Was looking for a Sienna, got a quick call back from a rep, Followed up in a couple of days saying that there are no 2020 Sienna's available. I ended up buying a 2020 Sienna from Thornhill Toyota, at the beginning of Nov, picked up last week & also bought a brand new 2021 Rav4 picking up this Friday. Not sure what happened.

Sales and service team are fantastic. Greg and the sales team were so helpful and patient while I made my purchase. I had the car for a month before noticing a cosmetic issue on the interior. I wasn't expecting perfection, but they made it happen. They completed the work on my car much faster than estimated, and did a great job. Very pleased and definitely recommend.

A couple weeks ago I brought my mom into Toyota Newmarket to get a new car because she had been driving her 1920 buick for many years. She was needing an upgrade and Fernando was able to find her the best fit - a spicy red Toyota Corolla. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant when we were in there, although they didn't have any hot chocolate available. Nadine went through all of the financing details with my mom and made the process extremely enjoyable. Fernando was a gem to work with and we would recommend him to anyone in need of a car. Mom is now feeling confident and cool thanks to Newmarket Toyota.
Francois made purchasing a car both enjoyable and simple, and provided great friendly service. Like many other people I was skeptical to see what buying a car during COVID was like, but I have to say he made it a very comfortable experience. He’s very knowledge on a variety of vehicles (not only Toyota’s) and that goes a long way. I would certainly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Toyota.
Fernando was wonderful to work with. He was courteous and very helpful, but not pushy. He went out of his way on his own time to find me information that was not readily available. Though I didn’t end up buying a car from Toyota, he was still friendly and understanding when I let him know. Francois was great. Everything was very easy. I was able to finalize everything from home and only had to be at the dealership for around 30 minutes to pick up the car. This made buying a new car during covid 19 extremely easy and safe and was worth the drive to Newmarket from Oshawa. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a new car. Fantastic service here. The reps are very nice and polite. The service times are quick and they get the job done. I came in for what was quoted to be a 5 hour job but it was done just after 2. Plus they pumped up my tires and washed my car. This location is so much better than the other newroads location in Aurora. I will come back here for all my service jobs.
Greg is the best sales rep I’ve ever seen. Our whole family went through him for our first cars. He has so much patience since we would come back 3 or more times to think before we finally choose the best car. My experience at New Roads Newmarket Toyota for some service work was amazing, as always. I travel a little further to Newmarket just to work with Andrew Burger. I had a great experience with Henry. This was the first time dealing with Newmarket Toyota. I just went up to test drive the Toyota RAV4 hybrid and ended up buying one. Henry made me feel very comfortable right from the start, he was very friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. Henry answered all of my questions competently and knew the vehicle well. I took a fairly lengthy test drive, highway & city driving and Henry pointed out all of the car features and was able to demonstrate how to use them.
Henry was never aggressive or pushy and let me take as much time as I needed to look over everything. He was also very very courteous.Henry also followed up on my telephone calls to answer any additional questions that I had while I was deciding on my purchase. Henry couldn’t be there the day I picked up my new car but thoughtfully came in that morning and left me a nice surprise.
I would recommend Henry as your Toyota Sales person and the rest of the team at Newmarket Toyota was great as well.

Very kind, courteous and respectful dealership. Our sales representative Timothy was absolutely pleasant and very considerate of our goals in considering to buy a car. He provided excellent services and offered us one of the best prices possible with extra features included, during the purchase of our car. They have good people communication and interaction skills. They can connect with the customer and provide the best deals possible with the best price benefits. They can match your offer and find a good compromise using a car quote savings reports. Overall, good experience and was not forced into buying a car, but rather the dealership had an free-flowing open mind about deciding to buy a car.
I go here for parts. The parts counter staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the right parts for your Toyota. I only gave 4 stars as Toyota parts from the dealership are more expensive than other places.

Took our brand new Toyota Camry in for our first service here. Afterwards our car got hit by a customer in their parking lot. While I appreciate the damage wasn't directly caused by them, it would have been nice to have some common courtesy extended to us to at least arrange to have the car fixed, or extend a service credit. Instead the manager told us it was not their problem and to deal with the other person's insurance directly. I cannot recommend this dealership and if this is the way they handle their customer service, I would stay far away from Newmarket Toyota.
I had to wait around 10 min standing in the middle of the showroom, waiting for a sales representative to talk to me and it wasn't even busy. There was one couple there and that's it. And then when I had to ask for somebody, the man who was "helping me", I don't know if it's because he thought because I was a woman I didn't know about what I wanted, but he wasn't even trying to give me all the info. I had to ask everything. Awful customer service!
I used to bring my car here for regular maintenance until I brought it in for a quote for new brakes (and rotors). The quote was for just under $2,000 and I received other quotes for $800-$1000. When I politely told them I’d be taking my car elsewhere they charged me $60 to run a diagnostic on it. I didn’t need it I knew what was wrong with my car. This place rips off women. Stay away at all costs.
When we went on the adventure to buy a used convertible online we came across a nice little BMW located at the Toyota dealership on Davis drive in Newmarket Ontario (we are in Halifax NS). We thought buying online would be a challenge with not seeing the car, unable to ask"too many questions", not taking it for a drive etc:. We replied to an Autotrader Ad(if i remember correctly), and received a quick reply from David Aldred, the used car manager for the dealership. He was very prompt with all my questions and picture requests of the car, and made the online car shopping very easy, all things considered. He sent me pics when I requested them and even did a video walk around of the car, and to top it off coordinated the shipping to Halifax. We were very happy with the end product, to say the car was " excellent shape" as he put it was ,and is an understatement . It took 2 weeks to arrive but the car carriers dictate the time it takes to get here. Its like a new car, literally!!! He sent me a picture of each rim, as I do "judge a book by its cover" when it comes to rims. We had a very small issue with the invoice but it's being looked after. I want to thank David for his professionalism throughout and after the sale, and if we buy another car online we will be contacting David at Newmarket Ontario for the awesome service he has supplied us with ,Thanks David!!!

I take my car there all the time for maintenance and oil change. I brought my car in the winter and was told I needed to change my 4 brakes. I was quoted a high price and my husband told me to wait. We brought the car back in the spring and they checked the brakes and no one said anything about the need to change them. Two days ago as I was driving back from work I heard a weird noise so I took the car to them and they checked it and told me the front brakes need to be changed. It’ll be $711+ tax. I’m a long time customer and asked if they’d offer a discount. The answer was “they’re all customers!” I work in retail and that’s not a way to respond to customers if you want to keep your business!
I left the car and got a call the next morning that the back ones also need to be changed and was quoted $650 + tax for those... I called another mechanic in town and they said they can beat that price. When I called Toyota back they said that’s what they’re offering and it’s up to me to decide! They already did the front brakes! Now I do appreciate them being able to check the car on short notice, but that’s not a way to keep customers coming back for service!

Great Experience overall! Traded in our Tacoma for more family friendly vehicle, no hassles and worked out deal within hour. Van delivered within two days, sparkling clean and ready to go. Had issues after the weekend with our new DVD player, but our sales guy sorted it out and had replacement in within the day.
Definitely would buy another car with this dealership and Frank has a customer for life with us!
