My third vehicle from Bavaria and Jason Spicer has been great. Most knowledgeable car sales guy I have met. Very reasonable and no hard sell - willing to work with customer. Went out of his way to make this a pleasurable experience and not the usual hassle most fear when buying a vehicle.
As a long term customer I must say that their service department used to suck. I amhappy to report that that is no longer the case. Service is now first class. I shop around a lot before a vehicle purchase and this is certainly the dealership that tops my list

Here is my review

Terrible sales process, thankfully I bought from a different dealer. Chris "gold sales man of the year or some shenanigans" was unwilling to provide any discount on 80k car yet he got my email address from this site....unhaggle...a site that shows you invoice so you can negotiate a discount? Come on man, what did you expect? He basically claimed that his customer service superior to others and therefore people should pay full price on a new car yet he was totally unwilling to negotiate, definitely not the way to start a relationship with a customer. I understand they are running a business but not even an attempt to bring it to his manager, not like I was asking for a huge discount. A different dealer was happy to take my order and provide a discount.

Unpleasant experience - I went in looking for a new 3-series, and the sales guy took me out for a grand total of 5 minutes, saying we had to get back because 'Saturday is our busiest day of the week.' I e-mailed later asking to book an appointment for a weekend test drive and he responded asking if 'I was prepared to make a deal' if we took a longer test drive! (I was not, as I was still test driving cars to see which one I wanted to purchase). He suggested I come during the week if I wanted a longer test drive - I wasn't able to because I work during the week. Fortunately, I was able to get some time in the competition's vehicles - wound up purchasing a Volvo and am happy with it. As for BMW, for a company that sells itself as a 'driver's car' they seem reluctant to actually let you drive one.

Back story...
I had been wanting to buy a new car for a while, but sat on the idea because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted... With Raul’s help, I was able to find a car that I am now obsessed with (happy dance and huge smiles every time I enter my car).

Amazing service...
The red carpet treatment (literally). Even after purchase I had a question about the interior of the car, I FaceTimed Raul (after dealership hours) and he took the time to help me figure it out!

I didn’t even have to step foot into a registry, as Franco, the Finance Manager had already taken care of everything for me. Top notch.

My parents purchased a vehicle and have had repairs done here in the past but will never return.

Recently they took their X5 in due to an engine malfunction light. The service advisor said it would cost $247.50 to diagnose the problem and he would call with an update but never called. At the end of the day my father called and was advised they could not detect the issue and would now have to charge him another $1232.74 to investigate further...I could not believe that it would cost almost $1,500.00 just to tell him what repairs were required! That is absurd!

We decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion.

When he picked up the vehicle he was told the hood latch was broken. I know for a fact it was working fine when he dropped it off. This would be an additional cost to fix.

Absolutely terrible service and no compassion at all from Bavaria BMW . Since then we have found a great shop and had everything repaired for $500 less than what Bavaria BMW wanted to charge for only “diagnosing” the problem.

Our family will never go back to Bavaria BMW again nor will we recommend them or purchase another vehicle from them. There are other shops out there that are ethical, will work on high end vehicles for a fraction of the cost and not try to take advantage of seniors.

I didn't end up buying a vehicle here, but Dongha "Dan" K. took me for a test drive when I was looking for a vehicle and he was amazing. I don't usually like salespeople but Dan was extremely friendly and honest, and I genuinely enjoyed his company. I brought in my car for service back in September. I was very disappointed with the service next day service manager called to apologize and got my work looked after. However when picked it up found out that work was not completed. The service manager was going to look into and call me back. No calls back and Since I have left messages for the service manager five times and he has not called me back Remember since September and last called to his voice mail was few days ago. So I agree with you that they just don’t care once you pay and leave. Talk about poor customer service.

My partner and I went into look about leasing a vehicle. We were graciously greeted by a lovely man named Raul and later by a wonderful and impeccably dressed man who I will assume manages the dealership. Although these vehicles were slightly, very out of my price range you better believe one day I will have one of these babies. They were quality, had all the bells and you'll likely get whistled at in one of these. The service was the best we had and I seriously considered if I really needed my current house or if I should just live in this car. You can live in your car but you can't drive your house, am I right? If you guys ever want to work out a deal with me, car for service, I will help you out with anything except snow removal. Albeit, the only negative is you could use a couple christmas trees in your place in which I would be happy to decorate, free of charge of course except for a vehicle. On that note, any of the wide selection of cars they have would make a great holiday gift or lifetime gift, for me or your loved one. Love always, Kelly.

I am writing about this shop overcharging customers on repairs and maintenance. Now I have concrete evidence and want to share with public. My X5’s air-conditioning had smells in 2017. The shop recommended replacing condensator as a solution. After paying about $1,388, the problem was not fixed. The shop concluded that the leak was due to other problems and provided a cost estimate of $3,863. Of course, they never admitted that the first diagnosis was wrong. Until recently, I used Fountain Tire for an independent check. Fountain Tire found and solved the problem for about $500. You can see all the records in the attached photos of three records. To conclude, Bavaria BMW is not trustworthy. Please beware that it will overcharge you a lot after selling a car to you.

I'm posting this not so much because I had a bad experience with Bavaria, more so because it was just an OK experience. I have to be honest, coming to purchase a BMW I would expect the service to be "a cut above." I have gotten better service from a GM dealership. The car sold me not the salesman so either way I came in knowing I was going to buy the car. The sales team didn't go the extra mile, in fact the whole process seemed like the salesmen had some were more important to be. I felt like I never had the full attention of there internet sales team. I do have to say Kingsly Fung was an exception. He worked very hard and provided quality customer service. Probably wouldn't buy my second BMW from Bavaria.

Incredible. The only way to describe the service from Micheal Wosniak, Kingsley Sung and Bavaria BMW. From start to finish in 2 days. Even Gerry, the owner came and chatted us up several to enhance our experience. I wasn't even sure I wanted one or could afford one but after going there first, I didn't need to go anywhere else. Bought a 2016 X5M in October. Alex Sherman was the sales person I dealt with. Alex was a perfect fit for me as he listened carefully and provided well thought out feedback. He was very fair and honest throughout the entire process and even went beyond my expectations, without me asking. After the sale, he still maintains contact and is available to discuss anything I have questions about. My experience with Alex at Bavaria was terrific. It should also be noted that Bavaria has a fantastic selection of vehicles, but most importantly they order more bold choices on interior and exterior colours, not just black and white. Good on you for doing that. Makes my vehicle very unique and exotic.
