When I ordered, wait times for the i4 were ridiculously long; Mushtaq did a great job working with me and expediting the process as much as possible. He gave me the freedom to do my own research and spec the car exactly how I wanted. He gave timely responses to all of my emails, and kept me updated with the car's status from ordering to manufacturing to shipping to delivery.

Great experience at Budds’ last week. I had my car in for regular service that was covered under my extended warranty (expires in March). While it was in, the technicians noticed another issue that needed attention soon. They followed up to determine if it was covered under the warranty. It was and now my car is scheduled to go in to address the issue - a big job that will be no cost to me. Thanks, Budds’!

I was looking to purchase a new (to me) BMW X3 from a local car dealership in Oakville and wanted it inspected by a BMW dealer that was nearby. I talked to Valerie in the Service Department and she was totally amazing and super to deal with...it felt like I was in the care of a mother and she remembered all the details of the original request when I called back 4 days later to schedule the inspection. The deal didnt go through as Budd's mechanics detected too many problems with the vehicle and likely saved me thousands, so the $400 (plus HST of course) inspection was worth it, especially because of Valerie's great service and personability. 5+ STARS!!!

Overall the service was good and the service advisor was helpful. There were a few issues with my car and I really appreciated the mechanic took a video under the car to explain these issues. This was very helpful for me to understand what needed to be done.
I would have rated the overall experience higher; however, for the third service in a row, my car was left unlocked. It was left for a day or two over the weekend, unlocked and ready for someone to steal things, vandalize it, or worse.
I can't understand why they don't lock the cars. Even if it is
same day pickup, there is no good reason not to lock the vehicle.

I have been going to them for almost 2 years. Usually the customer service is wonderful and they do their best to accommodate. My most recent experience was not a typical one. The staff were not as friendly at the front. They did not wash my car and made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer. I was on the fence about extending my maintenance package with them but after this experience I will not be.

Leaving some feedback from a previous service experience, upon the dealership’s request.
Great technology for key drop off/pick up, and great service personnel attitude and follow ups over the phone. Five stars.
However, upon receiving recommendation from technician to replace all 3 windshield wipers for $184 when I know only one was worn out (I had just replaced one of them myself), means I could no longer trust their expertise or incentive, even for services that probably ARE required. It’s really unfortunate, as trust is really difficult to re-build once broken. Hence the two stars.

Fantastic service and customer support at Budd’s with Cassandra Gavin. I’m a new customer having moved to the area recently, I had a huge problem with my BMW M6 requiring long lead wheels and suspension parts ordered out of Germany, insurance hassles, etc. Cassandra is a superstar service advisor — super knowledgeable, proactive and responsive — helped me through the whole process that spanned more than 6 weeks. She arranged to have my car looked after in the shop the whole time it was out of commission (I’m really protective of it). Customer for life.

Plus, the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The customer service was commendable, with a friendly and attentive staff.

Decent service on my regular service, staff was helpful and time took was kind of slightly more on the higher side though.
The reason for 3 star - When you come to a BMW Service there is an expectation of a certain standard, a league. When you return the car back to the customer giving the car a normal exterior nice wash is always a nice gesture. The exterior car wash is pretty standard everywhere BMW dealerships, was surprised Budds did not do that.

Great services as always👍. Jenny helped to arrange my seat belt repairs, and it’s done within three hours because she knew that I needed my car to pick my my son. Jenny also helped to arrange oil change at the same time which was due, she arranged this even before I noticed that. This saved my time and trips. Thanks, Jenny. Everyone here is so nice and is willing to help. The receptionists are very nice too, they booked rides for me after I dropped off my car for repairs.

I bought the used BMW in mid May they told me a day to pick up my car and I showed up on that day the car was not in the condition as I was expecting but still my sales person told me that he didn't see that the car was in that condition but he apologise and told me that he will take care of that and again they asked me to drop back and they will arrange the ride for me, as discussed. I dropped my car on Monday for some touch ups and to be puffed  got a text and calls its ready for pickup, the car was a real mess from inside and outside looking to some kind of scrap car , it took me 10 mins just to clean my seat and leave their place and still the backs seats are dirty and my Matt covers are not their in my car they were supposed to look before they give the keys. And the repairs have not been done yet its still in the same condition. Was not expecting the kijiji type of service from the showroom

Went directly to the Budds parts counter to buy a genuine BMW light for my out of warranty BMW X1, provided the counter staff with a picture of my dead light plus my full VIN number. Get home to install my light and much to my surprise, I have the wrong part. Come on guys, have a bit of respect for the time of your clients!! If you don't enjoy providing proper service or selling parts to your out of warranty customers, just say so. I wont waste my time or yours.

PS-> In the response to my review the owner states -"we are unsure how else we could have assisted you given the information you provided to us"

1. I showed the parts desk person a picture of my working head-light and the non-working one.
2. I provided my full VIN.
3. My vehicle was parked outside.

Not sure what else a customer can do to get the proper part.

Just leased a 2016 BMW X3 from Budds and what a great experience it was. I met the sales rep. Rich Acosta on Budds' website and then in person for a test drive on a couple of vehicles. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The deal was done and then he introduced me to Tiker Shi on closing day. Tiker spent at least an hour going through all the car's features. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the X3!!! This was a valuable send off and totally unexpected-way to go Budds'!!! 10 out of 10 to Rich and Tiker!!!!!!!

Very good sales experience. We recently purchased a pre-owned from Budds and found them extremely professional and easy to work with. After we showed up for our appointment, we were offered coffee while the sales person (Tom) went over the carproof and service history of the vehicle. Once we were ready, we went for a test drive on the highway and the city roads, testing the vehicle to our satisfaction. The vehicle was made ready for us to pick up the very next day and we couldnt be happier with the level of customer service and honesty that Budds provided to us. Even though we dont live in Hamilton, we will definately be using Budds for our service needs as well.
