Regina Acura Staff, Awsome!! to deal with and very helpful, especially my salesperson, Rene, he got me a great deal after weeks of hunting everywhere for a suitable "new to me" vehicle. When needing some repairs, which came up after purchase, Rene made sure I had priority service, due to living an hour and a half away, supplied with great courtesy vehicles and excellent communication with speedy response time, great environment! Everyone i had the pleasure of chatting with was very kind always offering coffee or if I needed assistance with anything, just to let them know, even if they weren't my specific salesperson. I would recommend Rene and Regina Acura to everyone looking for a non pushy, relaxed, no stress purchase for future customers of new or quality used vehicles!! Terrible customer service! The worst customer service I have ever received. When I walker in the store, the customer service representative was on the phone and kept playing on the phone when I was talking with her. I was not welcomed a hi or anything. Upon telling her why I showed up to the dealership she told me to wait because the financial advisor was busy with someone else.After waiting for 40 minutes I went back to her to book an appointment with the advisor since it was taking long. She refused to book an appointment and told me in return that I should go talk with the general manager. i went to the general manager and no signs of help from him were shown. After 10 minutes the lady left for home and saw me standing infront of the financial advisor office and did nothing. After all this I was finally able to meet the advisor. It was shocking to realize that the work I went there to get done took only 5 minutes but due to poor communication and lack of customer service I had to wait for 50 minutes to an hour in the shop. I would not recommend regina acura dealership to someone.

No help at all, what a way to treat paying customers! These guys seem nice at first, but after they take your money will treat you like they don't know you.

I took my car for fixing the check engine light warning, Matt was unprofessional and rude, I was told to inspect the car with computer for an hour but after I left home, Matt called us and boasting that to fix they charge 2000+ dollars for replacing valves and spark plugs to get rid of the warning.

We took back our car after charging $180, when we went to pickup the car Matt did not share any details of the inspection, just complete the transaction and let us go. After we took the car, we just pour 500ml engine oil and it's couple months from now there is no warning.

We are very disappointed such dealership and manager providing false information for making money and playing games with trust, honest and polite people like us. The inspection revealed nothing except false and misleading information. Also the engine top cover was not closed properly.

I wouldn't recommend to such dealership for such expensive cars as their only aim is to make money and bill the customer and cheating innocent people like us.

On October 1st, my mom brought in her 2016 Acura RDX to Regina Acura to get her vehicle serviced. When my mom went to pick up her vehicle an hour later, she noticed they left a big scratch on the back passenger side door. She immediately went to the service desk and spoke to Stu and the Service Manager, Matt. They apologized, took responsibility for it and said they will fix it tomorrow when she comes in again. On October 2nd, my mom brought her car in the get fixed and she looked at the scratch mark they “fixed.” As per the photos attached, it is NOT EVEN the correct colour of the vehicle.

My mom does not speak English well so, I spoke to Stu and he argued the paint pen used was VIN specific and claimed it was my mom’s fault for applying it not even knowing it was his own wash and shine staff, which Matt admitted to after, that applied the paint pen and not my mom. He then said, in a condescending tone, “Well it’s not our fault. We just give you a paint pen and it’s your job to put it on. The paint pen is specific to the car. Paint takes days to cure so it’s the right colour” He finally came outside and actually looked at the vehicle and admitted it was not the right colour. He said, “Well when your mom brought in the car it was dirty and I could tell just by looking at it that it has 73 scratches. Door dings at superstore happen all the time. If it really means that much to you, call SGI and claim it but it’s your word against ours and you’d just end up paying a deductible.” How could you tell that there were 73 scratches if the car was dirty? We went inside and we did not see Stu again.

Matt came up to us, apologized and said “the pen is VIN specific but there are different variants the colour can come in but it’s mixed right at Head Office.” Acura Sales Specialist, Del even looked at the pen and car and said it was not the right colour.

Matt told us he was just trying to be nice by giving us the paint pen because my mom is a client but there was nothing they could do, they weren’t going to repaint the door. They removed the botched paint pen job, gave us the SAME paint pen and said we have to do it ourselves. If I could give a 0/5 I would.

The help I received from Matt & Tyler today in the Service Dept was exceptional. I popped by unannounced to get the radio code for an MDX and they were able to help me out right away. I then mentioned that I also had a maintenance code and asked if there was any way they could tell me what it was. Right away they had an express tech pull it into a service bay and run the scanner and I had the answer in a couple minutes. Wow. I've spent some time working in the automotive service industry and my experience with Dilawri Acura was among the best of the best. Great team, great service!!

They have awesome customer service! Mike Wang was the best salesman we’ve ever met. He introduced the vehicle soooooo well with answering every tiny question conscientiously, and he helped us with EVERYTHING during our purchasing and after that. You can rarely see a diligent young person like him nowadays. We’ve visited several dealers when we prepared to buy a new SUV, and Regina Acura had a totally different style than them. Acura staff respect and value their customers, and the pre-sales salesman also takes care of the after-sale customer service. That’s amazing! Their sales manager Trisha is also awesome, and beautiful:) I considered that the salesman’s style was taught by their manager. This idea was verified when Trisha asked me if I and my kids needed any drink when we were waiting my husband’s test drive in the store. Of course Mike had already provided drinks for us. He even had told me where the washroom was before they left for the test drive, without being asked. Can you imagine how amazing customer service they have? I really like this dealer and I want all my friends know about it.

The very first seconds I went in to look for a car, I was greeted with very friendly sales people. Very welcoming atmosphere. Both of the sales consultant (Mr. Rodriguez) and the Office Manager (Mr.Vataga) were very knowledgeable with their products. (Good sense of humour as well!) Very Honest people. They will tell you all of positive things but also the downside, which I really appreciate. :D They helped me through the whole process of buying my first car.
