Worst service provider. My cars blind spot was not working I went to the service centre they just normally checked and said it’s accidental, I didn’t have any accident and my car was under warranty, they were still charging for that. And after the service from them ,my car’s steering started creating problem. They have wasted my time and money. In my first visit manager said I will help you in every possible manner but during my second visit they didn’t helped me at all. They didn’t picked my call after that. They don’t know the exact problem, they just advice to change the parts to earn money. I have wasted my 2 months because of them. I wish I could have the option to give zero star. Really disappointed by there service.

Sales rep was extremely rude, seemed disingenuous and answered our questions with one word answers. The place was not busy at all during our visit, so there is no reasonable excuse for his behavior. I hope the sales rep (Lorenzo) realizes that there are many other Toyota dealerships in the GTA, and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. His arrogant attitude does not deserve our time, and certainly not our hard earned money.
I accepted a deal and told the salesperson that I don't want any options. The salesperson went and talked to the finance manager. Then I was told the finance manager was making a agreement based on what we talked and I needed to put $1000 deposit. As you know, this deposit coves some items such as air conditioner, licensed plate, etc. However, I trusted them and didn't notice $399 Globali Theft/Tire Protection was one of those items. I was not told that option was set. They refuse my cancel request and gave some funny explanations and suggestions. This is absolutely cheating. Guys, be careful and verify everything!
Would rate them negative give them 0star if possible. Never going to recommend to anyone. They are just full of lies, attitude, unprofessional and fake promises. Recently visit buy 2020corolla was the worst experience I ever had. Inceptively, there’s tons of hidden charges and fake promises. They didn’t released the car on promise date. And when in the end when they couldn’t provide me a car, and I wanted to walk away they were so rude unprofessional and didn’t returned my money back at all..WORST SERVICE EVER with fake reviews!!!!!

Lots of arrogance, the manager doesn't want to give any price on Tacoma 2020. Finally he quoted me above the listed price on the Toyota website. What kind of sales tactics are these? Seems they don't want to begin the conversation.
There are tons of other choices available for Toyota dealerships around. Everyone's time is equally precious. They don't deserve business from me.

Just bought our first family car here. We had an amazing customer service experience from the test drive to the purchase. Baris was excellent and answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.
Worst service ever. Lorenzo the sales rep was wonderful, very friendly and respectful. His manager on the other had lack professionalism as he doesn't know how to treat potential buyers. We were shopping prices and they were able to match our price but my husband and i wanted some more time to talk about it. He wanted the sale right away and told us the offer was off the table...."WOW"!!!!! Had he been more courteous and given us some time or told us how long he could hold the deal for with a different attitude we probably would have taken it. He really needs to be coached on customer service. As this is what i do for a living, his behavior would have been a clip of how not to behave.
Just bought New RAV4 from this dealership my first in Canada. Good place to service your car. Can call ahead to make appointment. Pricing didn't seem unfair for services provided. It's a good time to be a mechanic... There is a nice little seating area where you can wait if the service is something quick. There is also an attached show floor with new Toyota models, it's a pity no full sized SUVs

I dealt with Manny. He is a newer sales rep to Woodbine Toyota but he is a WEALTH of knowledge and extremely helpful. Any questions I had he knew right away so I didn't have to try and look through the manual. He made sure we had what we were looking for, and was very personable and professional. We drove from Hamilton to this location and he was willing to work with us regarding pick-up of the vehicle. He provided me with his contact information to ensure we were able to contact him with any questions and concerns we had before we picked up the vehicle. I recently took my 2011 Sienna in due to what appeared to be an oil leak. After checking it out the service tech called me and said nothing was wrong and that the van must have run over an oil patch on the road. They said the manager waived the inspection charge and sent me on my way. It would have been easy to be dishonest and create a problem and even easier to charge me an inspection fee (which I was advised about) but they didn't. I've had great experiences every time and Alan the GM is continually asking for feedback and responds to concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership.
The service is excellent. I had numerous problems with an auxiliary battery, couldn't start my Prius. First I went to Meadowvale Toyota where I was told that nothing is wrong. At Woodbine they figured out and my car had been fixed. I would recommend Carmen as a service advisor - excellent customer service and extended knowledge.

The new highlander was on back order and after visiting many GTA Toyota dealerships, only this one ensured I was assigned a specific car so we could track the timing. While my vehicle was significantly delayed due to manufacturing demands and parts timing, Woodbine Toyota kept me informed of the timing and was

I searched to find my new car among different dealership and eventually I focus on a Toyota. I have been driving a lot of cars during my life but at my age I thought that a nice smaller car would do, especially with automatic transmission (I have driven all my life with gear shift).
Somebody suggested to go to Woodbine Toyota because this person got a good service and since I am sucker of good service and attention, I decided for Woodbine. I enter the dealership and found honestly a very welcoming greeting without being harassed by the usual salesmen crowd.
