WORST TOYOTA DEALER EVER ! Don’t do your service here if you want it done in a timely manner.. booked a dash cam installation at this dealer and the tech advisor Jose told my husband it would take 2-3 hrs for installation.. went in for a 10 am appointment and they didn’t finish it until 5:40 pm !!! Plus no sense of customer service -instead of calling me to let me know that this installation was going to take longer than expected I had to call them and ask what was going on but that too they wouldn’t pick up the phone .. I called 10 times but with no luck !! they finally called me to say that my car was ready for pick up at 5:40 pm- I requested for a shuttle & they told me that their shuttle service closes at 5pm - which they should have advised me of earlier. after I got my car and paid for the service which cost $640 they didn’t even bother explaining how the dashcam works !!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS TOYOTA ! Worst customer service
Absolutely terrible service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment for 10:30 ended up waiting over five and a half hours for just service. The service department was the worst I have ever encountered, not helpful at all. Mississauga Toyota service loves to act like they are friendly, but I overheard them laughing at my accent with the mechanics. They were extremely rude and on top of that I was overcharged with additional fees which I did not even know about. I was not allowed to wait inside because I didnt "reserve" a spot so I had to wait outside the whole entire time. Definitely never coming back and do not recommend to anyone at all.
Had major electrical issues. I payed for an electrical test which did not determine the issue. They went ahead with a wire tracing test where they found 3 separate issues and they quoted me $1500 to fix it. I asked how sure they were that it would fix my issues. They said they had never seen 3 separate things go at the same time, but were 99% sure that these were the issues. That immediately made me question the reliability of their entire investigation. How could you never have seen 3 separate things go at once and assume it is 3 separate issues that have went. Electrical is complicated and it is not always an obvious problem yet this alleged wire tracing found the issues. I did research and I came to the conclusion there is one thing that links the issues in some way, my guess was the battery or fuses. I took the car home and in one last desperate attempt, I replaced every fuse (no matter how it looked). My car’s issues went away after that, therefore it was a fuse. This issue should have been found in the initial electrical test. They are either very dumb or trying to scam me, either way it is a complete joke. Getting regular service here is fine, but never take your car here if you have a genuine problem.
I bought a new car from this dealer. I get wonderful service from Victor who is a professional dealer. It's my first car in Canada, so I am very happy with these perfect service and car. Victor help me to select a good car plate number. I will recommend this dealer and Victor to my friends. Thanks Victor
Had a very unpleasant experience recently. Even though a had an appointment, I had to wait outside for a long time on a very hot day, to both drop off the car and take it back. Was quoted extra for a part that already comes in the kit I needed. And they forgot to plug back a fuse which made me think for days my car was broken. Overall, I feel that the management of the dealer isn't setting up the employees for success, which makes them rush and make mistakes.
Brought my FR-S here for engine work and they were quick considering COVID restrictions. Matt in service knew his stuff and had some good advice. Hard to find good FRS/BRZ service, would definitely recommend.
Britney, the customer service rep, is so rude, bad attitude, speak real fast then hang up on me. book an appointment i ask her to send confirmation to my email never sent it, called them 2nd time the other agent sent that to me. Then, the day for the appointment, dropped off my car at 9:30 am , not received a phone call until 2:30pm (almost 5 hours for maintenance). long wait for the line up to pick up the keys. got my car at 3pm. total time:5.5 hours.
No need to ever take your Toyota anywhere else .treat your Toyota to the best service around !The service team ( jessica, Matt, Jose ) all were truly super . Great quote for my hitch, brakes ,tires , oil etc and done the proper Toyota way. I wouldn’t want any less for my rav 4! People say dealerships are expensive but really they aren’t . Great quote for the work done . I’ll see you next time when I need service . Thank you missisauga Toyota , you make being a happy customer very easy!
Bought a car from this location and got a excellent experience from the selling department, but when I needed a simple air filter got a reference name of a service associate Jose to drop by the dealership and get the filter I needed,upon arriving I was assured that they would get a hold of Jose and would get the part I needed,waited over 40 minutes and got no one to get the filter,I had to go across to Firestone which is located beside the Toyota dealership to get my filter and it took less then 5 minutes to get served. A lesson learned will drive to any other Toyota dealership to get service but will never recommend this location.

I don’t know about this place. Took in my Lexus CT for a regular oil change. Service and representative were fine. Website states $59.95 before taxes. Got quoted $70. Paid $86. Must be high quality oil. Can’t wait to drink from it for my cocktails.

I never seen bad service like this branch. They kept a head light on for a long time so the battery was died. When I told them, they didn’t solve the problem.
Dave the salesman approached me within a few minutes and said he'd be right with me. 4 mins later and he was and he was a huge help. I'd definitely recommend Dave to anyone waking in. Great guy.

Bought my 4runner at this location from Rowis who is was great to work with! Returned a couple months later for my first oil change which I booked through their app and received a confirmation email. Perfect! I get to the service department and there is no record of any booking. No problem they said as it was not busy and they said we will have you out of here in 1- 1.5 hrs. I have my 3 year old son with me so I figures we can manage for an hour and a half. 2 hours later I'm wondering what's going on. It turns out they haven't even started to start my oil change! What!? I ask to speak to the service manager. He sends out a mechanic to say that they will start working on it right away. Service manager avoided dealing with the situation and I waited in the dealership for 3 hours for a simple oil change! Terrible service and terrible customer relations at this location in the service department.
I had the best experience at Mississauga Toyota. I cannot thank my advisor Bryan enough. I have had two previously bad experiences at other service centres and he really took the time to explain everything clearly and in an easily understandable way. The service was top notch and everyone was so helpful.

I bought my 2014 Pruis C from this dealer, always service the car here, but from the last 2 years I noticed a problem. The mechanic always over tightened the wheel lug nuts, way over!! How do I know? I do my own switch to winter tires. And I have to use a 2 foot breaker bar to remove the lug nuts!!! Of course, this is highly abnormal. Now I am very concern about the quality of repair service at Mississauga Toyota. What else is not done correctly. I am seriously considering changing to another Toyota dealer for service. (FYI, last service was 07/03/2019 for 2014 Magnetic Grey Pruis C. Should be easy to find who I am)
Been taking my cars there for service since 2003. Even after moving 160 km away 3 years ago, I’d burn the $40 in gas and drive the 4 1/2 hour round trip to get service there. They always seemed fair, but the last time I was in, and now again today, they appear to have gone upsell at premium prices. Went in for a minor service check today ($195) and right away the guy suggested I get an alignment ($157) plus a tire balance ($100 ... yes, $100 for a tire balance. Then, during the work they call me and say I could use a rear brake cleaning & adjustment ($130), a cabin air filter ($55) and new transmission flush and fluid ($219) ! Then 13% HST. I think they’ve put their service advisers on commission or something. The car has 126,000 km on it. I’ve followed their recommendations to the letter until now. Too rich for my blood. Will start getting local service and my next car will likely be purchased in Huntsville.

The lady at the service desk was too impatient even for her customers! I went for servicing my car and was reading through the job card as to understand what was serviced and the related charges. The lady simply took the job card away from me and asked me to pay. I was annoyed and was laughing at the same time....!!! Probably will not visit again.
We were sold a used car with a non-disclosed faulty engine, whether they knew about this at the time of sale or not they are not taking liability for this misrepresentation in the sale even though it contradicts Motor Vehicle Dealers Act as well as the Consumer Protection Act. They have only offered to place a new or replacement engine in the used car with a discount on labour for upwards of $5500.00 on a car worth $7700. It has only been 3+ months since purchase and we are now forced to go through OMVIC to try to recuperate losses.
DO NOT BUY HERE. Jon Hall the general manager of this company has been nothing but completely unhelpful and recommended that I read up on contractual law and to direct all further communications to their "legal team". Some outfit this place is, keep clear and stay safe - if you are buying a used car from here take it to an external mechanic first!!!
Awesome customer service, from start to end. Peter was very welcoming and helpful with the whole process. Met the manager too! Definitely much better than other Toyota dealerships!
Base on my experience, I would like to recommend this place considering their professionalism, quick execution, and great price. Only one other dealership was able to offer me a price that is comparable with what Mississauga Toyota offered me. Particularly, the internet sales department is excellent. All the communications were done through emails and I visited the dealership to sign the documents.
I went to look for a good deal they gave me a very expensive price not only this they were checking the car I'm turning as an appraisal
They cut the door rubber gasket with a sharp object resulting in a car deficiency, I have photos for records and I'm going to sue them
Very unreliable and I strongly recommend another dealership.
They also tried to convince me into getting a really bad deal and tried to price my car at 3100 while I had it priced somewhere else for 6000 which is almost twice.

Mississauga Toyota was the 3rd dealer I visited looking to purchase a brand new 2020 Corolla Hybrid. From my initial phone call to the dealer, to picking up my new car 2 days later Ron (sales) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, helpful, friendly, courteous and absolutely "non-pushy".
Unlike other dealers, Mississauga Toyota did not beat around the bush and gave a great deal on the car. They also accommodated my tight schedule and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

Terrible experience. I came in a couple of days ago and I was interested in the Corolla Hatchback. I asked somebody if I could get a quick pricing on the car. He brought me into his office and he was very friendly. He said "I'm going to give you a really great deal today". And I told him that I am not interested in buying a car right now. I am interested in buying one in about a month. As soon as I said that, he became very unfriendly and gave me a rude face. He didn't even want to give me a quick pricing on the car because I'm planning on buying one in a month.

John took my car in for service without appointment and listened to my concerns.
John called back after the analysis and provided the results in a timely fashion, and provided options for the required repairs and cost of each option.
Follow up was provided regarding my concerns, unfortunately the cost was more than what I was comfortable with.
Overall i am very satisfied with John's and Mississauga Toyota's service.
Only issue I have is with the competitiveness of the cost for the recommended repair.
