Always friendly, great service.
Love my Subaru especially now that I own mine outright !!!!
Tony, our salesman, was knowledgeable and very friendly. The finance department excellent! No pressure with extras. Timely and very happy with our new Crosstrek!
Recently purchased a used Subaru from Aberdeen and I am very happy with the sales/service received. Tony was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. The short experience I had with the parts and service department was good.
Service is atrocious. Will never buy another Subaru strictly due to the service department.
Always friendly, prompt and personable. Appreciate the extra effort to accommodate me today when 'something came up' unexpectedly. Great service.
Excellent service and staff. The owner Greg was especially helpful and ensured that I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a team that truly cares about your experience.
Top notch sales, Jordan and Mary Ann were a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure sales and very transparent with everything. Highly recommend.
I was in the dealership yesterday looking at a
Subaru Outback and was served by Jordan Denis. He did an awesome job in showing me all the features on the car. Two👍up for the quality of the service received.
First service there. Excellent service!
Where shall I start. Bought a 2013 subaru wrx from them and as soon as I drove it home into my yard the check engine light came on and started stalling, misfiring and not idling. I had to get it towed and fixed at my local dealer. I also noticed the main wiring harness under the dash was cut open. They said they had no idea why it was cut and it was not because of a remote start. I told Gordie the manager there that I want it fixed and he refused to get fix my harness not only that but he sold me a car saying ice cold a/c even though it all leaked out a week later mostly likely charged it up for the sale. Soon after the motor bottom end went. Good thing I had bought the warranty. It would of costed me $15000 for a new motor and work done. I must say Gordie and the managers there are useless and hide stuff. Simply unprofessional.
Don't recommend zero stars if i could
Excellent service and followed up, above and beyond. Highly recommend.
We are on our 5th Subaru. First one bought 2005, recent 2019 Crosstek. Best value for cost compared to market competitors. Excellent service and have had very few issues over the years. High reliability and safety. One of the best AWD vehicles in the market. Love to drive them in the winter.
Visited the service department; helpful and willing to go the extra mile
Great staff, great service, love the second hand vehicle I bought.
Fantastic service, they truly go above and beyond for their customers!
6 hours late on car, no parking.... service manager was quite snotty on the phone. Wont be going back for service. Sales team and Gordie in pre owned are great

Absolutely brutal service. Would not recommend to anyone.
We were travelling through St John and a friendly local pointed out we had no brake lights. We called Aberdeen Motors. The service manager was very helpful and kind, gave us directions and had the technicians take our car in right away. We knew there had been a recall on the lights. They checked things out, found out the lights both burned out at the same time (what are the chances of that?) They did the recall anyway, replaced the bulbs and sent us on our way in no time. Excellent, friendly service, I would highly recommend this dealership!
Took 2 visits for them to diagnose an obvious bearing issue (highway humming and knocking in turns) that I’ve been experiencing for over 2 months now. First visit they brushed me off bearings are good and claimed the sound was from the axle seal... lol anyone ever hear of an axle seal knock? Took the opportunity to do a bunch of minor repairs including an alignment.
I called 2 weeks later to get an other look at it because the new seal obviously didn’t fix the knock and some recall work. The male service advisor brushed me off and blamed after market parts. Does anyone care? Is anyone listening?
Second visit they conveniently diagnosed the bearing issue during my failed sticker inspection. Unsurprisingly, the wheel they were unable to align during the first visit is the very same wheel with bearing issues. Requiring me to take a 3rd day off for this bearing. The explanation they gave me this time was sometimes the hub just just goes. It’s been 2.5 months of knocking + an unalignable wheel, this isn’t new.
Finally, they also said it was safe for me to drive the 80km home with the busted bearing. However the very same bearing is what failed my safety.
All things being said, Amy Dicks, the service advisor, is a gem and it’s a shame the other employees in the department don’t care as much as she does.
Great customer service, they dont waste time like some car dealers, they know what you are there for and get it done in a reasonable amount of time
Always a good experience, easy going and laid back yet helpful employees in both sales and service. No high pressure tactics at all.
I don't write reviews too often, but I felt like I should here. A few years ago I was in the market for a Subaru BRZ, and I'd come here looking at them, I'd spoke to one of the staff about financing, taking it for a drive, all that fun stuff, was in love. But at the end of the day, they couldn't give me the best price, one of the service guys here actually recommended I take a look at the (Now defunct) Scion version, the FRS, which due to some special offers toyota had on at the time, I managed to get for a huge price lower than I could have gotten a BRZ for. That's really stuck by me all these years, they put a customer before making themselves money, and I've never forgotten it. I've also been able to buy some parts from my FRS from them since they're interchangeable, and they can generally get me stuff faster than toyota can. Once again, I'd just like to thank these guys, even thought I've only bought parts from them so far, someday, maybe we'll see about a next Gen BRZ if it ever happens :)
Spoke with Jordan Denis, test drove a 2019 Crosstrek. Jordan was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Also, did a great job pointing out features I would have missed on my own without making me feel like I was being "sold to" if that makes any sense.
Friendly, informative and not pushy. Did not tell pressured yo make decisions right away.
Awesome experience, great service and an excellent detail shop very helpful.
If you want terrible, overpriced service, and snotty sales staff, then this is the Subaru dealership for you.
A great experience buying a used Subaru
Bought my 2015 XV Crosstrek from Jordan last year. Great experience and have been using the service centre since. Very happy with service so far!
I'd give them 5 stars except for the fact that they try to force you to buy the invisible etching on a vehicle. There's no insurance discount for it, and no proof that it is of any benefit.
The people are nice and the rest of the buying process is fine.
Bought a new Subaru today - Jordan and Mary Anne in sales went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Well done!
