I'm not one to normally leave a review however, with my recent experience received at Calgary BMW I was prompted to leave a comment. I experienced a broken lock lug key and wasn't able to remove two of my tires. I contact the parts department at BMW Calgary to inquire on a replacement. They were open and honest with me regarding the old lug key and proposed a new key to which could be purchased at a significantly reduced price compared to my old lug key and would be easier to obtain at any point in time if needed, fantastic. Although it did not address the two tires remaining on my vehicle as the lug nuts were tightened above spec and could not be removed. The gentleman took it upon himself to grab a breaker bar and remove the stuck lug nuts and replaced them with the new. I not only received a quality product and sound advice, it was at a economical price and I can now remove my tires when I get home! Finally, customer service without the increase price tag. BMW Calgary and Brendan/Larry (may or may not be correct) are exceptional examples of great customer service and taking time out of their day to go above and beyond left me speechless. I am a frugal individual, as a father of two on a single income I would recommend this dealership for even minor repairs and maintenance.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Tara in the parts department, and she was absolutely amazing to deal with! She went out of her way to give me all the information I needed and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family because of how awesome of an experience I had.

I went in just to explore and find things out, as I had seen an ad that interested me. I met with German Contreras. He was awesome - low key, very helpful, and not pushy. He worked hard for my business, without being overbearing.
I had some good discussions, and German and his boss did their best to get me a good deal - and they definitely did! My last step was to sit on it, and think it through - both on my own and with my wife. I put down a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle and the deal.
I didn't end up making the purchase - just not the right timing. German was super understanding, and put no pressure on me to go any further. Told me I didn't even have to come back down to get my deposit back (usually a salesman trick to get you back in for more high-pressure tactics) - I could just call. He only asked me if he could hang on to my email address to communicate other deals he might find for me, and I agreed.
I called later and, as promised, only had to provide the needed info for the deposit return. No hassle, no pressure.
I would love to get into a BMW when the time is right, and I will certainly be looking out for German to help me!

Serviced at calgary bmw twice and both times resulted in cap not tightened causing massive oil spills all over engine and wires and strong burning smell. When the first time happens dealer tried to charge a 154 an hour inspection fee. Then same thing happened the 2nd maintenance visit. They don't have capable technicians and other than 'we cleaned it up and toped up', nothing else. very shady business practices.
I recently leased another BMW and have to say I love dealing with the team at Calgary BMW. From sales, to finance, to delivery, to service, these people are all amazing and make the car buying experience a wonderful thing!! Generally happy with the service on a regular basis, but had a not so great experience with a shattered sunroof recently. customer service team was polite but unimpressed by finding a resolution to a an issue that is due to BMW not acting to fix these spontaneous combustable sunroofs(on children). None the less anyone looking to have a sunroof replaced, don't go to BMW to waste 7K. Super Auto Glass will provide you fast reliable service for a fraction of the cost!
I had a very unpleasant purchasing experience at Calgary BMW，which changed my decision. I was planning on buying a 540, asked the sales for quotation, he told me, he had to ask the manager to build a quotation for me. And every time, i want to have a look of different cars, he always tells me that he has to ask the manager for that. I have no idea, why took so long to send me the cars that I was asking for. Because of that , I stopped by the Mercedes- Benz, everything went really smooth, did want I asked for quotations, It only took me a day to make the decision at the dealership.
The manager team should change the attitude to the customers.

The service department doesn’t have the greatest customer service attitude. Somehow they sound irritated on phone and in person.
Possibly the worst place to have your car serviced here. I constantly finding missing screws and bolts here or there. And I know it was there before the service.
Parts department hardly ever picks up the phone. When they do, they sound like they are falling asleep.

Yesterday I bought a brand new BMW 330i Sport Wagon fro Calgary BMW. Liam Henderson was my sales professional and I HIGHLY recommend seeking this fine out when you visit. Not only was his knowledge of the product current and relevant, his enthusiasm and attention to detail made the experience fun and exciting.
My first buying experience with BMW and couldn't be happier! Woody Woo and Grant Yooun kept in touch for over 7 months while I anticipated the arrival of a new model I was interested in. Once it came in, the buying process was enjoyable, easy and I felt I got great value on a great car. Best of all no pressure, all questions answered (I had a lot of them) and they really made me feel like my business was important to them. I've purchased two vehicles previously from other manufacturers and this process was night and day in comparison. I'm officially converted to BMW, thanks Woody & Grant!
First off, the new M240i is an outstanding vehicle. Got it from Calgary BMW a few weeks ago and I am enjoying it thoroughly. This was my first BMW purchase and I have to say that the shopping process was outstanding. Joel and Nathan were both great to deal with and showed me why these vehicles are a cut above what I had driven previously. Most importantly though they were professionals and I felt like I could take my time and ask any question that came to mind. I am actually looking forward to servicing the vehicle with this team. Trying to decide between BMW M3 and Jaguar F Type. Visited this store today and the only person that acknowledged me was the receptionist. Several salesmen standing around talking to each other, another walked right by me without saying anything! Must be nice that all these salespeople have so much business that they don't need or want my business. Their loss!

Just like to pass along a big kudos to both Andres Montoya and his service tech Eric, I dropped by the shop this past Saturday to have a plastic molding reset as the factory fitment was a bit suspect. Andres and his top notch tech Eric had resolved the issue due to a faulty clip and had me back in my vehicle in less than a hour, there tag team approach to resolve the issue was first class and seamless. I mention this as we tend to complain about things more than we compliment and recognize those individuals that go beyond on a regular basis !!

Bought and drove out my Toyota Tacoma on the same day at Calgary BMW through German. He was organized and efficient. We are pleased we got to deal with him.
I worked with Steven Soong. He was very nice, super helpful and caring. I have a great test drive experience. During the delivery he provided detailed information on my car and guided me on setting up many features. I also had a few followups after the delivery and he responded very fast and resolved my issues. I strongly recommend working with Steven.
We recently purchased a used X5 diesel from Calgary BMW, and we were fortunate enough to work with Ahmed, who acted more as our concierge then a salesman. The purchase of our vehicle had some challenges, there were 2 recalls that needed to be dealt with prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
The delays were longer than both parties anticipated, what was supposed to be a couple days turned into a couple weeks, and all the while Ahmed and Matt (the used car sales manager), made sure that we were treated better then we would have expected.
We love our X5, and we are so happy that we made the decision to purchase it through Calgary BMW, I’m sure the outcome would have been a much different experience somewhere else.

I sent in my car for brake fluid flush today and everything I believe was done. The service advisor was professional and courteous.but I am just wondering why will the service Technician remove the cable from my Dash Camera and even go to the extent of removing the flash card from inside the camera? No one could give me a convincing answer when I question the reasion behind the flash card removal.
We took delivery of our brand new vehicle two weeks ago. But I'd like to go back to a year ago when we first ordered this vehicle. Anthony, our new car sales, was caring and attentive right from the beginning. He listened to our needs, wishes and wants, and made some really useful recommendations in terms of the model, trim, configuration, and payment plan. As we anxiously waited for the delivery of our new vehicle throughout the past year, he proactively kept in touch with us and kept us updated with the progress being made.
When we went into the store for delivery, he and other BMW staff members welcomed us and gave our kids toys as souvenirs. Bryanne from Financial Services processed our paperwork in a speedy but very friendly manner. Nathan, the delivery specialist spent almost an hour with me and my wife to talk about features and technology the new car came with, and really made sure all the settings were to our comfort and liking. Last but not least, Anthony sent us off with his reassurance that we can come back to them at anytime when we have any more questions or need more help.
The entire process from start to finish can only be described as 'Superb' and 'Extremely Pleasant'. We'd definitely come back again for our future new vehicles, and would like to recommend Anthony and this particular dealership to all who are shopping for a BMW or two. ;)
My wife and I heard about Calgary BMW's Private Sale Event and thought of simply going by to check it out. We were currently not in the market to purchase a vehicle at this time! On entering the showroom we were approached by an extremely upbeat salesman, German Contreras, who was not only knowledgeable about the current programs and incentives but also the BMW lineup and got us an amazing deal on a 750i series. The experience was almost perfect except for his General Manager who did not seem to trust German's professionalism and insight on the present incentive program. At least 3 times the GM insisted that German go and check the validity of the program, even though German was well versed on all products and services. I personally felt that it was the GM that needed to update himself on the program before repeatably doubting German.
Overall German did a five-star job and provided an amazing experience. I would suggest that the General Manager please trust and respect your salesmen and not intervene in the process until he is well versed with the incentive details.

I've enjoyed working with Anthony at Calgary BMW for over a decade now. He's upfront and will give you the information you ask for, and doesn't play sales games. He's a good guy and an asset to the dealership.
I have never owned a BMW before and although I had no worries about the vehicle itself I was unsure about leasing vs financing, my trade in, all the fees and options etc etc. Thank you Liam Henderson for spending almost three hours with me making sure to answer my questions (the same ones over and over), get to know me, and give thoughtful input about the vehicle I wanted and the purchasing options. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Liam - he takes his time, is knowledgeable and answers every question.
I write this review a month+ after our purchase (I am out of the honeymoon). We purchased a new vehicle back in Jan 2019. Looking back the overall experience was still very positive. Jason Stevenson was our product adviser and he was very easy to work with. I enjoyed the no pressure business practice and we were able to purchase the vehicle that best fitted our lifestyle and budget. Jason arranged a loaner for us as our vehicle was not immediately available and he even drove the loaner to our residence. Jason took great note of his customers. He actually put a big bow on the new vehicle at the delivery as he remembered my children mentioned about the bow. Jason is indeed very customer-centric. On the admin side, Brittany provided a streamlined process and she made all the paperwork so easy. Thank you Brittany. Finally, I want to express my gratitude to Grant, the general manager of Calgary BMW. We had some issue from a previous purchase. Grant took the time to make sure we were being treated right this time. Thank you Grant.
Service department is great but the used vehicle department are so bad that I'm likely going to an Audi next. Offered me 50% on a trade in for a vehicle I purchased from them a year before. Went in for an offer they I received online and the sales staff didn't know any of the details about the offer. They also didn't have the car that I was interested in for a test drive after they called previously to ask what I was interested in. Waste of time. Audi offered me significantly more for the trade in the following week.
Got into a accident and needed to get a new car, looked around dealerships and somehow ended up at Calgary BMW. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Sales Rep( Jordan Purcell ). Jordan immediately answered any questions I had and at no time did I feel rushed. I left the dealership feeling satisfied and informed enough to come back. With Jordan's GREAT help and AMAZING expertise I was able to get a great deal on a 2014 3 Series and ended up purchasing it. My Grandparents helped me through the buying process and enjoyed it so much they decided to Factory order a brand new X5 which just got delivered a week ago-- Grandparents are loving it so far. Just got a Dinan Stage 1 put in by the dealership today, finished up in under 4 hours. Was helped by Allan Callugai in parts and Jesse Farhat in Service, 100% would reccomend Calgary BMW for anyone looking to get into BMW's . Thanks to Jordan, Allan, Jesse and everyone at Calgary BMW who have made owning the brand an absolute pleasure and a great experience!
My girlfriend and I recently leased a 2016 BMW X3 and we had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Dow who was the salesman taking care of us. Randy went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and were completely happy with what we walked away with. Randy's knowledge and laid back approach helped us feel less pressured therefore more confident to move forward with the vehicle. I just got my new 2013 528xi yesterday and I was so impressed with every aspect of buying a car from BMW Calgary Heritage Meadows especially with my salesman Matthew Malcolm.
