The sales lady was very professional and very nice! I did have a few things that concerned me which I brought up and they dealt with most of it. The only thing they didnโt do was change out the windshield which they should have done because I talked to multiple people and you are required to have a complete clear windshield without any chips or anything on it. This one had at least least five or more chips and now the windshield is cracked! So that part bothers me and not throwing in a block heater at the beginning which we talked about before the papers were signed. but they did end up cleaning the vehicle later, which I asked for, there are spots they missed, which I took pictures of, and they did fuel it up. They also put extra scratches in it after it was done, which I also took pictures of.
Honestly my experience with this dealership has always been pleasant. I've been a customer since 2016. Yesterday I brought my truck in for recall work and couple other issues I wanted them to take a look at / work on.
My experience was good with my service advisor until it came time to pick up my vehicle. My husband came along with me as we had some errands to run in town.
The service advisor had my truck pulled into the bay so we could try to resolve one of my vehicle issues a different way and when it was time to leave I got into the drivers seat of my truck and my husband went to get into the passenger seat. I seen the service advisor say something to my husband but didn't think anything of it.
When me and my husband were pulling out if the bay, he informed me the service advisor "joked" with him about how he better make sure he wears his seat belt because I was driving and you never know with woman drivers. It was a very uncalled for comment.
I was super offended by this sexist comment and quite honestly pissed off that this service advisor would say that when he's been acting nothing but nice to me all day.
I get it, it's a dealership and men will be men but when you are supposed to be in a professional customer service job this is absolutely appalling as a customer of this business for the last 9 years.
Had an amazing experience, everyone was fun, friendly and easy to work with. William made sure everything was taken care of and my experience was exceptional. Love my new Jeep!

Brought my โ06 3500 Ram Cummins in for a peace of mind inspection and front driveshaft lubrication. When I booked the appointment I talked to John. He was extremely knowledgeable about my truck and went over my service records and made thoughtful suggestions on what I might be looking out for with this vehicle. Since I live in the country, they were able accommodate me by letting me wait for the service to be done. They even brought my vehicle around to the front door when it was ready. I left feeling very satisfied that both I and my vehicle were treated with the utmost care and courtesy. Will diffinitely be returning for future servicing and repairs.

I will post as often as I can to warn people about this place. They sold me a vehicle with a large claim on it and denied knowledge when I found out later. This $13,000 repair drastically reduced the value of the truck - so long fair resale! They did the claim repair IN their shop, but say they're not at fault because their service and sales team just happened to not discuss this with eachother. Whoopsie for me I guess. What's a mear $35,000 down the drain to regular folk?! (Yes, that's what I lost to them due to that "unimportant information"). Don't let it happen to you, don't shop here, ever!
I recently purchased a truck from here, without seeing the vehicle, it was all done remotely and the dealership driven it to Calgary to deliver it to me. Colby Mccullough was the salesperson helping me and he was awesome. I would highly recommend him - he took several personalized videos of the vehicle for me and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and was a great guy to deal with. If I were to buy another vehicle from here I would 100% go with him again. He is the man and was awesome. The reason why I am giving 4/5 stars is because the dealership folks scheduling delivery of the vehicle were very slow. However, I had contacted the dealership GM, Brett Cavan, who sorted it out immediately and the vehicle arrived the next day and was in good condition. Overall I was very satisfied. Be very careful, the service department will charge you for work you have not approved in an attempt to squeeze every dollar they can. I strongly advise going to another dealership. GPDC has lost all credibility with our company after this latest repair.

Took our truck in as the heatโs not working and winters coming. Already know itโs a heater core issue. They held it all day and still charged me $115 to do absolutely nothing to the truck, and say โitโs probably a heater core issueโ, which we had already told them. Decided to buy a heater core as they had it in stock and they price gouged the hell outta me, $600!!! Went somewhere else to get a quote for service and theyโre only charging $90 for a heater core! Was really disappointed in this experience and will not be going back ever again.

Two days ago on As you can see this our jeep wranglerโs work done by them, we have have been called by them to pickup our jeep on 11 july 2023. Even they guys have broken our original wind shield and changed with local market wind shied without letting us know which had also big crack on that, and cracked jeeps driverโs side head light. THE CONDITION OF JEEP WRANGER THEY MADE MORE WORSE THAN BEFORE.

Me and my friend got a call from them to pick up our jeep saying it was ready. But it was nothing but ready. Instead of making thing right they did more damaged to it. When we complaint about the issue they started getting rude. Even the paint job they did was far from good. Not only that, they broke our car windshield , front light and damaged the automatic side button. Scratches were left on our jeep. We even told them to check CCTV for proof that it was done by them and "not us". My personal experience has been really bad with them and I would caution everyone to think twice before coming or giving your precious vehicle to them
I've been getting my Jeep serviced at this place for the past six months. Recently, I had an issue with the door hinges, which they approved to fix. I left my vehicle in good condition at their dealership because I trusted them. One of the service advisors took responsibility for my Jeep. I'll mention everyone who provided the worst service and took out their frustration on me, neglecting to fix the damage they caused.
I left my Jeep with them on June 25th, and they called me to pick it up on July 12th. To my surprise, what I expected to be a positive experience turned into a nightmare. Instead of fixing things, I found several issues: they broke my Jeep's original windshield without informing me and replaced it with a broken aftermarket one. Additionally, they damaged my right headlight, which costs almost $1500 to replace. Furthermore, the paint job they did on my Jeep is terrible. The side mirrors on both sides don't move from the control buttons.
When I first saw my vehicle, it was parked in a broken condition, and they called me to pick it up from their lot. I raised this issue with their service manager and the rest of their team, requesting that they return my vehicle to the same condition I left it in. Instead, they pressured me to take my Jeep back, threatening to tow it from their premises if I didn't. Their service advisor and manager even said, "We're done with this, bring back your Jeep."
During this time, I had been using a rental vehicle at my own expense while my Jeep was in their shop. They turned my Jeep, which I've always kept in top condition since buying it, into a broken mess. They broke the original windshield, headlight, side mirrors and left numerous scratches on the body despite being responsible for the damage they caused.
They forced me to take my Jeep back from their shop without providing the paperwork, claiming their system was slow and that it would be ready in seven days. They called me to pick it up, saying "it's ready to pick."
I was devastated by their service, the damage they caused to my Jeep, and the insults they directed at me. After addressing the issues they caused with my Jeep, the advisor had the audacity to demand payment for the original windshield they broke, as well as the headlight.
Honestly a great and patient experience with these guys! Made it quick and easy to get the vehicle I needed! Cant wait to work with them again:)
great, unrivaled service. we arrived with a fiat ducato lights on... not easy in canada. They didn't give up until our problem was resolved. imprinted with the equipment, look for solutions outside the garage. Truly unbelievable. and we were with three young children and a dog. we were received like at home. Everyone was really great in making this ordeal easier for us. thank you, really thank you. without you the journey stopped.
Everyone there is just awesome! I always go to GP Chrysler when I get a car, and seriously, I've never had a bad experience. This last time was even better because Brooklynn, our car sales specialist! She was super easy to talk to, and I never felt any pressure or anxiety. I can't praise her enough!

Had taken my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. When I got home and read the receipt as I had someone else drop and pick the car up, there was a note from the mechanic.
The mechanic stated that he did the best he could to do the wheel alignment as the tow adjuster was seized.
I was never called when he found this problem to ask if I would like the tow adjuster fixed first and he proceeded to do the work.
The first time I called I was told that the mechanic called and told the person picking up as she was point of contact because she dropped the vehicle off; she never received a call. Then I was told that the mechanic would call me back in 5-10 minutes; I never received a call back.
The second time I called the receptionist, I was told that the mechanic when home for the day.
The third time I called, I was told the mechanic was taking a few days off and they would have him call me when he got back; I still havenโt received a call back after a week of calling.
If the mechanic did contact the person that dropped off and told her about the tow adjuster I would have never received the call that my vehicle was ready for pick up as someone else was the point of contact.
Instead of calling me before he did the wheel alignment, I now have to pay for the wheel alignment then have the tow adjuster fixed and do another wheel alignment because he couldnโt make a phone call.
This incident tells me that GP Chrysler 100% values money over their costumer satisfaction.

Great sales people , service department has long term employees that know their stuff . I would of gave 5 stars if it didn't take 45-60 mins (shameful) per vehicle to get a oil change. If 2 vehicles are ahead of you which is common best not to even wait and get it done somewhere else... they have two bays to check in vehicles for service but only one lube bay. It's in no way the workers fault more lack of man power and space to do the service.
Tried every dealer in town, and Jordan at GP Chrysler pulled through. I've been wanting a truck for the longest time, but all I've ever been approved for is compact SUVs and cars. But these guys will not only work with you, but also work their damnedest to get you what you want even if your in a tight spot. Thank you Jordan, you're a blessing in disguise.
