Avoid at ALL costs. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. I am filled with regret and feel ever so foolish for trusting this place with my vehicle purchase.

Had my new to me vehicle 2 days before it would not start. Almost a month has gone by and still no vehicle and NOT ONE phone call or even so much as a text.

Sadly am now having to use my legal council to deal with this awful situation.

The only contact I DID have was to take back the courtesy vehicle so they could sell it. Then refuse me another vehicle in it's place.

The absolute exact definition of what proper customer service is. It is like once you sign the paperwork, you are no longer of any consequence to them.

Used a free service to get an appraisal for my vehicle get a phone call for trading in and getting into a new car said I wasn't interested just wanted the value for mine.....well this guy Flys off the handle saying I owe money bla bla bla so I hang up then 2 seconds later calls me from a different number saying g how I'm goina pay some bill I told him that because of his actions I will not be purchasing through subaru or any auto group and he can mail me a bill(never supplied address) my 5 year old acts better then your sales staff

Called & asked if any mods to the vehicle would void warranty, they said no aslong as the mod wasn't the cause of the failure. Put cold air intake on car, few weeks later motor blows, go to Subaru they say we voided warranty with the cold air intake even though there's a LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM for motors blowing on 2008-2017 (I think) Subaru due to lack of lubrication. Also a new lawsuit in the USA saying Subaru has known about the motor failure since 2008 & has done nothing to fix it. Love the cars hate the dealership.

Brought my STI in for an oil change and service last winter. I’m not from the area and have attempted to unsubscribe from their phone list several times. I have blocked their numbers and yet they somehow find a way to keep calling from numbers with all different area codes and leaving me messages despite my clear directives to stop. Friendly staff but for the love of god don’t give them your phone number unless you wish to be harassed every week.

Bill is an Old School Honest guy a pleasure to deal with, that's more than can be said for the Manager, he was venting off at someone while we were there right in front of potential customers. If it wasn't for Old Bill I'd avoid the place like the plague

I spotted a vehicle online and sent in an inquiry. Ashlee call me the following day, listened to my wants and recommended possibilities. She was never pushy or overwhelming and made me feel a valued customer which is a rare occurrence these days. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle I finally narrowed it down to, she gave a fantastic detailed walk-around of the vehicle. She knows her stuff! After the test drive, she clearly explained all steps of the buying process as they occurred. All staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. The following morning, Ashlee even called to see how I liked the vehicle. It was a great buying experience!

Bought an Audi a4 a few years back, car inspection was ``A1`` and when I jacked up the car the oil pan was totally destroyed lots more surprises ..so if they have a vehicule that you like I recommend that you bring it elsewhere for the inspection otherwise they are just gonna check everything as OK or GOOD and probably not even inspect it..shame on you guys getting out of your ways to sell a car...saleswomen also called me on multiple occasions and harass with lies to get me to buy it..bad bad bad .

Tim Horcoff decided to help me out in looking at a new ( to me) vehicle. He then requested I get a note from my manager providing a FALSE date of employment to get me in a car. He then proceeds to tell me I need a co-signer after telling me I have been approved 2 different ways. I asked him to explain and he left me on read. Very professional ways to conduct business Mr.Horcoff. I will never be sending anyone your way to buy a vehicle off such a scummy dealership.

So incredibly disgusted with this dealership and all of GP Auto Group. I specifically authorized only one credit pull and no surprise 5 hits to my credit. This has happened to others which is why I specifically requested ONE which is all they need!!! I was so hesitant to even speak to a salesperson and as a result of doing so I got burned. I like the car but not enough to ever step foot on one of their properties again, not enough to move forward with the sale.

GP Subaru got me into a car I loved for a great price. I paid a lot of money for an extended warranty policy, but when a part started to fail I was told by them, as well as their warranty company that it would not be covered, regardless of my high-end extended warranty policy. They then told me to come trade my vehicle in for something else, and that my current vehicle would be paid out by them so it was like I never got the vehicle, as it was their mistake that lead me to needing to get rid of it. I went in and looked at a new vehicle and was told a set bi-weekly price which included all fees, and an extended warranty policy. I call the following morning to finalize some numbers and the price has gone up and does not include any warranty. This makes about a half dozen times this dealership has verbally agreed on something, face to face, but then has told me something completely different when I contact them the next day.
My ordeal has been going on for over a month now and I'm constantly being told 'we are looking into it and will contact you' but then they never contact me back.
I was offered multiple bonuses totalling at least $8000 on a different used vehicle but they refuse to do the $1300 repair my car needs.
They will fix and re sell the car (which gets a new engine under recall Jan 23 2021) so they can jack up the price, meanwhile they are trying to make more money off of me, an already frustrated customer.
The only pleasure I've had dealing with this dealership in the past month, was talking with salesman Bill Nash while I waited multiple hours for my information to be processed.

Can you give me some prices. No you have to go on line and use the build option to find your own price? Hey Phil I do not have to do your job for you.
What is this $600 fee. Phil: oh AMVIC fees. That is what they charge us. BS AMVIC fee is $6.25.
I am still shopping. They got to step up if they want me to step back in that shop.

Just went by to look at a truck i found online and it has a lien out of the NWT, manager says they have been working to correct this for 5 months but they are still trying to sell it and will fix it after? Plus the truck has body damage and an engine knock.
Truck has been sitting on the lot for a year and the manager wouldnt move off their price.
Buyer beware! Hopefully you can read a carfax really well because they sure do not know what they are selling

I have a intermit. chirping sound coming from my climate fan and it is annoying!! I am trying to avoid getting a diagnostic charge on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek (18,000km) if there is a no fault found once it hits the shop so I asked one of the service employees to come out to have a listen as I had left it running outside to see if someone could just confirm it. Being a service advisor myself, I was shocked as I would absolutely without hesitation go out to a customer's vehicle to see what they were talking about. I don't know if it is just this one service employee that does not care but I hope someone can see this and maybe help me out. Thank you.

I called Grande Prairie Subaru on a whim (I live in Edmonton - nearly a 5 hour drive away). They had the vehicle I wanted and Tracey gave me enough confidence about the price of my trade-in and their new vehicle pricing that I took the drive to check it out. Tracey and the car were both waiting for me - the trade in value was fair (I shopped first in Edmonton and their offers were embarrassing by comparison).
What struck me the most is that the negotiation was friendly and easy - a far cry from my experience in Edmonton!
The drive saved me thousands of dollars over what was on the table at the Edmonton dealership - frankly if it hadn't been for Grande Prairie Subaru (Tracey and the Sales Manager) I would have given up on the idea of the preferred Subaru and gone with another brand.

I am only sorry I won't be able to have my vehicle serviced in Grande Prairie as well!
