AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WARRANTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ISSUES! Buying from North Bay Toyota was the worst financial decision my wife and I have made together. Please avoid at all costs! What you are told and what is delivered are two very different things. Driving to another dealership will be a much less expensive option than being at the mercy of this dealership. The service department overlooks serious issues and has no accountability whatsoever. They changed my entire outlook on the Toyota brand. Never again! This is my only 1 star review, I am very conscious of big purchases. I was completely fooled into trusting this dealership. Use extreme caution when dealing with them they will tell you whatever you need to hear until they have their money. EDIT REGARDING OWNERS RESPONSE: We have had COUNTLESS conversations with the manager and service manager. I have many recorded conversations of the games they play and some very interesting statements that certainly disregard the owners claimed professionalism. Something you will need to hear to believe. Don't hesitate to ask I would be glad to share these calls.

I deal with Mike and he's very good at his job. Very pleasant. The rest of the staff are great to deal with and toyota has its own lending bank and the interest rate was amazing. Only 600$ interest on the loan over the loans life cycle. I couldn't find a better deal. The Toyota corolla is nice to drive. I got the base model that is loaded with features like lidar. The road noise is loud but the speakers are good to down out the sound.

Originally brought my car to Cambridge Toyota to be fixed. It sat in the lot for over a week untouched while I paid out of pocket for a rental car. After an entire week they called me and said my parts had just arrived when they originally said they would have them before my car got there. They were trying to tell me that my car wasn't going to be covered under warranty for a faulty transmission. My car was under 60,000km. I then went to visit my parents in the North Bay area. I brought my car to North Bay Toyota and they had looked at my car within the next business day and assured me it was under warranty and had it done in just a few days. Very good experience with North Bay Toyota. It has been well over a month driving my car and it's smooth like it used to be. I will never go back to Cambridge Toyota as it wasn't the first bad experience I had with them. Good job North Bay!

Service is not as advertised! I was told, by the service manager, I don't service my 4runner at this dealer enough, so they won't go the "extra mile" for me. So much for all the great service reviews. The abnormal amount of 5 stars seems rigged. Most of these must be faked. Too bad I can't get some resolution for the poor paint on my 3 year old truck. Toyota's are not what they used be and are being overrated. Will definitely try a different brand next time.

My car had the timing chain failure and needed a complete engine replacement totaling $4700. The dealer is one of the only places that have the resources to do a big job like this.
After I got my car back, and tried using my washer fluid it was found to not be working as it was before the engine replacement. The wipers worked, the fluid pump could be heard humming, but no fluid came out. I went in to parts and service the following day to see if the they could check for any mishaps. The associate casually mentioned it shouldn't be a big deal, but wanted to green-light it with the manager first.
When they talked with their manager, they came back paraphrasing the manager 'they [the mechanical team] didn't go anywhere near the washer system when replacing the engine'. Further more, 'they would have to charge me for a diagnosis of the washer system' as though it was an unrelated problem.
I thought it was ridiculous and wanted to save money so I took my car to my local mechanic. They immediately found that the washer tubing that goes to both windshield spray nozzles were disconnected. According to them, the hood of the vehicle has to be removed during engine replacement, and it's necessary to disconnect washer fluid tubing during the process.
My mechanic reconnected the washer tubing, and was in their shop for 2 minutes and did not charge me. The first and only proposed option at Toyota was 'charging me for a diagnosis'. I think it was a money gouging decision, and horrible customer service for someone who's spent almost 5 grand and two weeks corresponding with the business.

The parts and service personnel are very nice, receptive and excellent at communicating information to me. I think the fault is at the level of management for failing to consider that a small mechanical team mistake was out of the realm of possibility, and it required treating this washer fluid issue as an entirely new problem. All I got was a professionally worded 'not our problem'. It's silly for how small the problem actually was, but it's the principle of displacing the responsibility of treatment after getting paid such a large sum of money for their business.

Other than the customer service neglect for the washer mistake, the engine is running fine so far with no other problems. I'm sure this incident isn't a reflection of the business as a whole, or all individuals running the business. But this exchange is weak and a not how to retain customers.

The best prices for Toyota in Ontario. I've bought 2016 RAV4 with mileage only 48K km. You will never find such mileage (in certified car) in GTA for 2016 RAV4! And they had few cars with similar mileage (around 50K).
The team is very friendly, Roberto from sales who helped me, was very professional and honest. No upsell pressure at all. It is definitely worth to drive 300K north and get the best car and best deal!

My mother in-law purchased a used 2015 Toyota Corolla that had visible signs of damage on the rear bumper. During the purchase with Nick we negotiated to have the damage repaired. North Bay Toyota made arrangements to have the vehicle repaired by City Centre Collision as a condition of the sale. The first attempted repair was terrible - it looked as if the person who painted the bumper had never learnt how to apply clear coat properly and did a terrible blend so it had to be painted again. The second attempt was better but again the blending wasn't great and visibly noticeable. Now 10 months later the paint work is bubbling severely (to the point where paint is flaking off) so we contacted North Bay Toyota because surely City Centre Collision would warranty the work. But Andrew at North Bay Toyota said there is no warranty on the work - which seems extremely odd because City Centre does warranty their work. So instead of repairing the issue properly, Andrew has told my mother in-law that they would apply a cheap guard to cover up the issue. This isn't the deal we agreed to and now after 10 months of the repair not holding up this is the best they can do and the only option - they won't stand by the work they contracted. So I guess if you want to be jerked around you can deal with this dealership but I'd just avoid North Bay Toyota altogether - it's nothing but nonsense dealing with them.

Good luck getting parts if you break down.

AC failed and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks to get a new AC compressor. Belt failed a week later while waiting and they couldn't even get an OEM. Ordered a aftermarket belt and stuck me with the $190 bill even though I paid for a full aftermarket warranty.

I was told it is an issue with Toyota Canada and their parts management system and there was nothing they could do and that I should take it up with Toyota Canada. Last I checked I bought the truck (and warranty) from the dealer not Toyota Canada.

The people at the dealership were nice and very easy to deal with and you could tell their level of frustration with the parts issues goes a lot deeper than the issues with my AC compressor.

Seriously has me reconsidering purchasing another Toyota product.

Was rude to my parents, when asked how their product When my parents asked for a price on a car they would not even tell them the price without purchasing it first. Actually said "if there is no money on the table there is nothing to talk about." Unprofessional and arrogant.
