Run like your pants are on fire! You will spend countless times going back here, especially if you see Bryan Oakey who should have played the role for Joker. He has story after story to cover the scam he is whipping up. You will leave with no paper work, no idea what your trade in was, no idea of the payments, loan total or number of years! Nothing, but I promise you will get stories he tells better then mother goose. You won’t know what you signed in under 2 mins as he tells you to hurry through the stack because other customers are waiting. He also said he had to redo the 2 min signed paper stack as this was taking to long (I never resigned anything.) Fast forward 2 months after this started and me asking for paperwork and what’s going on like a stuck record....My biggest surprise is my Atlas payments are $670 bi weekly. Half of my months salary goes to a vehicle! OMG this cant be right! The agreed amount was $900 a month max with paying off bills included. My trade in had previously been $228 bi weekly - WTF 3 of those are 1 payment now. Bills weren’t even touched and my debt has tripled! My monthly bills are more then my monthly salary! I am left in a horrible mess after trusting such clowns! I have been emailing many people, as well as the Country Hills GM, the sales manager, owners of Dilawri. I have also contacted VW Credit Canada and couldn’t even confirm if I have a loan or finance! I begged for help and informed them I’m unable to pay, request documents (prob have a heart attack when I finally see them) as mine were apparently lost in the mail and get some answers. This is unacceptable to financially ruin a person working and paying their own tuition. Horrible. If you call Jason Carriere your friend no one ever needs an enemy! Run - please.

I currenlty drive a 2008 GTI and booked an appointment with someone at front reception to test drive a new or SLIGHTLY used Golf R. When I arrived for my appointment, they had a 2012 model ready for me to test drive. I declined to do the test drive as I wasn't interested in a car more than 5 years old. I spoke with the sales rep Adam for a while, and went over a bunch of options. He was really helpful helping me pick a model that would suit our family. He also offered to follow up if he had anything used come in that would fit our needs.
We recently purchased our new vehicle from Country Hills Volkswagen and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with friendly, excellent service.
We met Mario Montero and his team and they were so fantastic to work with. Mario was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable, even staying overtime after hours. Upon purchasing our vehicle, he took the time to show us everything we needed to know about it and then showed us around the dealership.
He also followed up with us the next day to see how we’re enjoying our new Atlas. It’s the smallest detail that really matters.

He took the time to answer all of my questions show me everything about the car and once I bought it took the time to show me around the dealership and make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I bought a 2019 ATLAS exec-line with all the options. I spoke with a sales rep Yulia prior to going into the dealership. She took the time to send me personalized walk around videos of several cars that included in-depth review of all the features and configurations. Inside the dealership, the people were friendly and took time to learn about my needs before offering a "solution". The manager Trevor even offered a car to take home to ensure it met my needs. In addition, they gave me an excellent value for my trade-in. Needless to say, I bought the ATLAS. The staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. I am coming back for a second vehicle because my experience was beyond my expectation.
Do not go to this dealership specially if your vehicle has outstanding recall. It seems they don't want to do recalls. I've been waiting for almost a year now but no phone call nor follow up from them to replace the catalytic converter on my 2018 Atlas. I lost my confidence in Country Hills VW. Better find other place who wants my/your business. Only good thing is the polite front desk people.

I want to share my personal experience, several weeks ago I decided to buy my first car in Canada 🇨🇦 and I immediately thought of the TOYOTA brand, I went to the dealership in Cochrane three times and all three times I did not feel comfortable not only because of the seller's treatment if not because of the apathy I perceived from the staff in general. Later my nephew recommended that I go to the country Hills Volkswagen agency because he had had a very good experience with the salesman there called Mario. I decided to go just to see the few Toyota vehicles they had and to decide on one of them. I thank the salesperson Mario for his kindness, patience and efficiency in helping me. How good it would be if other salespeople of different vehicle brands followed his professional work example. I was able to observe that the seller contributes ideas, provides solutions and resolves conflicts so that the buyer is pleased. Congratulations Mario !!!

I purchased a car from Michael H at Country Hills Volkswagen and he did his best to find me a reliable and safe previously-owned vehicle. He was considerate, efficient, and I could tell that he wanted to earn my business long-term rather than just a one time transaction. I ended up getting a Subaru Forester which has been quite comfortable and reliable.
Before I drove away with the car, he made sure to fill the car up with gas and made sure all the fluids were topped up as well. The windshield also needs replacing and he and his team are replacing that for me shortly. My wife took our car in for an oil change today. It has 32k on it. They talked her into an additional "inspection" and the bill ended up at $606 as it needed an alignment? The most expensive oil change we have ever had. They took advantage of a female customer and ripped her off, IMO. I have had a career in customer service and this was awful! Very disappointed! The last time I was there was for my son's car. They said the noise from the rear end was tires but all tires were replaced. Ended up being a wheel bearing that was found by another shop. Another waste of money. Beware.

Customer Service and Dealers are awesome in this place. simply this is the best dealership I've ever visit, dealer (Mario & Brian) are fantastic and very very honest with the customers. I had also small problem when got all my paper signed off and took the car, and solution was very easy by those guys above, just come in and will give all the papers back and signed them correctly. So go confident to this place (signing wrong paper. No problem) getting the car you want with the price you think, GO THERE give them try and you will remember what I telling you here.

Nick was a fantastic sales associate for us. We are a very particular, sometimes demanding customer as we wanted get the exact right vehicle for our family of 4. Got my new used 4Runner here. I knew exactly what i was looking for and Jason made the whole process seamless. They do free airport parking and shuttles to the airport which if you travel is awesome!! Highly recommend!!!
Great store structure with a good selection of staff. They know how to negotiate with clients to make nice deals. They also have a small space to distract children for a while. Their coffee machine is fantastic.

I just purchased a Volkswagen Atlas from Country Hills Volkswagen. Having never purchased a vehicle of a dealership lot (always used car lots) i was not sure what to expect. James Anglin is the associate i worked with, and he was beyond patient, kind, informative, and took the time to make sure i knew everything about the vehicle i was purchasing. I appreciated his no pressure and informative communication style, and that he took the time to ask questions about my lifestyle and situation to guide me towards making the best choice for me and my family. Lastly, i appreciated being able to make the decision on my time, without tons of follow up calls/texts/emails/carrier pigeons.
Melanie in finance was thorough, understanding and easy to work with. She was thorough in making sure I had the information i needed to make an informed decision and diligent in making sure everything was ready when i arrived to pick up my vehicle.
