I just purchased a new 2014 Golf Wagon 2.5L Wolfsburg . Cris was very helpful and honest when it came to cars we looked at. We test drove a used TDI which had been in a couple of accidents. At the time of the test drive Cris had no knowledge of it having been in accidents, but when he looked up the cars history he said I'm not going to sell you this car. It was the first time I had ever had a dealer say anything like that to me. I appreciated his honesty and he gave me a great deal on the new car I did buy because he threw in a lot of the extras that I wanted. I would absolutely refer people to YorkDale VW in Toronto, and tell them to ask for Cris Patino.

I recently went to Yorkdale Volkswagen to purchase a new car. I originally made my inquiry through their website and I was instantly reached out to by Vanessa in sales. Vanessa was very thorough in her knowledge of the vehicle and I was able to set up an appointment for a test drive on the following day. There were some very helpful staff at this dealership. I was upfront about me being undecided and not wanting to make a decision the day that I visited. They respected that. Vanessa was really patient and did a great job setting up some test drives and walking me through various car options and payment options.

I went to Mazda first and felt really uncomfortable. Salesman was being really pushy and awkward. I wanted to leave but they wouldn't give me back my license. I had to get mad for the guy to give me back my license. Then I checked out Volkswagen Yorkdale because a friend suggested I go. Right away I knew this was going to be a completely different experience. Marcelo greeted me, and patiently worked with me to find something I would be happy with. I originally wanted a Golf but Marcelo showed me that the Jetta would be a better option for what I was looking for. Picked it up yesterday and I can't get enough positive comments. I would definitely be interested in purchasing another vehicle from Yorkdale Volkswagen in the future. Thank you !

Picked up my new Beetle today and I was so impressed with the service at Yorkdale Volkswagen, especially Biko Edmund! He was fantastic. Set up my new car beautifully in private room with a big red bow on it. He took pictures and emailed them to me afterwards. He even went as far as to personally shine all the wheels to a mirror finish - talk about going above and beyond!!! Just picked up a new 2015 GTI yesterday as a replacement for my 2011 which was stolen. Emilio and Giovanny were great. I was able to put a down payment on the car contingent on my stolen vehicle not being found, which mean that when the 30 day waiting period was up, everything was ready to go.
I've consistently been impressed with the sales and service at Yorkdale VW.

We just drove off the lot in a new GTI. Emilio was an exceptional salesperson, very transparent and more than willing to show us all the features in the car. Even went so far as to contact our insurance company when they somehow couldn't figure out how to provide confirmation of insurance. Jonathan in financial services was also great. All around great experience, highly recommended.
Last week I walked into the dealership to test drive the 2014 Tiguan. I had the most amazing experience. Emilio was so passionate not only about VW but also about the Tiguan. He answered every question and was absolutely correct in saying that every other car we would test drive wouldn't compare. Without fail, we ordered the car and I am LOVING it.
