While driving from Niagara to Orillia, my wheel started to make a loud noise. I was going to schedule a repair after returning home to Niagara. My daughter who lives in Orillia was concerned and called the Subaru of Orillia and explained the situation. The service department felt that the wheel noise should be corrected prior to my returning home.

The service department was able to find an opening and the problem was resolved the next day.

The service department made the extra effort to help me.

Terrible experience. They outright refused to repair a defective dealer-installed part. Also, they would not honour their word and pay a small referral fee for sending a few customers their way. I was shocked to see this level of dishonesty from a dealership that used to have a good reputation. They won’t see me there again.

As an employee of Subaru of Orillia at the time I took their word for it. After 8 months they never took care of me and when I voiced my concern to management they fired me.. I knew dealerships are just for your money but this dealership is pretty much the worst. Everything they promised they lied about. At the document signing they even removed the loyalty discount which any dealership has to honor not just them. Very arrogant and acted like they are always right.

I used to drive a Jeep and briefly a Honda. 2 years ago I purchased a used 2010 Impreza and it has been such a pleasure to drive, definitely my favorite car. At the same time my parents purchased a brand new Legacy. The love their car and my mom always says it’s so much fun to drive. While purchasing our cars every one at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, 2 years later it’s the exact same vibe. In the 2 years minor mistakes were made but we are all human so it happens, when telling them they would always apologize and fix it right away. Although having had a poor experience at Subaru of of Orillia in 2016, since I decided to give them another chance, I cannot give anything but amazing reviews with my recent experiences. Mark and his team of staff have gone beyond my expectation to treat me with respect and make me feel like part of the Subaru family. Beverley is a ray of sunshine at the front desk, always greeting me with a huge smile and great conversation during my service. Eugene is an exceptional communicator, always keeps me up to date with my service needs. Teddy is my go-to sales guy and is always up for a good chat and a laugh.

I struggled for years with an oil consumption problem in my 2011 Forester. I consistently had to top up 2-4L of oil in between oil changes. Subaru of Orillia applied for a warranty claim and got the work done. I have not had one issue since getting the fix and couldn’t be happier!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Besides the issues to my car I was constantly promised things that didn't happen (like being promised a loaner car on one day and not getting it until 3 days later). After getting my car back it has issues it didn't have before as well as damage to my $350 snowboard bindings and after calling to get this fixed they told me to book an appointment for more money than the thousands already spent (I didn't even bring up the bindings because if past experience has taught me anything they do not care). If you're going to buy a Subaru car (which I'm not even close to recommending) don't even think about taking it here. Absolutely terrible.

Don't buy a car here! I brought a brand new 2018 Subaru from here and the car came with scratches on it and a few small dents on it. They admitted it was their fault and would only offer one free oil change. Also they added charges and fee to the bill that I didn't want or ask for and when I brought that to their attention they apologized and said they would remove them I was like okay but they never did. Update I had to report this dealership to the OMVIC as they added chargers and a warranty to my bill even in the contract you have 30 days to cancel and they wouldn't honour their own contract I got the charges revised in the end but just let that be a lesson to you make sure your dealer doesn't try and add stuff to your bill

When we first approached Mike last year, he gave us unselfish advice and recommended we not trade in our vehicle at that time. He did this knowing he might lose a sale. However, as soon as our lease was due with our Honda, we returned to Mike. He spent a lot of time going over different options and finally helped us find a 2013 Impreza that's ideal for our needs.

I have been dealing with Mr. Davenport for 19 years and have little to complain about. As for honesty in business... Mike and his staff are angels !!! I have never been made to feel uncomfortable or intimidated by his sales staff....I have been dealing with Mr. Brad Benson for sales for a while now and he has been very patient with my questions and any silly concerns I may have ! The Service department has never tried to sell me repairs or parts that were not needed. Myself I feel this dealership does offer a family atmosphere.
