I have used there service department, very slow and incompetent and your vehicle is damaged from them and you get other problems after they service it still waiting for repairs to be completed
I don't usually involve myself in these things however I thought I would add my two cents this time. The service department looked after my old car for the last 3 years I had it (not a ford) the people who I dealt with in service were great, very patient when explaining the various repairs required and all repairs were done in a reasonable time.
My new car is a ford bought at this dealership mostly based on the service department .

Our fourth vehicle purchased here since 2006. Current service seems good but I had issue previously. For our 2014 Edge we were told we needed new rear brakes but the front brakes were fine for the next while. Shortly after we drove to Florida and our rotors were destroyed on the way down as there was not nearly enough brake material remaining and the rotors overheated and warped through normal wear and tear. The brake job Florida was very expensive due the the US exchange rate and the amount of parts required to put everything right. I mentioned it to my service advisor when I returned and he said, sorry about that. I also found that Embrun never replaces the cabin filter (Edge) unless you request it, or at least that is my experience. I showed the clogged filter I brought back from Florida and the service advisor said, you guessed it, sorry about that. But it can't be all bad since I have purchased four vehicles from them in 13 years and we are still doing business there. Love our 2018 Edge and was very happy with our last appointment and many others.
The top notch team at Embrun Ford have been great, from the purchase of my new Escape to anything I had done in service.

A month ago, I had my vehicle serviced there, well the tech working on my SUV over torqued the tires….I almost lost a tire on the 417 going 110km. I was met by the service Manager James as I was getting out of the tow truck. I was treated like a queen through out the whole process as it got repaired. James even brought me my keys and chatted with me when the car was ready. The end results of the wheel issue could have ended with devastating results; James was there and I felt was extremely concerned for my well-being, I really appreciated that as I was shaking after the whole incident. Since the new ownership I have been nothing but disappointed in the service offered here. Not sure why . Maybe new techs or mechanics etc. Service reps try and defend a decisions without asking the customer for more details. It's like they want to get it out quickly. Sadly I guess it's time to drive to Ottawa. My two friends with the same F250's warned me but... Save your energy and drive to Ottawa

Fast and efficient service. My vehicle was done quicker than I expected. It is very convenient that they can store my winter tires for a small fee; it saves me room in the garage. I really appreciate the new shuttle service, and Matt the driver was very friendly.
My Wife and I were on a tight schedule to trade up our SUV and I was fortunate enough to have Abdel answer my call, we made a mutually beneficial trade deal quickly and all of my requests were respected. The whole team was extremely welcoming when we came in with our 1 year old to pick up our new vehicle, it was a "faith restored in humanity" moment. For the last few years I have been interested in the new Ford Ranger. I did my homework. I contacted the salesman Chris Ward and gave him my truck profile. He called me back within a day and had a lineup of 3 trucks in my interest bucket. It took less than an hour to pick my truck. Chris answered every question and made me a great deal!

Tried to con me on work never done 20yrs ago. Had to threaten to take them to media and better business bureaux. Yeah they paid me back but theft is theft. And 20yrs ago i still remember and say it. These guys will skim you out of your money. Once a thief always a thief.
Never bought or rent the car is the only reason i cant give a 5/5. But ive been there more then anyone can count. Great people great service. They do everything they can for the customer. I deliver parts there and i cant say i walked out of there without a smile. Even though i service the parts to them, they always make me feel like they are serving me with a smile

After 4 new vehicle purchase, done with Embrun Ford and will never ever buy or have service done ever again. Extremely disappointed with service and maintenance on Ford F-250 Super Duty. Had the FMPP and Extended Warranty packages, what a joke! Several issues raised many times, parts that were said to be replaced, were not. Do not trust this dealer, Ford Service Embrun did not resolve the issues at hand, just a cover up.. Do not buy or service at Embrun Ford.

Signed a lease agreement for an F150 at the end of February with Chris Ward, everything was fine at the time. Was advised of an 8 week lead time, which seemed a bit overly optimistic given the production problems but fingers crossed. I was patient and did my best not to bother Chris for updates, limiting my emails to once every couple of weeks. This week I send my usual email and out of nowhere he tells me Ford called him a month ago and that my truck order was canceled. I followed up with Ford Canada who checked and told me my order was still in processing and hasn't been built yet, but the order is still active a month after it had supposedly been canceled. I do not trust Chris or Embrun at this point and I have no doubt my truck will get delivered someday and they will sell it to some lucky person at a higher price off their lot. The pandemic has brought a lot of headaches to everyone but dumping me like trash after I had committed to the deal, got the credit approval and waited patiently for three months is wrong. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid these folks, hopefully my experience saves you some grief.
Having worked in management, business consultation and being self employed for over 10 years i understand the challenges in finding the right people to front line our businesses and when we do find talent it is important to point them out. Purchased a 2018 F150 just less than 2 weeks ago and went on my first ride to Niagara and found a small snake feeling in the front. Brought it into service and found that the tires were good lots of tread on them but might be the issue...Denis the owner took care of me when he didn't need to I think but no questions asked put 4 new tires on for me....24k or original tires and seeing the truck had a skake he fixed it DONE.....now to me is above and beyond service and I really really appreciate it......I recommend anyone to experience the service at Embrun Ford as I did....professional and all about a customer service experience

On August 7, 2015 we have brought our 2006 Ford Freestyle for an CVT fluid refill and both pan filter and high pressure filter replacement. The car has stayed a full 3 days at the shop for something which only take 3 hours time and the appointment was booked the week before. We were told the parts were not ordered when our appointment was booked ahead hence the reason why it had to stay at the shop the additional days which is really upsetting as such a service is actually fairly common and there is no reason why the filters could not be ordered ahead or we should at least have been advised before leaving the car so we could reschedule.
A couple weeks after the fluid had been replaced along with the filters the car had developed an issue where it could hardly move when started cold but would drive normally once warmed up. Thinking the transmission was now toast and trusting the work performed at the dealership and being out of funds we decided to park the car for almost a year until we could deal with it. Come a month ago since my wife was now going back to work after her maternity leave we were ready to decide to take the loss and purchase another used car. I then decided to have a look for myself. Upon inspection after dropping the transmission pan the pan filter dropped down at the same time as removing the pan instead of being firmly inserted as it should. I proceeded by trying to resit the filter inside the transmission but despite my best efforts it would not hold. Carefully prying the seal out and re-inserting would not make any difference. I then decided to call around Ford dealerships to find an OEM Motorcraft pan filter as an online search for these particular cars recommended to do so. I purchased one and to my surprise the defective filter did not match the Motorcraft one. It did not have any of the part numbers which the true OEM filter had and differed in built and color. It clearly also was of an inferior build compared to the OEM one where the plastic was thicker and felt a little heavier. Upon re-insertion after lubricating the new seal it was clear the filter had a much tighter and firmer hold to it and did not just drop once inserted. It took great effort to remove it as well once inserted versus the other one.
This is upsetting as I choose to go to a Ford dealership as I trust the parts to be OEM and trust the work accomplished. I was not informed that the filter used would be of lower quality for any given reason. I trusted the parts from a Ford dealership to be OEM hence why I chose to have my service done at a dealership.
I have tried to contact the service manager at several occasions now and they simply do not care as they have not replied to any of my inquiries. I find the level of service completely unacceptable and the outrageous that very common parts such as a transmission filter was not OEM or even ordered ahead before the service for that matter. Because of this we parked the car for nearly a year. Completely unacceptable.
Helpful staff and fair prices
On September 2015 we went to see a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe on their website and the mileage on the add displayed 117,000 km. And when we got there it was 122,000 km. Any how we ended up purchasing the vehicle and they suggested we get the extra warranty and the extra insurance in case something would happen to me. The list price of the Tahoe was $27,000 and after the total of everything (extra warranty and insurance + rustproofing (little box with flashing lights) and taxes it would go over $50,000. When I picked up the vehicle I started looking at the vehicle and it looks like the Tahoe had lots of body work done on it since you could still see some white paint under both rear windows and some white paint on the rear light assembly. Both front fenders had some damage on each side and the front of the car was repainted also. The hood was redone and it had still some cheap paint that was pealing at the top of the hood. After 4 months of ownership the paint in front of the Chevrolet Tahoe was pealing off at 4 places. My 50K Chevrolet Tahoe looks like crap. The paint that was used on my Chevrolet Tahoe was cheap and it was like pealing like it was some gum. If you pull on the paint it would stretch and more would come off.. So I contacted the Service Manager of Embrun Ford and he told me that my 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe GM Warranty has expired.. I even explained to him that my Chevrolet Tahoe had some body work done on it and that the paint was not original. He didn't seem to care. His reply was "there is nothing that he can do". This is the last time that I ever step my foot in there.. On top of that my driver's side door plastic trim was broken when I purchased the Chevrolet Tahoe. The cost of the replacement part from GM is $700.00.
I have 2014 Ford Focus ST and I drive all the way in Kanata to get it service and I live like 10 minutes away from Embrun Ford..

We had a good buying experience, but totally frustrating service experience. They didn't even start the work needed and we ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere.
Great place to buy vehicle. Horrible place to get service. They have lied about time to look at problem for two days and four calls later after two days they say they are busy. Go ahead...buy the service package and extended warranty. Just be ready for an EXTENDED wait. Last time I buy here. Go somewhere else.
