Not the cheapest service but have purchased a couple of vehicles at Northland and always had them serviced there. Generally request to wait and bring my car in early, mostly prompt finish to service required. Never had a mechanical issue on the road while being serviced there, car is always returned clean, always a good explanation of charges prior to service. No issue recommending for good VW service.

Northland carries quality VW cars, with a fixed price lower than others our there. Their customer service is beyond compare. You don't have to spend hours sitting around while someone "checks with their manager" about a price, option, trade-in, etc.
My car died suddenly and I was without transportation. I had not prepared to buy a car so I was thrown into the car buying process. I am not a "car person" so my background knowledge was minimal. I did some quick research on what was out there, what was good, and what was available on-line at numerous places.
I checked out what they had on-line and went in on a Saturday morning. I could test drive whatever I wanted, which is really nice. The prices are fixed so no haggling and worrying about getting the best price. There prices were below comparable prices elsewhere. I bought a car withing an hour. Easy. Fast. Stress-free.

We just purchased a 2019 previously owned Dodge Grand Caravan for a very reasonable price. Had my vehicle serviced at the dealership today, my service advisor, Lohit, was friendly and accommodating. Initially they had a really busy day and I was notified that the vehicle won't be available till the next day, however, by the end of the day they were able to get the service done on a rush and I got the vehicle back on the same day. Overall pleasant experience.
I really liked this place up until this April. Asked- how much time the service will take- was told up to 2.5 hours- so waited in the lobby. it took almost 5 hours! 5 hours- and only notified after started my 4th hour. I wish someone would tell me- like I have nothing else to do than to sit for 5 hours in the uncomfortable chair with no food or snacks, not to mention ruined plans! Yes, people have plans.. It is easy- stick to the schedule and don't lie.
Do not bring older vehicles to get out of province. The tech said the windshield was cracked and it had no damage. Clearly if they say things like that they have no idea what they are looking it. If you have an older VW or camper van stay away the have zero experience inspecting these vehicles and will just end up charging you more for their ignorance. See any cracks in my windshield?
I recently purchased a 2019 GLI here and the experience was great. I forgot to clean out a compartment in my trade-in and the contents were mailed to me. The sales rep Fernanda was pleasant and helpful. She even dropped off a package to me today (part of the negotiation) and made the effort to sanitize it. The finance department (Madison?) was also very friendly and professional. The rest of the staff were welcoming as I made my way around the building. Would definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with the service that we got from Nikki when we were buying a new vehicle. She spent lots of time helping me select the right vehicle for us. Ultimately we purchased the vehicle for a different dealer as they had the car that we wanted in inventory, but Nikki was still willing to arrange a great price on a set of winter tires to go with the new vehicle and we will definitely be bringing into Northland for servicing when required. I would strongly recommend visiting Northland if you are looking to buy a Volkswagen.

My wife and daughter are very grateful to the staff at Northland Volkswagen. My wife had a signal light burn out on her and wasn't able to find a replacement light at a couple of locations nearby. My wife stopped at the dealership and from the beginning they were very friendly and helpful, even though our car is a Nissan! They were able to find the matching part for it and installed it right there. Dale and Chris from the service department were real Good Samaritans and went the extra mile to help my wife. Really good service in the parts center always had very knowledgeable guys working witch is great because I was looking for parts for a Audi. Got the right parts in a timely matter. Would go again for any parts. Sales people in the show room were also friendly as I looked around!

Hello, We recently had our vehicle into Northland and Samantha helped us get booked in. The check engine light had come on a couple times and we had it diagnosed as to what repair would be done. We have an extended warranty on this car but VW Canada wasn't going to cover it for whatever reason. Samantha had talked to Ivan and he said let me see what I can do. Ivan got us the repair done under a warranty. Most people would have just charged us for the repair but not these people. They went the extra mile to keep us extremely satisfied with the service at this location. I recommend Ivan and his team to care for your vehicle.
