God how I miss my Buick already!!...Katie was a wonderful salesperson..then it all went downhill..Maybe I just got the lemon but my 2020 Rav 4 is Badddd...Had to get it boosted twice already...had it only 2 months...the back up camera warning beeper worked for a while...not now...the service dept took 90 minutes to say the battery was good and that my model...Rav4 Awd model wasn’t equipped with that option!!...funny it worked for first month...then they now want 60 bucks to rotate tires...etc. ..etc..etc....my Buick came with a year free oil changes...and no issues for 7 years....God why did I let it go for this....A lesson learned...

I purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid SE 2020. The salesperson Mellisa was very professional and extremely helpful. The financial service manager Robert was very personable and was able to answer all of our questions. The delivery specialist Bronwyn was great she explained all the features of the car along with downloading the Toyota app and explaining how it works with the car. I have been a Toyota owner for 20 years and have always been impressed by their service but recently I was blown away. I purchased a car in summer 2019 and it was lost in an accident a few months later. Within days Melissa called to check on me and ask what she could do to help. They then started immediately on getting me a new car- the exact one I wanted. They went above and beyond in their search and kept me advised the whole time. When I picked up my car this week Melissa and all the staff were genuinely happy for me and Bronwyn was so lovely and knowledgeable to get me acquainted with my new car. I have never taken my Toyota to Belleville Toyota for service in the past as I was always told it was much more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when I took my Rav in this winter to have my tires changes and to fix some wipers. The service team was super friendly, the service was quick and it did not cost me any more than other places. I will definitely continue to use Toyota in the future.

Just recently bought my first car here from Peter. It was an absolute fantastic, easy experience. I went in knowing what I want, having myself and my friend do some research first. Peter was able to get me a good deal, explain everything to me and get me the price I was able to afford. Definitely recommend coming here for sure.
Contacted Belleville Toyota to complete a recall on my vehicle. The service department scheduled a date for the repair. The date of the scheduled repair I arrive at the service department stating what I was coming in for. The young man behind the desk then stated that the particular part (replacement airbag) was not in and would have to wait for a call to reschedule when the part comes in. At this point I suggested that if the part for the repair is unavailable then they should be contacting their customers and notifying them instead of them showing up for no reason at all. After leaving I waited a month for a return call, after not hearing from them I called. Only to be told that the part was still not in and I would receive a call to notify me the part was in. After waiting 2 more months for a call and hearing nothing I contacted another Toyota dealership about the part and had a appointment that week and had it replaced. Will not be returning to this dealership for any service.
Am currently looking for a vehicle for my son. Emailed this dealership and received a quick response from one of the sales people. Gave then an idea of numbers I was looking at. They where probably a bit to low but they said they would look into and see if they could come up with something. I am yet to hear back from and at no point did they come with alternative possibilities of vehicle financing or leasing that I have received from other dealerships . Not impressed.
I brought my 2019 Corolla (bought elsewhere!) with very few kms for an oil change and tire rotation. The total price was less than just an oil change (full synthetic) at about any other shop.
And when the mechanic had the wheels off, he noted some light rust (fairly normal) on the rotors. He cleaned the rotors, plus lubed all the lube points on the car, such as door hinges, etc.
I was very impressed, and pleased, and of course will get my oil changes and tire rotations at Belleville Toyota. Thank you.

Jack Connon at the front desk was so friendly and helpful to us -took his time to explain the issue and repair needed. Also the mechanic who's name I forget was really great too. Did a good job repairing the vehicle. Overall great customer experience!!
Everytime I take my car there for service, Alex goes out of his way to show me useful things about how my car works and he shares expert knowledge on how I can take better care of it. I live more than an hour out of town but since I know my car will be in good hands there when I bring it in for service, it's well worth the trip. When it comes to service, Alex goes to the MAX!
Very disappointed. My Prius needed repair during my vacation. I was in Belleville. When I took it to Toyota Belleville they said it takes two weeks to get an appointment. They would try to fit it in. I needed my repair that day so I could continue on my trip. The service person wasn't very friendly either.
I feel like I have been taken advantage of for something that is not my fault. My sunroof imploded in the middle of winter and then my windshield cracked. I took my RAV4 to a mechanic and was told it was a factory issue. I took it to Belleville Toyota and was told it is not a factory issue. I was told to use my insurance instead. I feel that Belleville Toyota hasn’t been much help with my problem. I have left messages and can’t get in touch with anyone to help me. I am disappointed that I have been told that it was my problem and have not had much help from Belleville Toyota.

The process involved in the purchase was made easier with the help of the sales staff. It felt like a neighbourhood business transaction rather than just a dissociated interaction. The advice that I receive regarding routine maintenance is also credible. All together, these experiences have left a feeling of confidence in my future with Belleville Toyota.

Provided services as required by warranty to maintain the warranty. Sometimes there is a long process to get something fixed (months) and sometimes required MANY visits. In the end it was fixed. We have been a client of this dealership since 2014.
My husband and I were recently in and bought a 2015 Lexus NX 200T. We had the pleasure of having Katie Byreiter as our sales representative and we couldn’t be more satisfied. You could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about, she was incredibly honest and she definitely knows how to take care of her clients. We will definitely be seeing her in the future! Rob in finance was also wonderful. I cannot say enough about the present experience I have had with Belleville Toyota. My story is I called Belleville Toyota following an exhausting and non-customer focused sales experience with Kingston Toyota. I asked the lady answering the phones for a confident agent and she recommended Bruce Simpson. He answered the phone and I asked him straight forward " do you actually want to sell me a car today" his response was "absolutely, this is what I am here for".
I am over the moon with the service I had. Bruce took as much information ahead of time and was patient with me while I had to reschedule driving to Toyota due to bad weather and kids busses cancelled. We made an apt today in a very tight timeline where I was clear I had only 1 hr to figure this all out. In exactly 1 hr I had the car that I wanted identified, the financing complete and a smile and handshake 1 hr later and I was out the door.
He was efficient, kind, knowledgable and very customer focused. He held the spot for me to meet with him and secured the meeting with finance directly after we met to ensure the process could complete.
I cannot say about this positive experience - Toyota is known for their Lean Process and eliminating non-client value adding waste. This sales experience was at the top of its game and I can assure you presenting the Lean values to the highest standard.

Entune problems following regular scheduled service - no solution. Contacted Toyota Canada 3 weeks ago. Took my name and number because their main system was down would call back..........nothing. Great service. Add Entune to the list of recalls please.
