I've been dealing with Adrian for years and years and have bought quite a few cars off of him to date. He's absolutely professional and a wonder to work with. He makes the entire, usually awful experience of buying a car at a dealership a breeze and a genuinely enjoyable experience. He's the only person I'll ever work with for buying a new or used car.
Adrian also knows the ins and outs of detailing and vehicle protection and has worked really well with both myself and my friends to make sure our vehicles always had the best protection, and looked flawless every time.

After the car JUST spent the last 3 months (she's only driven it 6x since), yup 3 MONTHS in service to basically rebuild the entire top end of the low km engine, my girlfriend woke up to find this lovely puddle of oil under her car on way to hospital for work.
After we clean up the mess and find some absorbent materials to place in our parking stall to avoid hefty strata fines...
We would love to contact the service manager or the sales manager, but they are closed... and most likely enjoying time with their families (not driving a Volkswagen), while my girlfriend is at the hospital as a nurse this NEw YEars Day stressing if she'll make it home.
She recently purchased the car (2 years old) from this dealership, with an extensive unresolved maintenance history (not disclosed to her). keep in mind this car is basically brand new.
She has yet to even reach her FIRST OIL CHANGE and this car has spent 1/3 of its time in service, and 1/2 the time running horribly with periodic unexplained limp modes and warning lights. Had I been involved in the purchase of this car I would have taken ONE LOOK at its online buyer reviews (Tiquan R) and walked away.
We pleaded with the dealership when we discovered she had been sold a car with an unresolved history of maintenance issues... which they skillfully deflected as Volkswagen Canada's decision/responsibility absolving themselves of any accountability.
They're only solution for her was to buy the car back (at a $5000 loss HER COST!!) and sell her a new, different vehicle... yes yes I know, absolute SAINTS how could she refuse such an amazing opportunity.
Sales Manager/Service Manager ... the balls in your court, we're not going to spend hours each day trying to connect with you. I don't need to tell you who this is as you already know; all we are going to do is escalate this the only way we know how if you do not take this car from her without penalty: The Courts.
Additionally I will personally fund a social media manager from a foreign country for $5/day to remind the review section of your shortcomings ( everybody already knows your good at SELLING cars but where it counts.. AFTER you've been paid) until it's resolved to OUR satisfaction...not yours.
I trust this will resolved by end of week..because we're Volkswagen Family right ?!

As a first time car buyer, and purchasing the vehicle remotely from Victoria, Adrian gave us a great service. He made the process easy, and answered all of our questions quickly, and usually accompanied with photos (tyre wear, etc) which helped to really put our mind at ease.
The car was fully ready when we arrived and the purchase process was quick and efficient.

I was in a bit of a rush to get my winter tires on as I had to get to kelowna in a week's time. I called around and unfortunately most places were booked until after I had to leave. I was speaking to a friend who suggested to call his dealership VW Capilano. So I called and ended up speaking to gentleman named Jacob. He assured me that it didn't matter what brand or make my car was their technicians could handle it. They also had the availability I needed for that weekend. I was in and out before long and even managed to meet and shake Jacob's hand. He was very polite, extremely professional and helpful both over the phone and in person.
Buying a car can be very stressful. Fortunately I had an excellent experience at Capilano Volkswagen, the salesman Landon Was approachable, honest and direct. Unfortunately, some things that not a lot of salesmen are… We walked in with the car out front running, he handed me the keys and I had a peaceful test drive. I had such a great experience buying a car from Capilano Volkswagen! Landen provided great service and did everything he could to make sure I got the kind of car that I was wanting. I really appreciate how he wasn’t trying to push an agenda on us and he seems like a very genuine guy. My 2013 Golf was detailed so well - the lipstick stains by the drop-down mirror that I thought were permanent were gone! I had an amazing experience with Capilano Volkswagen and RJ (Internet Sales Manager) and it was easily the smoothest, no-pressure trading/buying experience I have had with any dealership.
RJ was very responsive, and knowledgeable and made sure I got the exact Atlas Cross Sport I was looking for. The Atlas CS I originally wanted sold overnight which was a very specific colour, trim/package. It was disappointing to hear this, but nonetheless, RJ made some calls, searched for my specific needs/wants, and found the one I wanted in the manufacturing production line. It took about a month or less to arrive, but I was willing and able to wait as it was exactly what I wanted. Next thing I knew it was at the dealership and I picked it up the same day.

He took pictures of the work that was done, accommodated me when I felt anxious about post repair matters and was very comprehensive when explaining mechanical terms to me.
