Getting my car serviced at this location was a nightmare, to say the LEAST. Brought my car to this dealership to get it serviced for a noise. Asked them to drive the car, and diagnose the issue. I was given back the car, after being charged 1800$, with the same exact noise still present. Mechanic confirmed to me it had not been test driven. Brought it back, and paid 700$. I now leave with my car making a new noise. Will certainly not return to be scammed even more.
Spoke to manager, who was completely unprofessional. Tried to redirect blame to a "miscommunication" rather than take responsibility. That is aside from raising tone, and being condescending.
For all of my trouble, I was given 100$ off and my winter tires put in. Note that my summer tires were thrown back into my car in a disgraceful manner, with no care at all.
Disclaimer: I don't know about the sales department, but I wish I had read the reviews before getting my car serviced here.

The service agent, was courteous, and knowledgeable, and reassuring, He explained every step of the process, and the process happened exactly as he described. I am very satisfied with the service they always provide, Offering a late model Lincoln as a loaner is much appreciated as well my car gets a full wash and is as close to being detailed as one could imagine for just a thorough car wash. Bravo Ford Lincoln Gabriel!
Not a very good experience. I made an appointment for a recall fix on my car. They told me to be ready to leave my car for the day and they would call me to let me know that my car was ready. So I dropped my car (in the freezing cold), at 8:30 am on Friday, by 4 pm they hadn't call me, so I did. The receptionist told me the service people had left and I should call the next day. So, I call Saturday and they tell me they don't open the service department on the weekends, wow! So I told her I needed my car, she got me the keys and I took it back. I'll stick to Ford but definitely not ever to this dealership. Terrible attention, terrible customer service.

Unreliable service that results in time and money wasted. A nightmare every time our car has been brought here—either they do not contact you in a timely manner to let you know what is wrong with car or the car has something else wrong with it after it is “fixed.” I have friends who refuse to bring their car here, and because it is the closest Ford dealership to us, it means our next car will not be Ford. Even the Canadian Tire auto service next door has told me they prefer to order their parts from Brossard dealership because of difficulties working with Ford Gabriel. Avoid.
I just came out of the Ford store, after 5-6 minutes looking at the cars. I wanted to order a MachE....4 seller and noone came to see me. Everybody on cellphone, includibg the girl at frontdesk...when I had an eye contact with one of them, he looked at me and said something like "focking looser..."
Bad experience, I won't go back. Lack of respect for clients, for their job, for the company. You should fire them....I'll buy my car somewhere else, for sure.

Most confusing dealership I've ever dealt with.. There is no communication between departments. Everytime someone answers the phone they have no idea who you are. No one can ever answer simple questions without transfering you at least 3 different times. Went in for a simple key programing and got scammed and passed around, I was told they could not program my key because I did not buy it from the dealership. Once they sold me their key they then told me they are not able to cut it. Making me go to a lock smith, then have to come back to get it programed. Complete waste of time and money avoid this dealership
Dealth with Yazim. I was a delight. After an other dealer tried to slap an extra of 2000$ over the MSRP I walked away. It was refreshing to get the honest and no nonsense approach at Ford Gabriel. It is early in my buying experience as I only placed an order, but it is off to a very good start!

I have bought 2 vehicles at Ford Gabriel and will still comeback here even though I no longer live in the city. Nyree tries to understand exactly what you want and give you just that. Never felt pressured and was well informed of all my options. Only once have I had a problem with servicing my car here but once I informed the manager they took care of it right away and with a smile. A lot better than the service I used to get in LaSalle.
Took over a year to get an appointment for a recall. Called them every couple weeks for months. We almost forgot about it until we got another notice from Ford. We called this location again. Suddenly an appointment was available. A Woman on the phone told us our file had fallen through the cracks because of an employee who was not doing their job properly and had since been fired. When I arrived at the location with the car that story was apparently never the case, according to the guy at the service desk. It was as if I hadn’t just waited a year for an appointment. No apologies, no courtesy car , no taxi voucher. Just one passing of the buck after another .
Service has been an absolute nightmare with this dealership. Parts broken when bringing car in for service. Technician gloves left in vents. Parts forgotten to be ordered. Follow-up emails gone unanswered. Written commitments refused to be honored. Avoid at all costs!
Service at the st jacques location is BEYOND incredible. Fast Effecient and knowledgeable. I arrived at 7 am and was greeted by one of the service agents Omar, he had a big smile on his face and made my experience super pleasant. He took care of my car issues with such professionalism. I will without doubt be heading here for all my car needs ( I have a Ford Escape)

Second time here for a tire exchange after transferring from another Ford dealer. Impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of my advisor Omar (N.B. ask for him if you get the chance). Given that this is the busy time of year (summer -> winter tires), my on site wait time was more than reasonable. A smooth, stress-free transaction heading into the winter months. Worst customer service you can find in Montreal. Make sure to get everything in writing from these people, never take anything verbal since they are the most dishonest people I have see specially Chris and Joe in service department. If they say come see me tomorrow, I will do this for you, ask them to write it down on your bill

Very professional service. Jason paid close attention to every single detail of my truck in the process of building it. His exceptional experience made him capable to address all my needs in the truck and also he brought up lots of stuff that I wasn't aware of. Kept me closely posted during the order production and the truck even arrived before the scheduled delivery exactly as built. It's been fun and enjoyable experience even post sale.
Both my wife and I are quite happy with the comfort and performance of our new Ford.
Compared to previous vehicles, we find the instrumentation set-up quite impressive. Frankly, we still have to fully master the whole set of controls available. Anyway, we'll be getting there, hopefully.

Service was bad. Booking an appointment was confusing and irritating. My repair got botched and i had to go back there again. The staff is nice but it would be better if the people were a bit more competent and detail oriented. It's clear that they would not go the extra mile for you.
Constant below average service. I (used to) go there regularly for regular maintenance, staff never called to tell me my car was ready the first time. The second time I waited 20 minutes outside while the employee picked up my car in the parking lot... Last and final time, I paid 300 bucks to change the left link it. As I leave the parking lot, car makes noise it didnt make prior to the visit. I go the next day, and now the right one is broken after driving 0 miles
Was not impressed at all with the service. Ford LaSalle was the Best for me.
Really not a great experience, I went in for an oil change for my Mustang after that Lasalle Ford closed for good. Couple of weeks later noticed black oil spots on my garage checked my oil it was below low. Called their customer care and wondered if I could get an appointment ASAP to get it looked at as I use my car everyday to work ( no public transportation) but no success they were full. Finally took it to the closest Canadian Tire and they have found out that it was leaking from the oil filter it was not tightly closed... it could've damaged the whole engine. Pas fort !!!
This rating does not reflect on the sales team, they are exceptional. This is for the service department, very rude and disrespectful to regular clients.
While I got the vehicle I wanted - and it was delivered immaculate, but, it was brand new, so... - the service leaves a little to be desired.
During the negotiating process, there were some details that were discussed that were completely ignored. Not to mention that I dealt with the credit guy, and didn't even once speak to my "salesman", whom I imagine got commission on a car his credit specialist sold me. Any way, I'm still trying to rectify some details but only get VM...or screened calls. I'll say when it comes to servicing my vehicle, it's as sure as the sun rising it won't be here.
The two stars are solely because of the vehicle...the service is brutal. If I offered service like this to my clients, I'd be out of business in a heartbeat.
What a disorganised mess! Went to Ford Gabriel originally to have a second key made for my 2002 Ford Escape. I called a day ahead and was assured they had one in stock and that it would be put on hold for me. Get to the Parts Dept the next day and they have no key or any record of one being set aside. They will have to order a key so I was sent to Service dept. Service Dept sent me back to Parts to order key ( who is supposed to take care of this?). Parts Dept finally finds key that was set aside. At this point I am ready to leave in frustration but decide to make an appt to have the key programmed for the car. At the same time I had an electrical issue with the car that I wanted to be checked. It is impossible to reach the Service Dept by phone. Finally a representative called me back and added the electrical issue (it turned out to be the alternator - an over $800 repair). Rather than telling me about the added alternator repair cost over the phone I had to go back to the Service Dept in person to approve the repair. This is difficult to do because your lot is a sheet of ice with no apparent parking spots. My car is still there and I am more than a little worried that this negative review will rise the price on what is already a large repair bill. However I feel I have no choice but to express my great displeasure with your service.
Excellent service. I needed a ride to the dealership to collect my car. They came by on time despite the very stormy weather.
The staff is also very courteous and service to my car was completed the same day. I highly recommend this dealership.
An excellent choice of all-you-can-think-about your car repair needs, including tire service on the spot. Before I used to drive a shitbox made by Honda, but now no longer. Special thanks to Rick and Joanna for saving my day!
