Luckily, the receptionist, service technician Shawn, and GM Leonard were friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. They went above and beyond to resolve all issues.

This has been my first experiencing purchasing at Volkswagen and to say it has been anything less than amazing would be a lie! I was in an accident in December which was the reason for the new vehicle. For anyone who has ever had to deal with insurance and loan payouts knows the struggle - but Kirk has made this entire process so much BETTER! Stopped in today because of a terrible noise coming from one of my wheels. Usually have service at a different dealer but was in Orangeville for work. I wasn't sure I was safe to keep driving. They looked at my vehicle right away. Turns out I had a loose wheel and this was a huge safety issue. Mechanic was great and I couldn't be more grateful for the prompt service and peace of mind I got from having this corrected.

Orangeville Volkswagen is nothing less than a 5 star experience. I was taken care beyond what I expected. its a well put together team. I was treated as family rather than a customer. Norm started off with a great intro towards the car, i went into see the car but they made me love the vw brand. Angie took care of the finances very well and explained me all my possible and profitable options, which were great. Len was a great manager and took care of any hurdles that could have arrived. I cant say enough about Matt. He was like a cherry on top of the cake. he truly spoiled me with his professionalism and knowledge and great interactive skills. I will always be looking for these fantastic people when I buy my next vw.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience dealing with Matt for the lease of my new Tiguan. I received excellent sales service from Orangeville VW. I was in the market for a VW Atlas, and they were quick to respond to an offer I made to them online. They met a very good price I came up with from research and were quick to start locating vehicles in my specs as they were rare to come by. I dealt largely with Norm and he was professional and prompt and would give firm numbers that some other dealerships were very dodgy on and gave me a good sense that he was straight forward in his dealings which can be hard to come by in a car dealership.
If you're looking to buy a car, call Tim! He's an honest salesman, which you don't come across very often. He does everything he possibly can to help you out. He's sold us two cars so far, and I'm sure there will be more to come. If he hasn't received an award, he sure does deserve one! Thanks Tim!
