Awesome and friendly staff. Lucas was great answering all questions about service and setting up our shuttle to downtown to have breakfast during the service. Overall with the shuttle, informative text updates, and friendly service this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
We’d been looking for a used vehicle for almost 2 months when we made our way out to Cochrane Toyota. We were introduced to Taylor and he was so helpful with finding us what we were looking for. We appreciated that he was not pushy while we made up our mind and worked with us to get a deal done.

The service was amazing! It took less time than what was quoted and I didn't feel pressured into doing anything on top of what I went there for. They gave me a quote for what would be needed to improve car performance and took videos of what they did to the car and sent them to me. I felt comfortable with no added pressure like how it feels at Mr. Lube. Great customer service and satisfaction! I look forward to going back for the next servicing of my vehicle.
I spoke with Heidi in the service department today. There was a mix up with my appointment date. Heidi listened to my concerns and frustration with the mix up. She then spoke with her manager and they were able to right the situation and have my car in on the proper date. I was very pleased with the time Heidi took to listen and understand my situation and I am very appreciative of her going the extra mile to ensure my car will be serviced in a timely manner. Heidi showed exemplary customer service today!
Very friendly people work at this dealership. However, the experience of purchasing a new car was long and tough - mostly due to the lack of supply. The salesperson could have done better by taking the initiative and informing us, his customers, of delivery delays. I only found of out when two weeks out from the expected delivery (which was already 3 months), I called and was informed that the delivery date was pushed out by another 4 weeks. However, the reason for the 4 stars is due to the lack of knowledge about the product and poor delivery inspection (which is part of what we pay for). For example, at delivery I was told that my Toyota had Safety Sense 2.5. I later found out it did not. Additionally, about a month into ownership I discovered I had a feature that the dealership did not bother to activate. Only after watching a few YouTube videos did I learn about, and learn how to activate Dynamic Backup Guide Lines. This should have been done before I took possession of my new vehicle. Would have loved to give 5 stars, but that would have been dishonest. I believe that this dealership has the ability to be 'best-in-class' if it takes these small criticisms to heart and works to improve, and as such I will be back.

Buyer beware of dealership common practice of misleading customers and not taking accountability of their faults. Things started very well and agreed to a deal with a great TRADE IN however new vehicle was being ordered and would take about two to three months to get. Only thing that was mention as a caution to our deal would be the interest rate that would change the payments, THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS MENTIONED. Fast forward 2 months, new vehicle arrived and was called by dealership to sign off bill of sale. Finance manager gave better news that payments would be lower then what it was when we made the deal however things went south very fast when we were informed that there have to add on another $4000 because our trade in depreciated, seriously in 2 months depreciated $4000 and vehicle was hardly driven with low mileage. There was absolutely no warning about this when we first signed the deal and they assured that nothing would change except the interest rate. Dealership would not take the hit nor offer anything else to satisfy their customer, they were quick to say sorry we can't do anything and were willing to give back the deposit because they know they can sell the vehicle in a heartbeat due to these challenging times. Dealership wouldn't even offer a free oil change, absolutely nothing. I never had horrible experienced with a dealership like Cochrane Toyota. Every dealership I experienced (Ford, Dodge and Honda) always offered something to satisfy their customer if they made a mistake. Oh and good luck trying to get a response from the GM. Probably has his feet up on the desk and ignores all his customer's messages. Why would he respond to dissatisfied customers when he sees his business is booming.
Great service and really happy with my new Tundra. The team at Cochrane Toyota went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was smooth and transparent, even in the chaos of today's vehicle market. Taylor made the whole sales process easy and straightforward and never tried to jerk me around or play games like I encountered at some other dealerships. The best and hassle free new car purchase experience ever. We live in Calgary and went to Cochrane Toyota as they could get a Toyota Tundra for us faster than any of the dealerships in Calgary. However, I was very surprised by the level of professionalism they showed from the very beginning compared to other dealerships. Our sales rep Luca was very knowledgeable and was able to find the answers to all our questions very quickly. He also responded to our enquiries quickly while we waited for our vehicle to arrive. Also, our finance manager Taylor was excellent at communicating all relevant information and requirements. She was also very easy going and a pleasure to deal with. Over all it was the easiest new car purchase experience for us so far.

I booked in for a service update to the Data Communication Module on my 2022 Tacoma. I got an appointment within an hour. Now that is great service. I just moved to Cochrane phoned around to book an oil change, they had the best price I saw. The service was amazing! No big push to up sell. I got a chip in my windshield called them, and they also had the best price around town. I spoke with Heidi (I think), they are always friendly and upfront with pricing. I don’t own a Toyota, but it’s got me thinking I should!
Full transparency; my experiences with dealerships in the past have not been the greatest. However, after being recommended to work with Andrew and the folks at Cochrane Toyota, I have completely different view/outlook. Since contacting Andrew back in November of 2021, he provided my wife and I with white glove treatment which became a very seamless experience. And it didn’t just stop at Andrew; Josie and the rest of the team were also great and easy to work with.
I'm currently sitting in Cochrane Toyota still waiting for my car to be put back together but already I have received a video from the mechanic taking me for a walk around my vehicle on the shop floor explaining the problems and why there needs to be replacements. This is extraordinary! Alex (the mechanic) was very professional throughout the video and explained the malfunction in simple terms while providing video evidence. I loved that. Derek, the Service Department Liaison, found me in the dealership and sat down to walk me through all of the issues and how I can tackle them all at once or in a measured, timely approach based on urgency - super friendly and impressive.

I recently bought a new vehicle from Cochrane Toyota, and I had a very pleasant experience with them. The sales manager who helped me was Andrew Botha, and he was tremendously helpful through the entire buying process. He is an honest and professional person. I had visited 5 different dealerships before coming to Cochrane Toyota, and the sales people I met from those stores were, in general, non-transparent and pressing. In contrast, Andrew was listening to my needs first and patiently answering all my questions clearly. I was comfortable asking all those questions and felt very informed after the 1st meeting. His professionalism gave me a good enough impression for me to make a decision to have a business with Cochrane Toyota. There were some issues with a car delivery and and the car itself, but all the staff (Andrew, Mike, Jonathan and other staff at reception/rental dept.) provided me with excellent customer services to resolve those issues. I would like to thank all of you made this experience smooth and pleasant. I will for sure recommend your dealership to my friends looking for a new car in the future. Had a lovely experience getting a hybrid RAV4 from Andrew. He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and disclosed all costs for my car upfront, unlike a lot of other dealerships. I just bought a 2018 Toyota 4Runner online (sight unseen) from Cochrane Toyota. That might have been a brave move but I felt very comfortable dealing with Brian at Cochrane Toyota. He was so easy to deal with and went above and beyond by being available to answer all of my questions. He was in contact with me many times throughout the buying process. He was very fair and transparent in the negotiation process and has definitely restored my faith in "car salesmen". I love my new 4runner!

Picked up a new Tacoma TRD pro just before Christmas. Bought through Andrew. Great guy, worked hard to get me the price I needed in order to make it happen. Drove out from Calgary for this and it’s well worth the trip. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and they respect your time. I would recommend to my mom to get a car through Andrew that’s how much I liked the process. This is my 10th new car purchase and I’d say it’s the most painless of them all.

I had a great experience dealing with EVERYONE at the dealership / service area.
I brought my 2006 Tacoma here, from Nelson BC, as I was looking for a lift kit, and had found that they are a certified installer of TOYTEC lifts, which, was the one I was after.
All the employees were very helpful, and, patient of me and all my questions, and, once returned, the truck looked and ran amazing.
I will deffinitly make the drive to continue doing business with them, as well as would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to either buy a Toyota, or to get work done to an existing one.
