I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. with my BMW 440. Waited for everything, delivery, services, run flat claims, communication, financial and worst the lease transfer still in progress after 4 months. Paying more for less of everything. Go elsewhere to save you some grief...
If you are in Ottawa use OTTO's BMW - I have been a BMW driver for past 15 years ... We always used Otto's BMW and were always satisfied ... only recently due to change of address we started using ELITE BMW .. below is a summary of my experience with them:
1) 3 or 4 times we took my car in .. they dont even power wash the exterior when they give the car back ... since when has the BMW service been so degraded ?
2) We store wheels/tires for winter and summer and its the first dealer that tells me they do not power wash the wheels before they store it .... this results in salt and dirt staying on the wheels/tires ... do i have to explain this to a professional dealer ? does it take a lot for a dealer to power wash before they store your wheels/tires ?
3) Last but most important is they put back my summer OEM 22' wheels and now one of our wheels has scratch damage to it ... we gave them the car in mind condition .. its only 4 month we have purchased this car ... they are telling me its a curb damage ... I know 100% this has happened within the shop and not by us.
Discussed all the above with Service Manager at Elite BMW: Ian Hunter ... he did nothing !!!

I came in just casually looking and had a good experience all around. I dealt with Chloe and we actually wound up going out on a test drive. I liked the friendly atmosphere, and the lack of pressure was cool too. She understood I was not super serious in the moment, and seemed totally ok showing me around and answering any questions I had. I recently purchased a vehicle at Elite BMW. Prior to this, I had purchased new vehicles at 3 other of the major dealerships in the same area (Gloucester) over the last 10 years. My experience with Elite BMW was so far superior than any of the other dealerships that I have dealt with it was remarkable. First, I believe the entire dealership was recently renovated, so everything looks brand new and it has a really nice vibe to it. Secondly, the sales representative that I had, Vlad Koop, was leaps and bounds better than any other sales representative I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely friendly, down to earth, and most importantly he knew absolutely every detail of every feature that the car had. I had an excellent overall sales experience with Hussein at Elite. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, and his low-key/no-pressure demeanour was exactly the sort of approach that puts potential buyers at ease. He was professional and diligent in explaining the details of the M2 I ultimately wound up purchasing, and was extremely generous with his time. He also knew exactly when to fade into the background when I brought my family along for a second test drive, giving us the time and privacy we needed to discuss the merits of the car and its stated purchase price. From purchase, to delivery, to service Elite BMW has consistently delivered poor workmanship, poor communication and poor customer service. They go through their procedures for followups then immediately stop replying if there is any sort of problem. Elite BMW will consistently ignore responses from customers unless your looking to buy another product or service.
Update 2019-06-21: Bait and switch pricing today. Before coming in to purchase a new battery, I was quoted $74 labour to register/recode the new battery (a simple process that takes a few minutes, but requires a programming tool). When I arrived, the price was suddenly $149. Also somewhat disappointing was the fact that they quoted the wrong battery for the vehicle, but that is understandable since there are different capacities based on features (although the dealership should know this based on my VIN).

Sales:
Our first BMW (E36 318i) was purchased here in the mid-aughts, and it was a pleasant experience. While shopping for our second BMW in 2017, the experience started off great, but the sales person didn't carry through on trying to find the right SUV for our family; having not heard anything at all from the Elite salesperson after a couple of months, we ended up purchasing a diesel X5 from Otto's.
Service:
Thinking of my most recent experience, the service team made it easy and convenient to schedule an appointment within a reasonable timeframe.
Elite identified two recall bulletins when scheduling the visit, and offered to have a loaner available. Annoyingly, one of the two recalls could not be completed; I was initially told that parts were in stock, but that turned out to be inaccurate.
Elite also told me that I would have to pay a ~$300 diagnostic fee for a check engine light, despite having full factory warranty and a comprehensive service contract; this was resolved when I arrived in person, but still very annoying (ultimately they needed to replace parts related to diesel emotion controls).
Upon picking up the vehicle, it had not been cleaned (they offer complimentary wash with service), and the washer fluid was left nearly empty.
Overall, I have no huge complaints, but I do have higher expectations. I will go back for service; undecided about sales.
I would highly recommend Annik Roy. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Even her post delivery service is just as outstanding. A+++

I've been shopping for the right 4 series for some time. I visited Elite BMW early in my search and was fortunate to meet Clayton L’Heureux. I got my both 328 and 430 at this location. I would recommend my sales person Celine Chen. She is always being professional and helpful for car selecting. She will tell you all promotions that the company have and give you the right quote price. She also provides mandarin service for those customers who cannot speak fluent English. I will come back for my 3rd car in the future. It's definitely the right place to go for purchasing a BMW in Ottawa.
I purchased a used X5 from this dealership in early April and it was a great experience all round.
Clayton from sales kept me constantly up to date on some of the work that needed to be done on the car for the safety, and Michael was able to get me a great terms on the financing from one of the major banks, much better than I had expected. Car was immaculate on pickup and I look forward to doing more business in the near future.
Purchased a used car here, but they did not deliver everything promised by the salesperson. Instead of them making it right, I now have to take Elite BMW to court to get what was agreed. Make sure you record your conversations and get all promises in writing.
I bought a used 3 series back in January 2016 and really enjoyed the BMW purchasing experience, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the car as well and still have it.

I have to edit my reviews after my recent experience with this dealership in regards to servicing my vehicle. I bought my car two years ago from here, the car purchasing experience was good. However, I am taking the time to write about this specific incident because I hope people don't fall into a similar issue.
I recently had an issue with my car's instrumental cluster, after some research in Google I assumed it was a fuse issue. When dropping off the car, I even mentioned this to the service person - please check the fuse. After their inspection, they told me that it is going to cost $2,300 to fix. They had to import a new instrumental cluster and then install it in my vehicle. I opted out of that option and followed a YouTube video and fixed the fuse. The instrumental cluster is back to normal.
My trust and faith in their ability to fix car issues have significantly gone down after that experience. Strongly suggest looking at few alternatives prior to handing over your car and paying big fees.
Purchased a gently used 3 series here, car looked and felt like new upon pickup! Great cars, staff, service. Special thanks to Tyler (sales) and max (finance) for making this a great experience. Highly recommended.
Amazing service! Gilles Beauchemin called me back even though he was on his day off! He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for returning my car to me so clean & shiny! Shuttle bus driver patiently waited till I was out of my meeting (I was late) to drive me back to dealership even though it was past his shift time.
Our bmw required emergency service over the long weekend. We took it to elite on tuesday. Tyler was not only able to get our car looked at but was able to fix it that day. He got us in our car and back home by 4 pm. Thank you for the quick and wonderful service.
I went to Elite BMW few years back with some family members .. There's nothing elite about it. The customer service there is awful. Steve simard the sales manager is rude and unprofessional. He saw us and yelled from his office 'Can I help you?' The sales person, I believe his name was Raymond, who claimed he was a 'new ' employee told me that there was maybe 15 or 50km on the car but in fact there was 5000km. Everything the sales person promised me was a lie. Steve said the sales person didn't know what he was talking about. When I asked for my money back Steve refused to refund my 1000$ When I asked him to give my 1000$ back he told me I was a loser and beat it. The car was also damaged in an accident which they didn't tell me until after I signed the contract.
I highly advise you not buy car from this dealer shop and if you do don't put any deposit on it. In fact anywhere is better than elite. I would give them a zero star for their services and attitude.
great knowledgeable staff, awesome service. i drive a 750i and i had a complicated issue with my vehicle that Otto's couldn't figure out. brought it in to elite and they figured out and resolved the issue on the same day. 5 stars.......
