It’s really bad place go to do service your vehicles. They don’t have a knowledge to how to fix your vehicle. I had very bad service from them and I lost $3800 for nothing to fix. which is I took my vehicle to fix oil burning. When I bring I told them but they say no but after few test and I lost my money $3800 they say it’s burning oil too much but that’s I told them earlier they say no until they took my money $3800. These place are cheaters and if u go there for service u will lost your money for nothing to fix it. So please don’t go this place to service your vehicle. Very very bad service.

I bought a VW Tiguan in 2018 from this dealership and had some engine issues with the car. Because the issues happened while I was driving out-of-country on a trip to the US, this dealership went out of their way to help me navigate the VW Customer Service maze to get the issues resolved. Afterwards, I decided to work with the sales manager here, Slav, to exchange my car for a new 2020 Tiguan R-Line (pictured) in the middle of my current lease. It’s a great car – drives very well and competitively excellent value for money. We’ve had a long history with this dealership, going back 15 years of leasing cars (beginning with a Golf) and I have always used their service centre – never had problems there. The French Vanilla from their coffee machine rocks too!
I had a great experience getting my new 2019 Jetta at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto! Jordan was great and very responsive. He explained everything clearly to me and was very patient with my family and I as we looked at our options and then made our decision.
During my search for a new car, I visited many dealerships and didn't get as good service as I did at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. I feel like when they saw a woman, they didn't me seriously, and if I returned with a male relative, I was completely ignored in the interaction. Dealt with Manuel through my purchasing of a 2019 Jetta. He was genuine, down to earth & very easy to deal with. The thing I love about this dealership, is that everything from the people, the cars and the coffee machine is top notch.

They don’t sign the deal and wash their hands of it either. They prepare the car beautifully before you leave, and make sure to take you for a tour of the car before you drive off the lot.

The customer service at this location was impeccable. Sally, the VW Brand Specialist was especially helpful in outlining our different vehicle, pricing and payment options. She used clear and plain language to explain all of our options and gave us the best advice we could ask for. She was patient, and she gaged and responded to our needs appropriately. I would highly recommend her services. Danielle, the Financial Services Manager, was also very accommodating and explained well our options, leaving us the room we required to make appropriate decisions.

The dealership is beautiful and in a good location to go for a test drive, as it has access to large roads in Scarborough and the highway. I based my decision to go to this dealership based on the fact it had a used car I was interested in and the great google reviews. Unfortunately, I think I ended up with a sales representative that isn’t overly motivated to sell cars. If I lived closer I’d go back, and ask for a new representative, but based on my interaction it isn’t worth the additional distance given that I have two or three VW dealers that are much closer. The sales rep didn't answer basic questions and when asked to provide options on a new vehicle he didn't bother sending anything. Anyway, happy motoring!

Our sales rep, Jordan, did an outstanding job in accommodating to our needs and pricing expectations for our brand new Atlas. The product knowledge was excellent and everything which we requested was attended to. We also really appreciated the staff's flexibility of staying late for us on more than one occasion. We're very happy with the services provided by Steve Jo. He was very helpful and patient with our nermous requests and questions. The business manager Angus Chen took his time and explained all we needed to know about warranty to ensure we have a clear understanding. Great job by both, however, the area we think most needed for improvement is the detailing area. We've found several places needed to redo and re cleaned which is somewhat disappointing to me when I went to pick up my brand new vehicle.
Lastly, our overall experience with this dealership is good and would definitely recommend to others.

As you can tell I rarely take time to write reviews. However purchasing a car can be either an amazing experience or a total nightmare!!! Hopefully this review will help would be automotive buyers select a dealership that will make them feel informed, empowered and comfortable with their big purchase decision.
I test drove and bought my 2012 Black Turbo Beetle yesterday at this dealership. I had seen that the ad on Auto Trader was put up that same morning. After searching for this car for a few weeks, I realized that the selection was quite limited in Canada. So I decided to check it out before this opportunity passed me by.
Walking into the dealership I got a professional vibe from all the employees. People were smiling and it seemed like a stress-free environment. I had the pleasure of having Tian show me the vehicle. He did disclose up front that he was not too familiar with the Beetles but wrote down all my questions and I got them answered after the test drive, after he consulted with other employees.
The car proof information was given to me and he took his time to show me all the cool features of the car, as this is my first VW. The negotiation for the price was stress-free and I never felt like I was pressured to make a purchase.
Once I bought the car I was given a congratulatory handshake from the General Manager who came up to me, believe it or not this never happened to me when I purchased previous vehicles.
I spoke to Carlene from Financing and she broke down all the numbers for me and took her time explaining all the added on extras for my car that was optional. Again I never felt pressured to purchase anything as she was courteous and professional.
Overall I am impressed with my decision to purchase my Beetle from this dealership. Everyone from the clerks at the front desk, whom I forgot their names...sorry, have been awesome.

Very good customer service! However, don't bring your car in if you have aftermarket parts installed. Even if it's aftermarket lights or aftermarket performance parts. by any chance, if you have issues with your vehicle after installing any sort of aftermarket part(s) they will blame the aftermarket part installed and not fix it. But still charge service/diagnose fee.
If you go aftermarket, just bring it in to a reputable VW/AUDI mechanics garage.
Save your money and energy. Spend the money where you'll get assistance regardless of stock or aftermarket parts.
