I bought my RAV4 back in the fall and am finally getting around to writing a reviewâŠpromised 5 start because thatâs exactly the service I got! Wayne was my sales guy and went above and beyond. Candace was in charge of sorting out the paperwork and she was also fantastic. Well worth the trip from Barrie to Midland, was very well taken care of!!! Iâve gotten to drive my car for a few months now and just love it!
The staff at Midland Toyota were fantastic, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions ( and I had many ). Their patience with this first-time buyer was appreciated. Wayne, the sales rep I dealt with, must be a magician to have my vehicle arrive a week ahead of the estimated arrival time, at the height of a chip shortage. Candice, the business rep was personable and took the time to explain and simplify the process of purchasing. I look forward to building a relationship with the dealership for many years to come.

Wayne and Candice made the the whole experience easy and seamless. The whole process from first initial contact to taking our new addition home was only one week! I had been thinking about replacing my aging truck for a while and had been interested in upgrading to a new Toyota. Back in July I met Wayne and started looking at the Toyota trucks and decided on the Tundra. With the shortage of inventory available for new and used I decided to order new but I wanted to take delivery in October. Wayne was very accommodating to my needs and I never felt any pressure to buy. He was able to order my truck and have it ready when I was ready. He was alway available to answer my questions and allowed me time to even add additional accessories after I placed the order. I took delivery this past Friday and was thoroughly pleased with how easy and smooth the process was. I am very happy with my new truck and recommend Midland Toyota to anyone who might be thinking of buying a vehicle.

Took my car in for an oil change and they said they lost the equipment to put the skid plate back on afterwards. They refused to do anything about it and kept the old skid pate. My car now has a huge hole under the engine where water and rocks get thrown up into the engine bay by the tires. I do not recommend using the service department at this location!

I feel obliged to write to this review. They were able to get me a timely service appointment, whereas other locations could not. Despite my annoyance with the distancing process, they did offer me shuttle service to and from work, which is a huge bonus during the apocalypse. 5/5 rating and highly recommended.

Had an upper ball joint done there a few weeks ago and they gave my vehicle back to me with a rattle it the front end. That wasnât there before. The manager accused me of âmessing with itâ and wouldnât even give me 15 minutes of his time. And found out a few days ago that the lower ball joint had to be done and has been like this for awhile now..... over all itâs been nothing but a bad experience with this location. not pleased at all. Friendly staff but the quality of work is horrible

My credit is not the greatest and I was turned down a few times by other dealerships. I was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of Dominic and Candice. Not only was I approved for a car loan for a vehicle of my choice, I was astounded that I did not have to pay double digit interest rates. Candice was able to negotiate for a rate below 10%. My wife and I have purchased over half a dozen vehicles there over the course of the last 15 years and we have received nothing but the best and courteous of service. I would particularly acknowledge the work of Alasdair in sales and Mark in the service areas. The other staff are great too and the facility is welcoming, warm, and very modern in terms of amenities for customers. I can recommend them categorically!

Terrible experience with Toyota!! Have had a Rav4 for over ten years. Leased the 1st & the 2nd one. when the lease was coming up on the 2nd
we planned on buying it out. I told the dealer we always dealt with about concerns we had before the buyout. The paint had chipped off on many areas of the vehicle & the leather was torn on the driver's side. I was told
that Toyota would not take care of the issue as my warranty was over. You would think a HUGE car dealership as Toyota would want to satisfy their customers but I found out they do not care in keeping customers I guess. I would never purchase another Toyota vehicle & I sure would not recommend anyone else!! Poor company to deal with and
no customer satisfaction!!.
