Great experience at Carle Ford purchasing a F250. Salesperson Jean-Francois and Frederic in finance, both very easy to get along with. Always kept me informed during the whole process. Very relaxed and no pressure environment. Will recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I wanted to trade in our Chevy before the next payment for it went through so we stopped here since we were in town for a vet visit anyways.
Everyone was friendly, and very accommodating of our time limit. We are very pleased with our purchase and the customer service.
It's always a scary thing to go to a car dealer since it's common knowledge that they can be scammy.
But our experience was the exception and they left us feeling at ease and happy we chose this location.
They spoke mostly french and that wasn't a problem since my husband does as well, but I am sure they would happily find someone to communicate in english.
It was easy to get this location, there wasn't a lot of parking, but there was a few spots.
Highly recommend.
Also, we love our new used truck! If you're looking for a great truck, Ford has really stepped up in the last 5 years.

Was the first time dealing with this dealership and service team. Great service and kept informed of findings and issues as the day went by. Very satisfied with the experience.
I've been dealing with Carle Ford for about 6 years (2 new vehicles and all subsequent service) and have always had a great experience.
However my last visit for an oil change and recall didn't go so well.
During the recall procedure, the service staff damaged a window on my truck, and as a result the window needed to be replaced.
The Service Department was very apologetic and said they would replace it free of charge...unfortunately it took 6 days to get my truck back.
When I did pick it up, there was a charge that I questioned. And only after pressing the Service Agent, and actually showing him (and the Service Manager) that the work was not done, was my invoice fixed.
In my case, they charged me $45 for an air filter, even though it was not changed. I decided to check the air filter before leaving the dealership and saw that my original 3 month old Fram air filter was still there.
Although they corrected my bill, a customer should not have to "check & verify" that the work being charged for was actually performed; at least I never had to before. I guess now I will have to check future work until I feel comfortable with them again.
Terrible customer service. Receptionist is very abrasive.
This is our second truck from Carle Ford. Best Ford dealer in the Ottawa-Gatineau area for prices and customer service. Ask for J-F, that guy always goes the extra mile for you.
With today's vehicles being more and more complex, I only trust the dealership's technician to do any work on my SUV. Fast and friendly service.

Received the greatest service while going through the truck buying process. Mathieu, Gabriel, Hugues and Guillaume were absolutely amazing. Prices cannot be beat. Could not be more grateful and appreciative for all their help.
We arranged to test drive a used vehicle. Although the dealer was in Buckingham (a 45 minute drive for us), it looked to be a worthwhile endeavour. Drove to the dealership to meet with Francis and were told that the vehicle had been sold an hour before we were scheduled to test drive it. He then indicated that he tried calling us but got a message saying the number was not in service. When we checked the number he had called on his cell it was clear that, athough they had the correct number on file, he had entered it incorrectly. That was it! He said ‘sorry’ and we were sent on our way. Vehicles sell, there is nothing one can do about that - other than calling people and making sure you show them some degree of respect.
This missed connection could have been easily resolved by CHECKING the number and calling a SECOND time to make sure that a potential customer did not waste their time travelling to the dealership. Not sure whether the final takeaway is to be careful because this dealer does not know how to dial phone numbers properly, or whether it is that this company does not value other peoples time. Either way, unless you live nearby I would suggest looking for a dealership that values your time.

Honest and fair dealership and a fantastic buying experience. They met all of my needs and were very reasonably with the price and the equipment they installed in my vehicle. The customer service was also really great, they were friendly and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase (no pushy salesmen like a lot of other dealerships). They helped me get the best financing possible, they installed all of the equipment I needed for the vehicle at a very reasonable price and they detailed the truck perfectly before I came to pick it up. They took care of everything and made the experience very pleasant and stress free.

I have been driving Ford SUVs for over 30 years and I never had a better experience in buying a new car! And...it was all done from a 4-hour distance! Mathieu Carle was beyond patient with me as we went through the process (including my trade) via text, email and phone calls - over a few weeks. No other Ford dealer in the province could deliver the satisfaction I was looking for. I'll be a Carle Ford customer for life!
Just tried booking an appointment to service my F150, 2018, the issue, I'm not from Buckingham and require a loaner / vehicle to get back home. I was told that the loaners / vehicles are only for clients that have purchased their vehicle at Carle. Not impressed.

Vehicle went into limp mode during a little family vacation. We were able to bring it in to Carle Ford despite being from out of town, and be on our way within 2 hours!! We have little children so the immediate service and fix was great. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about the place. A+++
Originally my rating was 5 stars but all good things come to an end I guess... I went for an oil change, tire change (already on rims) and to have the clutch changed on my automatic focus 2014 because of a production default on that model and year. I brought it in the morning around 9:30am and I was told that It might take more than a day to complete the job because the clutch takes around 4-5hours to change. I was ok with that. I get a call the next day around 1:00pm and I was told that my car was ready and that the oil, tires and wipers were changed... So what about the clutch? They had none in stock so they had to order one and I would need to bring my car back for another 2 days in about 2 weeks... So why did they keep my car for 2 days if the clutch wasn't changed!!!!???? Does it really take that long to change tires that are already on rims and change the oil??!... On top of that, I'm informed that my defective clutch warranty is about to expire because it's been almost 5 years... That's funny because Ford Canada told me that it was covered for 10 years!!! Anyways, It's Friday, I'm told that I can go get my car after work because they close at 9:00PM (I work until 7:00PM). I work in Hull and I had to bother my sister who has a baby to take care and ask her if she could come pick me up at work and bring me to Carle Ford in Buckingham... I get there and what do you know, It's closed... It closed at 6:00PM. So I wasted time, money and now more time because I had to write this long as* review... It's for reasons like this that I left Mont-Bleu Ford for Carle Ford in the first place... Now I realise it's really just Ford in general that's SH*T. Look up my name in your system and call me if you'd like a chance to buy back that 5 stars rating but for now all I can say to everyone. Don't EVER buy a Ford! Expecially not from Mont-Bleu Ford and Carle Ford! YOU WILL REGRET EVERY PENNY! Oh and by the way, I was "gifted" with a 500$ coupon from Ford Canada because I had called them to complain about this sh*t car and service. That was almost 2 years ago, never got it... I've been fighting until now to try and retrieve it but all I get for an answer is "it was sent to you, there's nothing we can do"... I'm done!

Talk about next level VIP service! This is what these guys provide. I have purchased dozens of cars from all makes and this has been by far the best buying experience I have ever had in a dealership. The entire team at Carle are extremely professional and friendly. I live in Ontario and was trying to find a Ford Focus Electric all over Canada. They were going to receive one in about a week. We made the entire deal over the phone/emails and was super straightforward and easy to deal with. Less than 2 weeks later (earlier than originally promised) I was taking a Via Rail train to go pick up the car. It was an awesome experience and next time I am in the market for a another car, these guys will be my first choice. Totally recommended! These guys know their business and treat customers extremely well.

This is a transferable feature we very much liked and the Carle salesman was very up on. However, the dealer failed to tell us there was a transfer fee and no mention of the paperwork required for the transfer to take place. We found this out at our local Ford dealer. In fact, I asked the Carle salesman about it and he said there would be no problem. (There's more..)
Also, I asked them to give the truck a good cleaning inside. Carpets and seats had only a fast vacuum and a deodorizer spray.
Also, they conveniently kept forgetting about other negotiated items that I had to remind them of delaying delivery.
Also, communications between departments was bad. No one talks to each other. Transfer of information was a problem. English was a challenge.
Know exactly what you want and have everything written down. Everything! Their casualness...and yes, friendliness may seem nice but this is business.
And never trust one line friends and relatives reviews...of anything.
