I was stranded due to issues with my 07 Jetta coming all the way from Edmonton to Sudbury...I needed some fastners for under my car and the parts dept was closed on Saturday but someone was there...he did come the door and asked if he could help me but told me they are closed...I told him my situation and he decided to help me get the things I needed. My wife and I recently purchased a used car from this dealership, and although it was far from the most expensive car on the lot, they treated us like royalty! In a time when customer service is increasingly difficult to find, this dealership actually excels at it. I appreciated the overall non-haggling vibe (although they will still work with you on your price) and the fact that the only cost on top of the sticker price is tax. They gave my wife flowers and we got a generous gift certificate for a nice meal. Oh, and I got my choice of a cool VW ball cap! 👍🏻 I'm not traditionally a VW guy, but I tell you what, all things being equal, I'd definitely give these guys my business again. Excellent dealership.

Extremely Helpful staff. I visited plenty of different dealerships and had horrible experiences. I went to VW for advice because my girlfriend purchased her car there and they were really helpful and best of all they were not pushy at all! I literally got to test drive the vehicle I purchased 2 mins into walking in the dealership. Lida took the time and resources to find me my car and she also gave me a good price for it. George was extremely funny and helped me out with getting the lowest interest I could imagine. Zach gave me great advice on rims and some customization I can look into. Overall an amazing experience. I asked for my vehicle to be tinted and they had it done in less than a day and I picked up my car a day after I signed all my papers. The gas was full and they gave me a cool water bottle and a hat from Volkswagen. They also gave my girlfriend flowers and both of us a gift card for dinner. All in all they took care of my needs and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am definitely coming back for my next vehicle here. Trust me you will not be disappointed in this dealership. If you are looking for a vehicle take sometime to give them a call or visit the dealership. I can assure you , you will not regret it.

Sales and Finance staff, along with the Owner, were friendly, honest, and more than willing to help with any concerns or issues in the "just looking" process. A welcome change from past experiences with other car dealers. After multiple visits and test drives, the staff's attitudes stayed the same, all the way through to the purchase process. Much better than the ones here in Ottawa. As a Lakehead student, I brought my car up here and was happy I did. Comparable to the Gatineau VW in service which won 'the' national vw award in 2006. Northern Ontario is friendlier! (and honest)
I brought my Jetta to Downtown Volkswagen to repair some start up problems and to perform some upgrades to prepare the vehicle for winter. Immediately when you walk into the dealer you feel respected and well taken care of. The receptionists are pleasant and prompt at attending to you, the technicians are friendly and carefully explain problems with the vehicle and the necessary work to be done, and their sales staff have a great sense of humor.
The dealership also has an ample supply of parts necessary for updates and for DIYers like myself who like to fix what they can on their vehicles.
I am the proud owner of a Volkswagen Jetta and have enjoyed driving the car for several thousand kilometers. I cannot express my satisfaction with the experience I had at the dealership. My experience with this dealership was refined and professional.
