport BMW for service for my car, I like their professional and enthusiastic services, it's much better than the Regina dealer. The service advisor, Sam, is a very caring person. He always uses his expertise to help me solve my problems in a professional and timely manner.

We bought our X3 from the Regina dealership back in 2014 when it just came out. Since then, our engine light has been on about 6-7 times. As we live up in the north, Saskatoon was closest to us so that was our dealer of choice for repairs. I have nothing but great experiences to report. Nick probably knows us more than a service department should and everytime I go in or call, I get a call back at their earliest convenience and they're always quick, welcoming, and very professional. Stephanie is very friendly and very professional to deal with and we've always been taken care of very well. No, I am not an employee or have been employed by Bema - I'm just an extremely satisfied customer who's vehicle has too many problems (not Bema's fault). We have not been charged for any services other than ones that have been my fault, and I know it. They have always been proactive in finding that we need an oil change, or figure out that our car is due for an inspection before I even thought it was - and it's always done timely! They've always been able to book us a courtesy vehicle, or have one of their wonderful valet's drive us or pick us up from where we are. When our car is in the shop, Nick always calls to give us updates, and if he's busy (which, come on, they are sometimes), I call him and he either has information for me, or calls me right back.
Without dragging on, I just wanted to thank you so much for the repeatedly wonderful service we've received from you guys from the last year and a half. I'm sad that we're moving and wish we could take the service department with us to Alberta! Thanks so much for your help, Nick, Glenn and all the guys and gals in Service!

My and my wife both have cars from BEMA. The sales team always remembers us by first name and the service has been excellent! My car is always washed and vacuumed when we pick it up from service. They also provide a loaner car from service at no charge which Mercedes of Saskatoon always charged me for when I owned my Benz.
I have currently on my 6th car from BEMA and it has been awesome! Love their sales team! The finance guy was very helpful.
