A crook of a dealership. They made a deal. Took my deposit. They made me cancel my competitor's deal. They made an error on their side for my trade in. They now backed out of the deal stating that I misrepresented mileage. When in my first text with their sales rep. all particulars were outlined, then again to clarify with another representative. (I have evidence of everything) They gave the BILL OF SALE knowing the mileage..etc...I give them a deposit. Now they are backing out. Saying that nothing is SIGNED. COVID-19!!!!! NO CONTACT! I am not backing down. I am going to OMVIC. BMW HEAD OFFICE and SMALL CLAIMS court if necessary. WOW! THIS IS A BMW FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP! If there is anyone or anywhere else we should post this please do so.

Went in with my wife looking to purchase a used 328i. Talked to a salesperson. Didn't have what we were looking for and brought us over to his General Sales Manager, Geoffrey Hills. Started to look through various BMW dealer auctions and said they would look for what we wanted and email us pics of cars that might fit what we wanted. Did this while we were there to show us what emails would look like and would continue to do so until they found what we were looking for. Well that never happened. Not a single follow up after this meeting. We bought our X5 from here years ago and didn't have a good experience. We came in giving them another try since it was new ownership we heard. Same old Performance. I guess if you aren't spending a lot of money on a new car, you don't get the time of day. We drove to Kitchener Grand View BMW and were treated with great service and respect and ended up purchasing from them. Will never step foot in their door again. Love BMW, love how I was treated elsewhere. These guys at Performance need to sharpen their skills.

Let me start with telling you that this is one of the most friendliest dealership to work with. I have to mention two people who really helped me with my deal as this was my first BMW car Bahador and Denise very patient and helped me with getting me a good deal. Bahador a very nice chap got my car cleaned up from outside only. They also showed what they kept saying their magic by making the finance part very flexible and better than I had expected.
On the down Side is that I did not get the right price for my trade and I guess that is something that you can expect from any other dealer.

I have a 540 x drive. I love the brand and I love my car and I had a great experience with the sales department but the service department really needs serious improvements . They simply don’t function as a luxury brand related business . And I am talking basic customer relations stuff : No attention to customers, no eye contact when taking . Everyone seems to not have time or interest to talk to you . Lots of unhappy faces. Long waiting times with no update . No communication between different levels so you need to repeat every single word to every person you meet and remember no one have the attitude they even care to listen to you . Car was missing a part from the bumper last time with no one aware what happened. etc
The performance Lexus service is literally feet away by distance but they are worlds apart. Maybe the BMW people can learn a bit from their colleagues. Disappointed again !

The guys at BMW are amazing, but I don't think BMW is telling me the truth about what we both know, an that is that they are having an issue with engine seizing up on them an they don't know why.... I have 38k on my car and the last oil change was done at 30k an the oil is extremely black, an in my opinion of 25 years working on cars, that this is not normal... I left my old oil with BMW an is waiting on a call back from store manager..

I also had a pleasure to meet with Mike and Bruce during finalizing the purchase and they were both very personable and pleasant to work with. Regardless of their crazy busy schedule due to some of their staff on holidays, Joe was able to work with David T (finance manager) to get the car ready for the promised pick-up date. Mindy was there to go over the functions of the car on the day of pick-up and she was very thorough and professional. I was a very exacting customer and was extremely particular about the state of the car that I was interested in buying. Jason understood where I was coming from and worked out a good solution to every one of my concerns.
Very unprofessional dealership. Originally interested in a CPO'd 435i and I drove all the way from Richmond Hill to St. Catherines to check it out. I spoke with Toney on the phone before I came and he promised me that we would put together a deal that would make us both happy. I arrived at the dealership and looked at the car and it in a very bad condition. Scratches all around the body, dents in the front bumper, not to mention the car was not even stock. It was on lowered springs and had a aftermarket intake installed which was not mentioned in the Autotrader post nor on the phone. After spending 6 hours at the dealership waiting for Toney to speak with his General Manager and going back and forth from his office to his GM's office, they told me to go home because they were unsure whether or not this car comes with a extended warranty. I told them I wish that the car would be repaired so I dont go home with a damaged BMW, they said no problem. After a few days of trying to get a hold of them, I finally get a reply which was the car will be increased in price because they have to fix the rims and the Body. They told me they are embarrassed because when they first took the car in, they did not check the condition of the car (??? how is that even possible ???) and now they have to fix it up and make the customer pay extra for it. I just find this whole ordeal very unusual and shady for a luxury European car dealership. Even if they call me back and offered me a lower price, I would still rather buy from another dealer at a higher price just because I don't trust these people. I hope everyone who wishes to purchase from this dealership to be extra cautious and that no one will have to face the same situation as me.
SUMMARY: Dealer advertised car as "A", when I go there and show my interest in the car, they change it to "B" and make me pay extra so it becomes "A" again. SHADY SHADY SHADY
My girlfriend and i went to BMW service department to meet with service manger this afternoon. When we arrived, the lady sit on the right corner, who named Kim asked us if we need any help. And thats our worest experience started. When she was talking to us, she was never look at us. We told her that we have a appointment with service manger, she seems very impatient, very rude and unpleasant to serve us. After she checked our service record, she just throw the record paper on the table and told us " ok, come back at 1 and see our manger." We stand in front of her like two idiots, and thats the service we got. When we left BMW store, we don't even want to come back again. I am not a bmw owner and after this bad experience i will never be. My girlfriend is a big fan of bmw and she loves her X3, but she was extremely upset about the experience.
When we come back at 1 pm, we met service manger, Davide. He explained the tire issued that happened in our car patiently and kindly. We love to talk with Davide and its a great experience with him. He is very professional and solved the problem properly.
Hopefully the lady we met before can learn some real customer service from Davide.
Bahador Aflatoon was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing our new vehicle. He was very knowledgable, and very patient with us, as we changed our minds about the different BMW models a few times. He went out of his way to please us! He was very pleasant, polite and not at all pushy, which are most certainly great qualities!
