Recently my boyfriend and I purchased a Volkswagen Atlas CrossSport and we are sooooo in love with the vehicle. It was a great decision to upgrade from his previous 2009 Jetta, which starting running into too many repairs and wouldn’t have worked out for our growing family. After a long search we decided to purchase the 2019 Golf. We dealt with many different dealerships on different makes and models but Patrick Hu at Mississauga Volkswagen was, by far, the most professional Sales rep that we encountered. The experience was straight forward and no hassles. We felt that Patrick was on our side. We really appreciated his time in explaining the features and benefits of the vehicle as it made the decision easier.

Patrick is the person to speak to here, he is very responsive to your inquiries and will work with you to get the car you want at a good price. I would give a 5 star rating, but the dealership forgot to pay the loan on our trade-in vehicle, so we ended up paying 2 additional installments on a car we traded-in and didn't own! They are working to fix this, I will update the review once resolved.

I wish i could give you negative stars. By far the worst dealership i have ever been to. How do you even keep any customers considering the fact that you lie over the phone just to get somebody to come look at a car. Such pieces of trash. The fact that your store is still in business is mind blowing. IF YOU ENJOY BEING LIED TO GO HERE AND IF YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR TIME AND WANT TO PISS AWAY MONEY GO TO MISSISAUGA VW.
Usually I don't write reviews but this experience pushed me over the edge. I damaged my lug nut key (actually VW uses bolts) when I was swapping my tires. The bolts themselves were still in good shape. So I called my regular VW dealership (not Mississauga VW) and they said that they have a master key that they can use to remove the bolts (one per tire) and the fact that it literally takes a couple of minutes, there would be no charge if I buy the new bolts from them (I did not need them to change the tires for me). However my regular dealership was pretty far from me so I drive into Mississauga VW. I had not been to Mississauga for a long time. Only problem was they wanted to charge $63.28 for labour plus the parts of course to remove 4 bolts and replace it with new ones in the parking lot. No need to hoist the car or anything. If my math is right, for a couple minutes of work, that works out to $1898/hr. I asked if they are charging me this because they got me by the you know what. The service manager (Deep) literally shrug his shoulders and said "it is what it is". So obviously I walked away and it was a good reminder why I stopped going to Mississauga VW long time ago.
Update: took the car the following week to my regular dealership (not Mississauga VW) and bought the 4 bolts for $8 and as promised they replaced them in no time - free of charge as promised. Shame on you Mississauga VW for wanting to charge me $2000/hr!
Let me start off saying that I took the time to come give this dealer good feed back when I bought my wife's 2014 VW Beetle. We are the type of customers that save, go in for the buy without wasting their time or ours. Thanks to the net, you can do your research way before heading in to buy.
My wife was on top of all that and knew what she wanted. We bought the car and I even got us a warranty till 2020 that we pay $$$ to have peace of mind.
Car had lots of stone hits on the hood and we know that if you don't take care of that in Toronto's weather, car will rust in no time. But because we spent so much buying the car and the protection plan we had nothing left to fix it (30 Grand). Took a couple of month for us to save again approach the dealer for a professional/factory repaint of the hood. You see where this is going? :(
After talk with the dealer we agree to drop the car for a week and they would factory paint the hood and put the protection cover on the hood as well. Whole thing cost $1600. Too Much? well we thought it was dealer prices and wanted the best look for the car. The dealer assured that us it will be done in house in their shop that is why the paint will look identical.
My wife loves the car so much and she is smart she took a picture of the milage on the day before dropping it. A week later we get a call from the dealer's manager David Nolan (AVOID AVOID)
We go in get the car and we are so happy the hood looks clean. Like before we don't weast anyone's time we drive off after paying $1600.
We stop at a local Tim Horton's in the area to take a better look at the hood and drink a coffee. My wife pulls up her cell phone joking saying they better have not drivin my car, and I'm like...nah they are professional....we paid a lot of money.
Our jaws drop to the ground seeing that they put 119KM on the car. We didn't know what to think at that point. Her car is Manual By the way so if you mess around driving it you're taking years off the life of the car for the transmission.
We contact David in an email and the LIES start pouring in. He said that the car got taken to a local bodyshop to be painted. That was a shocker to us because if we wanted a local bodyshop to work on it we could have paid half the price. We asked for more information and they gave us the name of the body shop in thornhill that on their site say we work on Toyota and BMW? go figure.
We were very upset and understood that we got taken advantage of. The deal was for a factory paint in the dealer. As we asked more David Nolan very ugly personality became more to the foreground of our conversation by trying to insult us saying we'll refund you $40 for the gas.
At the end we told him this will go up to corporate of VW and he basically laughed at us. A few weeks later I understand now why.
VW has a young guy that took the call who couldn't careless about U or me as a customer saying "VW is sorry but we can't do anything to the dealers, they operate at their own discretion" and he repeated this line time and time again just like a machine.
*So Lied to about who will do the job, no factory paint.
*Disrespected by a Manager (David Nolan) Offering us $40 refund
*VW Corporate never stepping in
*119KM unaccounted for on the car.
Sadly there is no customer service in this deal. Take the time to read other reviews before getting taken advantage off. Me taking the time to write and explain all this shows you how much this is not right. This is not how you do business.
Since this dealer is close to my home, i went last week in search of a new Tiguan. Mr.Cheung was veryhelpful, providing guidance for me to make decision on my own. Prior to delivery, I went again to discuss extended warranty with its finance and got satisfactory deal as well. Upon delivery, my car
was detailed to my satisfaction.
I had really pleasant experience with this dealer.
