My experience at Owen sound Volkswagen was not positive. I purchased my car at Orillia Volkswagen and brought it there for the first 4 years and was always very pleased with the experience. I ended up moving to Meaford and the closest location is Owen sound. I brought my car to the Owen sound location once and I will not bring it back. The service between the two locations is much different. If you want to pay $300 for an oil change then sure, bring it to Owen sound.

My experience was purely over the phone with someone here (sorry I forget the name), and it was the only VW dealer in the area that could answer a question about my VW. I have never been here in person before, but the detailed, candid response that had my best interest at heart would certainly make me come here in the future for any needs.

It was really worth getting my Tiguan serviced at Owen Sound Volkswagen instead of my local big box or lube shop last week. It might have taken a little longer, but Nick's guys found a nail in my tire, told me about the 30 point inspection and checked for recall software updates that I forgot about. Oh yah - and a complimentary car wash. Highly recommend the thorough attention!

I was out looking to buy a new vehicle today. Ready to buy but not sure exactly what I wanted. I spotted a vehicle in this dealership and just wanted to peek in the window quick to see if it was big enough for my boys. I asked if I could take a peek and the sales guy said “ I’m in the middle of something” which is fine… but I just wanted to look through the window. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Sorry I bothered you.
Most satisfying VW dealership I ever visited. Had engine light issue twice and they really understood my concern and fixed the issue second time for free of cost and give a genuine advise to avoid that issue in future.
We wanted to buy a new Volkwagen. I had several specific amenities I wanted. They were very helpful and patient. We test drove multiple models and Ryan was very knowledgeable about all of them and answered all our questions. They dealt with us fairly and patiently.
The service department is EXCELLENT! Jen and Ryan took great care of me and the quality of services are second to none. Communication was fast and clear, prices were in line with other shops, and workmanship was excellent! Highly recommend using their service department for your next repair.

I bought a unsafe car over a year ago and just finding out the amount of damage now that they did not disclose . When i purchase this car I expressed I wanted a safe car as I was expecting, now a year later traveling back and forth to doctor appointments ( that is a hour away) with my 8 month old , now finding out it could potentially be unsafe for us to drive.

Jen welcomed me before I had even opened the door, to take my keys and explain the COVID 19 protection system. My car was in the shop in no time and Wade came to explain what was needed. Work would take a while, but they gave me a loaner so that I did not have to sit around. My car was ready, on time, and washed.

Aside from charging people for services that were not done. the owner is very dishonest and rude. when asked for property to be returned that was left in one of his borrowed vehicle. he verbally abused me and my husband. we explained that there was property left in the trunk of the car was sentimental he made a lame excuse about how he couldn't open it. when he started yelling and swearing at us i called police. even the police were getting frustrated with his unreasonable behaviour. Do not deal with this place.

I witnessed the Owner yell and swear at a customer. He even stooped to petty insults. Very unprofessional. I will never visit this dealership again. However, Walkerton VW is quite pleasant to deal with. I will take my business there, as should anyone not wanting to be berated by an angry Owner.

Owner is super rude and abusive to customers. Spoke with another customer at the location who has also dealt with the same kind of customer service from him. They gave me a faulty rental and I was told to bring the rental back and they charged me $1800 for the repair. They refused to give me my vehicle until I paid for the damage. They also stole all of my property (including my grandmothers antique rings) that was in the rental car. Will be taking them to small claims court. When the owner was approached he verbally assaulted us- even going as low as to make comments about what I was wearing and my deceased Grandma. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as local media outlets.
Very friendly staff who bent over backwards to help us with a problem that we had on the road. When we receive the invoice how reasonable it was! Wade was very helpful and dealt with a problem promptly.
We had a great experience at Owen Sound Volkswagen, specifically with Kieffer. He was exceptional from the moment we entered the dealership. He offered a no pressure atmosphere and was very competent in his knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. He was so helpful as to remind us what needed to be done prior to picking up our vehicle, and made himself available for us to pick our new SUV up after work hours. The sales manager, Ryan , was also very friendly and provided a great customer experience. We will be recommending this dealership.

Ryan helped me through the whole process in a fun but informative way, answered all of my questions quickly and was extremely accommodating to my schedule.
