I remembered last year when I went to Stouffville Toyota, the receptionist greeted me with a smile. She let me talk to a Sales Rep and was able to test drive the Toyota Corolla.
This year I went back again and test drive the Rav 4. I was amazed with it, it was easy to drive especially with the New Toyota Safety Sense Features.
Came back a week later and finally purchased the new Rav 4. We did not get the unhaggle price right away but after the Sales Rep talked to her manager, we were able to get the unhaggle price we wanted. Stella Wong did a wonderful job for us even after I took possession of it in March, 2017. I came back to ask questions about the Rav 4, she showed and explained well about my concerns.

I needed to get a new key cut after my daughter lost one of the original keys. It was an aftermarket key the previous owner had bought but not cut or programmed. Toyota warned me it may not work but they would try. The mechanic was great to work with and successfully cut and programmed the key.

I had a Toyota 4runner that I was leasing from Stouffville Toyota. About a year ago I noticed another payment being withdrawn from my bank account on top of what I was already paying. I back tracked into my account history and noticed I was being charged since January of 2019 until April when I first noticed. I phoned Stouffville Toyota to notify them and was able to get a hold of their financial manager who I dealt with when I had initially purchased my car. He notified me that this looks like an error and asked me to contact the head office instead of him doing it himself out of courtesy.

I then contacted Stouffville Toyota head office and they mentioned that I would need to provide them bank statements to show them the proof. I did tell them that this is happening and I am sure they have the resources to check in their system, however I was still asked to do that. I provided them bank statements and was told that they have started a case for an investigation on my behalf. After several weeks I was told that an error had been made and that they were charging me for someone else's payments. There was an error made and someone sent the wrong paperwork from Stouffville Toyota. A week later I received a cheque from Toyota for what they had charged me over four months.

I asked one simple question, how does this happen in this day and age? It was definitely a mistake that had happened on Toyota's part. The supervisor at Toyota head office notified that this was in fact an error made from Stouffville Toyota and that they had sent incorrect paperwork.

I wondered how this could've happened since I had already been leasing my car for over 2 years. How did they use my paperwork for someone else's?

I called Stouffville Toyota and spoke to the financial manager and told him what I was told from Toyota head office. He then obviously denied that it was their fault and at this point it became a blaming game. I then asked the financial manager to speak to that dealership's manager.

It has been a year and I never received a phone call back for an apology. Since then I traded my Toyota 4runner and have moved on from that dealership.

All I wanted was a courtesy phone call for an apology. I have called them many times since me moving on but they don't care since I don't lease with them anymore. This was a terrible customer service experience and to this point no one from Toyota has owned up to their mistake.

My experience at Stouffville Toyota was a very positive one. The service department was very friendly and accommodating. Masks worn by everyone and everything appeared to be sanitized. They did a fair amount of work on my vehicle. Fluids, rear brakes, shocks/struts, and a/c compressor replacement. Its been 3 weeks now and the car runs great, a/c is still blowing cold air. Best part is I walked away feeling I got an honest assessment and a fair price.

Asked a simple question through their website as to whether one of their used vehicles came with a navigation system. Not only did the chat bot respond that someone from their team would get back to me shortly but a sales rep named Arthur joined the chat and said he would do the same. Three days later and still no reply. If they can't answer such a simple question, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

After realizing my Focus wasn't going to get me from point A to point B any further, I immediately started looking around for something more reliable.

Knowing my fiance's family has bought both a Sienna and a Rav4 I looked into a used Rav4 at the Stouffville Toyota and they had exactly what I was looking for right off the bat. I called in, was able to set up a same day test drive and loved it. Stella was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I bought it and Ali in Finance was thorough, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push anything on you.

Three days later, I picked it up and couldn't be happier with the experience at Stouffville Toyota, and with Stella and Ali. Fantastic staff and service, even during a pandemic!

I have recently leased a 2020 Tacoma. I noticed right away that it was bouncing when braking. As well, the front passenger’s seat was rattling when going over bumps in the road.

I didn’t think much of it at first, but became concerned when it didn’t get better, but worse. So I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at.

I was blindsided when I heard that the brand new truck needed new rear axle shafts, brake drums & a new seat track and mount.

I was provided with a Corolla rental, as the truck was unsafe to drive. Without which, I wouldn’t have been able to get to work.

This was on a Monday. I received a call early Wednesday afternoon saying that my truck was finished and ready for pickup.

After I picked it up, the bouncing when braking was gone, and the seat no longer rattles.

I know that most dealerships wouldn’t have gone to the extent that Stouffville Toyota did to ensure that my truck was fixed both properly & in a timely manner.

When I heard that my brand new truck needed such major service this soon after purchase, I was shocked to say the least.

Stouffville Toyota has restored my faith in the brand with their great service, communication & the willingness to go above and beyond to put my mind at ease.

And that it was, I was directed to Ben who took the time to show me some cars and find the one I liked. I fell in love with the 2019 Rav4 Trail and they found me a demo that was perfect. I do not believe in Stouffville Toyota and Staff. Mr Ali called me and Mr. Kennedy sent a message that my car loan is approved. I requested the approval documents and sales bills of my car, but I have not received those documents yet. I came there four times, but I did not get any result. Last Friday I went the office, and advisor, Mr. Kennedy told me that Ali was not there, and Ali brought my personal documents and credit card details to his house. Why did bring my personal information details to his house? Manager told me they will send my documents tomorrow (April 13, 2019). Now I do not want to proceed deal with stouffville Toyota because my personal information is not secure there. They told me they cannot return my deposit money, $ 1000. I need my deposit money and my personal information details as soon as possible. I don't believe Ali and other staffs in Stouffville Toyota. They cheated me.

Please return my personal information and bank details securely. Otherwise I will move legally.

The service and parts department here is incredible! They helped me solve a radio problem with my 2016 Scion TC with fast, friendly, and efficient service. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part in one quick visit, and then went out of their way to keep me in the loop on the estimated delivery time. Once in, I was scheduled that day for repairs. I am so impressed at the personal attention they provided. If you ever need something done - go here FIRST.

Took possession of a RAV4 August 11. After a week, finance rate has gone down 1%. Other dealers will not budge in trying to see if adjustment can be done since the purchase contract was signed a week prior to the posted date of the change. I took a chance and politely asked is adjustment can be made. They contacted Toyota Financial Services, and for days, I was updated of the progress. 2 weeks later, I got the adjustment.

Previous experience with service was awesome. I had an older Matrix that I booked for several services. I was suppose to get a loaner for the day, but scheduling got mixed up. The loaner I was suppose to get was not returned due to an extended repair being done to another car. I was offered a Truck to use to which I declined since it was a little big for me and bigger responsibility. Service was right on time, and within the estimated cost. Plus, I got an extra 15% discount because of the loaner mix-up.

If you have a problem with the service you receive, talk to the right people. They will make it right make sure you get what you need.

Our old – really old – Toyota Tercel had to be replaced recently. We
did some research on various cars, shopped around at a variety of
dealerships, and ended our tour at Stouffville Toyota.
From the start we were impressed by every employee we came in
contact with. They treated us with respect, listened to our needs and
requests, and answered our questions. By the time we completed the
purchase and picked up our new car – a hybrid Camry, we felt like we
were dealing with friends.

As our relationship with Stouffville Toyota continues – with regular
maintenance, tire changes, etc. we like the fact that the Service
Department does just that – provides great service. At Stouffville
Toyota we are always welcomed by friendly people who go out of their
way to make sure we drive away with smiles on our faces. Thanks

As for our hybrid Camry we are delighted with it’s performance and
amazed at how much money we are saving on gas.

Best Toyota Dealership in the GTA!

I recently bought a 2014 Corolla here and it is fantastic. Luciano took care of everything for me from the time I walked into the dealership until my car was delivered. He really was great.

This is my third car from Stouffville Toyota and it will not be my last.
The staff is always friendly and helpful from sales to service. The service department is always on time with appointments. They actually take your car in at your scheduled appointment time so you can wait in the lounge area if you need to. Best of all you always get your car back washed.

If your in the market for a new car or service venue for your car I would highly recommend this Dealership!
