Classic stealership. Been here twice. One for spark plugs on a tacoma they said the iridium spark plugs I brought were no good and would only last for 10,000kms, tried to sell me oem which were 3x the price. They did put in the plugs I brought and its been over 10,000 and the truck works better than ever.
Second time I had a noise coming from my box, thought it was the tailgate which seemed loose. Instead of telling me that it was normal they brought me in to replace the tailgate hinge, which did absolutely nothing. Didnt fix my problem at all and cost over $200

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication i received from the sales advisor.
I had to constantly phone him for updates.
After a year, I can't fine anything wrong with the service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Had to wait 11 months for a second keyfob, but that was out of their control. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second purchase from Tusket Toyota. I had good luck with my previous Corolla purchased new from here back in 2016 so decided to stick with the same model. I had spent a few weeks researching different Corolla models and found one that I was super interested in. So I reached out to Steve Moulaison. I expected to have to order it and wait months, given the current situation with vehicles and chip shortages. I had an appointment to meet up with Steve, and to my surprise, he said they actually had a Corolla, just like what I had described, and they were just pulling it around. When it pulled up to the front of the building, it was EXACTLY the car I had built online. Right down to the black roof and black spoiler. He truly went above and beyond for me and made this process so seamless ans easy. He was beyond patient with me going over the interior, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left in my new ride. Thanks Steve! Everyone here is great! I'll be back. Honestly I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else again. Anyone looking for a vehicle, honestly you can't go wrong with these guys.

Was looking for a 8 seater and we were set on a highlander, they had a used 2018 and it was the style we like i asked if it was ever in a accident and the salesman said no i dont believe soo shes good to go, so we said yup we will take it after the papers was signed and got it home i notice something was off come to find out it was indeed in a accident and they said banks dont cancel contracts (witch was a other lie) that im pretty much stuck with it they did send it over to a body shop to fix it up a bit but the work that was done to it wasnt good quality was not happy with the fact that a new to me vehicle was costing me over 45k and is plug with fill and was still noticeable serge said only way they was going to take it back was to trade it in at a loss but i dont want to sell you a other vehicle because your too picky,sorry if im being picky about spending over 45k on a vehicle plugged with fill I'm sure others would feel the same, I'd watch out for these guys if you were to buy from them they will lie to you too make the sale!

Customer service is good but dont get any work done there or oil changes go to other shops it will cost you twice as much here just paid 140 for a tire rotation and oil chanhe

Bought my 2017 Tacoma new from them and that process was great!
But I later went to get an alignment done to find out (after seeing my truck driving off to another shop) that they don't do their own alignments which was a surprise to me. Instead they send them down the road to another shop and slap their own charges on top. I could have gone down the road myself and paid less if I knew that before hand. Plus the shop they sent it to messed up the alignment on my old truck twice. Bad enough to wear the tires unevenly. Hopefully it was done correctly this time, we will see. When I send my vehicle to a Toyota dealer I expect Toyota technicians to be the ones working on it or at least told upfront that they won't be.
