This dealership is less than stellar with communication. They don’t seem to care if you do business with them or not. Will definitely not go the extra mile for you.

Truly awful experience trying to buy a vehicle here. Placed an order almost 12 months ago, and they literally just don't respond to emails and very rarely to phone calls.Even pulling in management to try and get some action proved to be useless, as they were just as inept at basic customer service as their sales reps.
This isn't even about the fact they didn't have the vehicle ready, which is another issue altogether. They just weren't responding to anything. For months on end. After countless attempts at outreach.
Just very frustrating to deal with all around, and would highly recommend to take your business somewhere else where customers aren't ignored.

We had an emergency with our door on our F150 driving past the dealership on the highway. 2 previous service centres including a ford dealership in London said it was fine - 10 minutes on the highway and it sounded and looked like our door was going to fly off. We pulled in to Cotrac, and in 10 seconds the service person knew what the real problem was, did an amazing temporary fix so we could continue on our trip, and told us what to do next to solve the issue permanently at a body shop. Truly saved the day!! Our Ford Edge needs to be replaced soon, and this is now the first place we’ll go to look for another. Thank you!!
Terrible service couldn't help us out after we stoped in to get an issue fixed preventing us from driving home which was an hour away. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody.

Tonight i dropped in 1 hr before closing o ask a mechanic to help put our window up in the car manually some how. Tom came out and fiddled with the button and rocked the window and got it raised up. We were so pleased. Thanks again co trac and tom for your wonderful service!

On July 11th I booked a service online to have timing chain replaced on my F150. I received the reply that it was sent successful and would be contacted. On 2 previous bookings I was not contacted, however appointment was confirmed when I called in to check. For that reason I assumed this was normal procedure and assumed I would have a service appointment. As per in the past I called today to confirm service appointment only to find out that for some reason, this time my request was overlooked and neither appointment was booked nor did anyone contact me to let me know this or offer an alternative. This is very disappointing to say the least. I had booked holidays for the week to ensure I had the time to have my vehicle repaired. I now have to look for another place for timing chain replacement as well as future service.

I have bought my vehicles from Glenn since 2000. I made the mistake once of getting my vehicle at another dealership and regretted the decision. Honesty and service. I live in Windsor and still make the trip.

Will preface my review by saying that I dont have the truck yet.... but Susan with Cotrac was absolutely amazing to work with! It was nice to go into a car dealership and not be harassed about not needing something because the men who shop their "dont even need that" she gave me excatly what I asked for, gave some advice when asked it was really refreshing! I am quite happy with my experience there, can honestly say it was nothing like any of other dealerships ive been to!
Hopefully the rest of the experience is the same, but was so excitied with being treated well at a dealership I thought I would post!

Fuel pump went on my F-150 right when I had dogs, groceries & lumber in the back. Luckily I was very close to Cotrac. I walked over & the service manager gave me wiring diagrams & direction so I could try & sort it out myself. I diagnosed the fuel pump, but I was in no position to do it on the side of the road. They towed it over for me & even let me find my own fuel pump for it to save some money. The price when all was said & done was great! The service couldn't have been better! I brought my car to Cotrac to get an oil change and get its recall repairs done back in July. I bought the car in June from a used car dealer and the check engine light came on the same day. After screwing around for a month with them and their sketchy shop, I took it to Cotrac and they got it all fixed. Turns out one of the recalled parts was causing the CEL! I had tried reaching out to Highbury Ford and Oakridge Ford in London but neither dealer seemed interested in taking care of this for me but Cotrac got back right away and even gave me a loaner for the day so I could get back to London for work! I've since been making the drive to get my servicing done and I recommend making the drive if you're in London and need a good Ford dealer to go to!

My air suspension went out and Cotrac had the part (which was a pretty obscure part that most places wouldn't tend to stock), and were able to get it installed the same day to make the car drivable once more!

Never had problems here. Repairs are usually fast and efficient. And I like buying vehicles here.
Still waiting for the salesperson to call me back. It's been over two months. I purchased elsewhere. My opinion is if they cant call you back before a purchase then they wont call you when you have a problem.

I could have gone to CourtesyFord which is literally 8 minutes away for my warranty service. However they never seem to have time or patience on the phone. So I drove it 40mins to Cotrac to get my services done. Fast and efficient. Nice little sitting area and small town vibe.
