This dealership doesn’t have any sympathy for clients who do not live in town. This is my third time here in months. I do not live in Regina so every time I have had issues with my almost new 2019 Jeep Cherokee I am forced to drop my car off and wait.I bought the car from a dealership. First problem it’s the issues the vehicle has. I have been in for a filter that sounded like and air fan for no reason. Second problem I have been here twice with electronics issues saying my tires were low when they were full. Now I am here for my second time where the cars visual display for music heat, car warmer, phone is out with lines one the screen. When I brought the car in last time the second I got here dropped the car off and 20 mins later someone came to tell me there was no issue and the display was on. I showed up today all 1120 and was informed they would not be able to look at it until after lunch? Which starts at noon? Why would a dealership put all there staff on lunch at the same time? Is your job more valuable then me missing work?
Customer service is to be desired. They have no issues wasting hours of my day with several trips to the dealership to never actually fix the problem. I wish I didn’t buy this car so I wouldn’t be obligated to come back here as it better be under warranty as I have had the brand new car just over a year.
Beware of service department although they may fix your car they will not care about you or your time. I write this as I am expected to wait here at least two hours plus.

Terrible Experience!! I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport, Paid in full with cash. They sold it with the Sway Bar & Sway Bar links broken along with Two O2 Sensors. I was driving on my way home and the Vehicle will literally Throw you into Oncoming traffic, and almost rolled it the day I bought it along with my kids in the SUV. I CALLED ONE OF THE MANAGERS. He said to book it into my Local Ford dealership to get checked out, To see what’s wrong with it. He also said that they would cover the bill and pay for it to get fixed. So I took it into Ford, Now I’m left with an EXPENSIVE BILL. I called to get ahold of them to tell them what was wrong and how much it’ll cost to fix it, No Response! I left a message to call me back along with my Name, number & still No Response!! I’d Rate this Half a star, not even 1 star. Horrible experience.
I traded in my vehicle as a part of their "Cash for Clunkers" promotion a few months ago and it was a great experience overall! I wanted to drive the vehicle for a few months before writing a review and can happily say I have had no issues and have been loving my new car ever since! The whole staff was amazing however I had the pleasure of doing business with Brodie in my time and he was amazing! He was super helpful in helping chose the right vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with! Overall a super pleasant and low stress process, couldn't recommend a better place or person to buy a vehicle from!

Not happy at all. Purchased a 2500 from them with air suspension. I didn't like the air suspensions because of what I've heard about them. I expressed my concerns to the sales guy and managers. I was told they made some changes, its a sealed nitrogen system now and the compressor is now in the cab away from the elements. 18 months / 70,000 kms in and the compressor is dead. Got a $3200 quote from them. Basically cost of owning a 2500 every 18 months is $3200. This is a ongoing issue with Dodge air suspension, not sure why its not covered under more warranty and why customers are given wrong information. Not impressed at all !!!!

Recently bought a used ram from the staff at Crestview. The in person experience was great. Steve made sure I was able to get into my truck without any issues! After all was said and done, I had taken my new wheels home! Than the bad had come, I had found that the front inserts in the bumper were loose and not snapped in all the way, and the fog lights were loose. I didn’t notice the fog lights until needing them in the night time, and had to shut them off due to the flickering,I called the dealership and they had said there was nothing they could do on their end and I would have to be booked in through service and pay for the repairs, and tried calling the sales manager to get this issue resolved, I was sluffed off and told I would be called back…without a call back after two weeks, I am beyond frustrated…than after the first week, my first payment was to go through….and nothing, the second week, I was starting to get calls about my payment not going through, which through no error of my own, hasn’t. So now my payments will be back to back to back. After trying to reach out to the finance team, without success, I am beyond frustrated. Overall, the experience was sub par. And as of right now, probably will not recommend Crestview as a dealer for Ram products.

Bought a used truck from them. It broke past warranty and I called them and they were excellent. We came up with a deal when they could of just left me hanging so I'm very glad I went with Crestview.
If your from out of town ....run don't walk from these guys . They sent me a email of a truck in my price range , I called their number their salesman left me and it was out of service, called his personal number and he never got back and never responded to my email . I called the main office first thing in morning and they sold the truck from under me ...no personal service or consideration of anyone's time ...the salesmen Abe didn't was even late the next day . He called me at noon . What a joke . I was warned by others that they do this to out of towners. I tried to reach the manager but no luck their either lol...go figure. My suggestion is to just stick to buying local and stay away from the snake oil dealers

They will show you truck at a good deal for 18000 but then tell you its the wrong truck its actually 54000 and only 1500 for your trade in Terrible wouldn't recommend these slezz balls what a way to waste a day off (update) they called and said sorry won't happen again...great no offers no deals not even a pen can one leave zero stars damn🤣

I have never ever ever had such a bad experience with any business ever in my entire life, like I have Crestview Chrysler. Every department is a complete disaster. Their service department screwed me over and cost be hundreds, their auto body didn't calibrate my new windshield, and that's illegal and cost me time and money. Their sales department consistently called me from the day I bought the car to try and buy it back. Then when I tried to sell it to them I booked an appraisal, they gave me a number, and when I went to take it in they didn't even do the damn appraisal at my appointment, that number was all of a sudden 1000 lower. More time and money just to get rid of these goofs.On top of all that, they call me today to ask how my vehicle is treating me, and I tell them I just sold it to them and the hang up on me. I am disgusted with their lack of ability to do anything properly and so happy I never ever have to deal with them again. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

When my van was in for repair I was given a Dodge Journey as a loaner. Loved the car as it had AWD and my van didn't. When I went to pick up my van I ask if it would be possible to get a trade in value while I was there. They took me right away and Brent Wright was very helpful in showing me Journeys that were used but in great shape and within my budget. He was very courteous, professional and accommodating. The next thing I know I'm driving home in a new car. I absolutely love the car with so many new features that I had never had before but Brent took the time to show me how everything worked, even got my bluetooth set up.

I purchased a used 2017 truck from Crestview Chrysler after owning it for 8 days I discovered the front end of the truck needed major repair and was sold to me in a condition that was not safe to drive. A separate dealership handled the warranty work on the truck. I do not recommend anyone take there business to Crestview Chrysler. They say there vehicles have been through inspection but to miss something this major should not have happened. The staff at Crestview Chrysler cleaned their hands of it when I informed them of the issue.
Hoping to get service appointment, tried email and left voicemail, they never replied back or phone back. Been a client to them since 2015. Giving them a chance to step up their game or a loyal client like me will just go to other dealership next time.
I just traded in my Jeep for a newer model with Crestview dealership and let me just say that they went above and beyond to make sure I find the car that meets my needs at the right price for me. I was treated well and all the employers I came in contact with were very kind and courteous. They are very professional and reliable and they have great prices and delaes that make it worth your while. They are very respected and upfront about everything and most importantly, they will do everything they can to make sure you leave with a smile and a satisfied heart and mind. Recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Rubicon from them. Cam was our sales rep and he was absolutely amazing. We live about 3 hours away and he was able to set things up via the phone and then when we got there it was so quick and easy. I have purchased many vehicles and NEVER have I seen it so seamless, smooth and quick!

I bought a brand new truck from here a couple years ago. The sales team was great to deal with. The service department on the other hand is an absolute joke. This is the second time I've tried making appointment to get my truck in to have some recalls fixed. I'm from out of town (250km away) and I cant even get through to speak with anyone. Last time I sat in Regina all day and they never got my vehicle in, had to spend the night to get it fixed up the following day. This time is no better, today is Wednesday and I've made 4 calls since Monday and everytime I leave a message with my name and number. Still haven't got a call back! Its been 3 days! Cant wait to trade this truck in and go somewhere else. I will never do business at Crestview Chrysler Regina again. Customer Service...Doesn't exist.

He of course has to look after himself and the Dealership, but I felt he was really working hard for us as well. My wife and I were treated honestly and fairly. I called in near mid-afternoon about my driver's side window not being able to close. It was all loose within the door and likely came off its track. Being that it was one of those -30 days, in February. I was concerned about leaving it all night and into the next day. I talked to Kevin about it over the phone. He said that they were completely booked but, that I could bring it in. He'd see what he could do. When I arrived there, I was waiting to speak to him. He was on the phone, running off to the service bays, coming back and talking to other advisers and round and round. It was obviously quite a busy day for them. Finally, when he got to me, he sat down, put his hands together and looked me straight in the eye. "Now. What can I do for you?" Is what he said, giving me his full attention. I thought that was amazing, as I can not think of any other time in the service industry, where someone does that anymore. He remembered my call and said that "Yes. We will get it done for you one way or the other. If it has to stay overnight, I'll make sure that it stays inside the shop here. We don't want it outside with the window open." Within a couple hours, Kevin had called me back. It was all fixed, they had changed the part. No charge. It's under warranty. Incredible service! Thank you so much.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Grand Caravan from Crestview. I initially placed a call and spoke to Bruce, we talked about the van I wanted and he said he'd get back to me shortly. The van that I wanted had pretty specific requirements so some searching was required. I e-mailed Bruce what I was after and subsequently got a call from his manager Cody Wood. Cody worked with me to find a van with what we wanted, and after an extensive search and many phone calls and e-mails between us he came up with the goods. He actually came up with a better option that what I was after, plus it's a brand new 2013, not a 2012 as I originally requested. He even had one of his people drive to another dealership in the province to pick it up for us. We also got an excellent trade in price for our 2009 vehicle (alot better than what some of the other dealers were offering). My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about how we were treated from start to finish. The service was great, the price was great and we never felt pressured throughout the entire process (we talked to another dealer in town for comparison before purchasing from Cody and the feeling of pressure from them was terrible). Cody and the team at Crestview did an excellent job, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle. Over the years I have bought ... new cars, used trucks, private sales, dealership sales and off used car lots. I have owned over 20 vehicles in the last 30 years and I have to say .... FINALLY!!!! Finally someone's got it right! I am so sick and tired of dealing with crooks and incompetents and that's pretty much what is expected anymore (sad). So I walked into Crestview with the same expectation and a little defensive, only to be treated to the best service, fairness and honesty, I have experienced in all my years.
