Not knowledgeable about their own sales, not willing to negotiate or compete with other dealerships. Literally told me the price is what you see online. I saw the sale online for their dealership but no one was even aware of it. Didn't seem like they were interested in setting up a deal. Took forever to attend to me, had to grab someone and ask for help. I went in a 2014 3 series hoping they would take me seriously, but they repelled me fron Audi overall. I spoke to other dealerships in the entire city and everyone was so professional. Would recommend you go anywhere but here. I went in to sign for a deal and got no attention.
Alasdair was extremely helpful without being pushy- he made the experience of buying a car enjoyable for both my wife and me.
The brand specialist reached out 1 time and I asked for a call back later and no one reached back out. I decided to buy a car elsewhere as it doesn't seem like they care about earning a client from the competition. They have no sense of urgency and I will not chase a salesperson.
They were totally uninterested in helping me buy a car. They never followed up on my request for information and only provided the manufacturer suggested retail pricing and said there were no negotiations.

0 if I could. My husband and I went in to look at Q8 for upcoming baby. We needed bigger car for our family. It was Wednesday around 3pm. No other customers were on the floor and about 10 associates were there. We were there for 30 mins nobody cared to greet us or offer to help. Do we have to raise our hands and shout for the purchase? "Hello!!! we are here to buy!!"
Poor attitude and service. I am not buying the car and paying for these sales associates.
My friend of mine went in to same location and nobody was talking to him So he went to Mercedes and bought a car there instead.
Way to go Audi. It is a great car must be sells itself.

Marco is THE BEST! My previous car broke down, and he made my experience purchasing a different car amazing! I picked up my car today and he even showed me how to set up everything before I left. I love this dealership and will continue to purchase from them in the future!!

The dealership was super inviting an and very clean. A wide range of Audi vehicles were present as demo models right there in the showroom. Unlike other dealerships we have visited. Most importantly, the staff were amazing, welcoming and not in you face.
Special thanks to Blake for his patience and input during the vehicle selection process and to Karin for her continuous communication during the vehicle delivery and post delivery process. They exhibited great passion for their job, and it translated into pure excellence!!

Avoid at all costs, and take your business to any other store. It will be worth the extra drive! Worst Audi Auto Parts Customer Service ever!
They are inadequate to perform simple tasks as to get the correct part supply, even when you provide the exact part number. They not only wasted my time but money as well to drive 3 times to the location. They attempted to scam me as they did not provide the full package order. This fraud was obvious as I had ordered this before and the other locations had provided me with the full items.
Furthermore, when addressing this matter, the service workers had begun to aggressively speak in such a loud tone that this had been heard all the way at the sales end of the location. The management did not even flinch to the situation to try and resolve any conflict as it was evident with the negative energy the employees had.
Unless you’re purchasing the newest top of the line model from them, they won’t give you the time of day or care about your business.
Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache!

I bought a car over the phone during Covid and Marco was nothing short of amazing! Super easy to work with, seamless paperwork and so communicative. This is my third Audi and this is my best experience so far! They're so professional and so personable - you will walk away completely satisfied. I have dealt with other Audi dealerships but this is hands down the best one! Highly recommended. Their cars are in amazing condition. We ended up buying a Merc 450 two days after buying the Audi - and we're super happy with that too!

Do not take your vehicle to the service department at Audi Queensway. It's understood you will pay premium dollar to have work done at the dealership, but you are expecting to pay for Audi trained technicians, not lacking technical knowledge and a fancy dealership.
I took my vehicle requesting to have the timing chain and associated components replaced because of a check engine light and some specific errors I was getting. I was told they should first complete full diagnostics as it was major work. After which they told me it did not need a new timing chain, and that the error was sporadic and likely caused my environmental issues. The car was given the all clear.
After getting the car back I promptly noticed the check engine light come back on that night, followed by the car shutting off on the road. Once towed to a reputable mechanic it was confirmed to be timing chain related. I lost a day's worth a work, and was placed in the unsafe position of having a dead car on the road because of Queensway Audi's negligence. They never did a visual inspection, nor did they road test the vehicle. They did a quick scan, cleared the code, and returned the car to me.
Once I had the issues sorted out with my car I spoke to the customer service representative who directed me to email the service manager. After one email response from him blaming the issues on me, all further emails were ignored. That's how Audi Queensway deals with issues - ignore them and hope they go away.

My wife Laurie and I just bought a 2019 Audi A3 Sedan at this location. Marti and Adam absolutely made the experience an amazing one. 2011 Q5 -Won't start. Originally was told that it was Timing chain $4,000 but Dealer ended up replacing fuel pump and control module - just over $1,700. Could be cheaper at a non Audi service/garage? Overall Chris G. was courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Dealership is new and clean. I gave 3 star because of price.

As a service advisor she went above and beyond and service was fantastic.
As a business owner with several fleet this was a great experience and i will do more business with them in the future. Its very hard to be in a service industry but they earn my respect. If a manager reads the reviews you need to hire people like Lori as she takes pride with what she does and it makes your whole team look like a champ.
Was in the market for a certified used and came across an ad at Queensway Audi from autotrader. My inquiry put me in contact with Adam who went out of his way to answer my questions and get all the answers to my somewhat unusual requests (switching from a coupe to a sedan because of a recent car seat addition to my vehicle and was obliged with measurements and videos to answer all my questions). In the end I found a perfect car elsewhere but next time i am in the market I would definitely return (and recommend) the dealership based on the excellent personal service I received from their staff (Adam specifically).

On March 30/2019, my father and I visited Audi Queensway to start looking at our first luxury car. We weren't sure if we wanted a larger sedan or a SUV. As we were only looking to get a better grasp on size, feel and pricing, Dominic was very patient and was willing to answer any questions we had. He was advised that we did not have intention to walk out with a vehicle today yet he still took the time to show us the cars, answer questions and address any concerns we may have had. When we'll be closer to purchase our Audi, Audi Queensway will be our first and last stop for sure.
Excellent place to get an Audi, they just opened in this new location. The sales are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help out. They also have many models available for you to actual see and try. This was a long overdue review but dealing with Blake at Audi Queensway was the best experience I've ever had. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in. He even went as far as putting a bow on the car after we made the purchase which made my wife very happy.
